I spent three very comfortable nights at Hotel Centrum. The hotel is not a "fancy" one, but the rooms are functional and super clean. They provide a good breakfast on 6th floor, with a nice view and in the company of lovely seagulls. The staff is superb 👌 👏
I found this hotel to be very pleasant- the service of the staff was top, the beautiful rooftop breakfast was consistent and good. Overall I stayed 5 days (extended two because enjoyed so much ) The location is very central to all the sights And finally I thought the price was very good Our AC worked great
I booked 3 nights in this hotel and its location is very beautiful, and what I liked most was the treatment of the staff and their cooperation. Thank you Mohammed and Mohammed, you are a gain for this hotel.
Not luxury but decent clean hotel and breakfast included. The elevator is very small and gets tough to take luggage with you. Area is great for walking distance attractions and bazaars. Rooms are not spacious. We had children with us and the room was crowded with beds. Not much space around. But they had a closet and wall hooks along with a coffee corner and a separate two people table and chairs to sit and eat if you bring outside food. Bathroom was good. Overall it worked better for our family with children than another smaller hotel we booked in sultanahmet with a lower price. So , I guess you get what you pay for.
The room had an unpleasant, persistent odor that no ventilation could solve. The overall cleanliness was questionable, and the atmosphere felt neglected. The service was inconsistent. Some staff members were helpful, but others — particularly the woman working at the front — were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. I ended up having to leave and change hotels, which says it all.
