I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would like to especially appreciate the hotel staff and housekeeping team. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job my room was always clean, well-organized, and refreshed on time. I stayed here for a business trip and was very impressed with the efficiency. The location is unbeatable if you have meetings in DIC or Knowledge Village—it's within walking distance to many offices and the metro. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the 24-hour gym was a great bonus. The rooms are compact but very clean and functional. Special thanks to the staff especially Madushan for the Hospitality
The hotel has very good prices. It was important to me to have an affordable place to stay. The entire housekeeping team and the service staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, deserve special mention. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would gladly stay again.
I stayed here for more than two weeks. The hotel rooms were clean, housekeeping was maintained. management was very cooperative. Bir iş seyahatim sırasında burada kaldım. Sakin ve yalın bir otel. Lüx bir otel değil. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için uygun. Odalar oldukça geniş. Resepsiyon güler yüzlü. Şehir merkezine ve sahile yakın. Ama bildiğiniz gibi Dubai'de sıcaktan dolayı yürüyerek bir yereulaşmak mümkün değil.

Satisfait sur le lieu, personnelles, service. Ça serai bien de mettre des porte brosse a dents /dentifrice dans les chambres et 1 micro-onde pour chauffer les boissons qui sont pas assez chaudes. En ce qui concerne le dîner, proposé des légumes verts/ légumes cuit pas seul des poischiches.

Belirli saatlerde şehrin bazı bölgelerine ücretsiz servis uygulaması var. Aynı zamanda belirli saatlerde de alabiliyorlar. Böylece taksi parası ödemekten biraz da olsa kurtulabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıda sınırlı sayıda çeşit var ve açıkçası çok lezzetli sayılmaz. Otelde yemedigim için yemeklerine yorum yapamıyorum. Genel anlamda temiz ve guvenli bir otel. Bu bakımdan gönül rahatlığı ile kalınabilir. Fiyatı da bu bölgedeki diğer otellere göre daha makul sayılır.

الفندق يمشي الحال للاشخاص اللي مايهمه الفخامه مره ، الغرف عادية نظيفة فيها كوفي وشاي وغلايه ودورات المياه فيها شامبو وصابون ومناشف فقط ، الفطور منوع وحلو ، انترنت ، اللوبي فيه شوي ريحة تخوفك من الغرف كانطباع اول لكن الحمد لله الغرف مافيها ريحه ، موقعه متوسط بين جهة برج خليفة والجهه الاخرى المارينا وجي بي ار ، قريب منه كوفي كاريبو ومطعم زيت وزعتر وصيدلية وسوبر ماركت
السلام عليكم: تحية طيبة وبعد بخصوص رأيي في الفندق علما أنني جلست فيه أكثر من شهرين، بالنسبة الموظفين تعامل ممتاز من أصغر موظف إلى أكبرهم. الفطور والغذاء والعشاء لذيذ ومتنوع خدمة الغرف رائعة وممتازة. صالة الرياضة ممتازة بالإضافة إلى الكوفي كذلك. إلا أنه طلبي الوحيد إنشاء مسبح للزبناء حتى ولو بمساحة صغيرة. مع متمنياتي بالاجتهاد أكثر وشكراً
مدخل الفندق واسع وفي اكثر من جلسة الغرفة صغيرة كتير مناسبة لشخص واحد وكذلك الحمام فرش الارضيات والستاير غير نظيفة وكذلك الحمام لدرجة انك ماتقبل تاخذ شاور وجود حشرات طائرة صغيرة داخله لايوجد اي ادوات عناية شخصية مثل فرشاة الاسنان او السليبرز ولايوجد مسبح البوفيه جيد ومنوع لكن يجب الانتباه اكثر للنظافةوجدت في سلطة الفواكه شعرة وكذلك البيض المقلي موجود فيه قشور البيض يوجد جيم صغير في الاوتيل
Méthode commerciale médiocre. Aucune empathie ni compréhension pour faire le geste "d offrir' les frais d annulation suite aux intemperies sur Dubai dont nous avons ete victimes lalgre nous. Voyageant très souvent, c est la première fois ou nous rencontrons ça.
Mon séjour c’est agréablement bien passer. La chambre était très propre et très chaleureuse. L’accueil également était parfait et je tiens à remercier M. Hazem pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Il a su nous accueillir parfaitement et nous conseiller. Nous serions ravis de revenir séjourné dans cet hôtel.
На самом деле отель превзошел ожидания. Хороший сервис. Питание достаточно разнообразное и в целом вкусное, особенно ужины. Отзывчивый персонал, помогали решать все вопросы. Достаточно чисто. Локация в целом хорошая, но до пляжа и прогулочных мест нужно ехать на такси или метро. Марина 10-15 минут на такси. Метро минут 7 ходьбы. Пляж пешком далеко, либо Jumeira/Kite, либо JBR. Ехать на такси. Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля на Jumeira. Если будете просить номер повыше, уточните курящий этаж или нет. Мы жили на 4-ом, этаж оказался курящий. По началу был слегка неприятный запах, потом привыкли. На 5 этаже находится какой-то банкетный зал или рестик, там по выходным вечером и ночью шумно. А вид прикольный. Номера в целом норм, но уже чувствуется что давно не обновляли, есть пятна и мелкие недочеты. Но, за эту цену, все круто. Постель классная, как в дорогих сетевых отелях. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
Номера требуют обновления мебели, нет набора щеток и зубной пасты, не удобно. Тапочек тоже нет. Завтраки хорошие, на любой вкус можно найти себе блюда. А вот ужин, ужин это кошмар, он уже идёт по "меню" где на выбор салат или подобие, горячее и десерт (это либо фрукты, либо удасного качества торт. Салат (или подобие, это безвкусные овощи политые разбавленным с водой соусом) Горячее это плохо приготовленное что-то к примеру недожаренная рыба в кляре или пережаренная твердая говядина (после которой ещё и отравился, через 3 часа после ужина все симптомы, великолепно) Десерт - это отвратительный торт, у нас в любом магазине самый дешманский торт по скидке будет лучше, чем эти масляные чудовища, фрукты обычные консервы, которые слега подлежали и зветрились А финишным будет у вас напиток ввиде воды в бокале, если попросите, а так поел и иди отсюда, никакого чая или кофе на ужин не будет, смех 🤭 По итогу 3 раза поужинали, после ходили в рестик, так как быть грустным после ужина в отпуске, это ужасно В общем, если вам нужно именно из-за территориального расположения и прост кинуть себя на кровать - подойдёт, завтрак как понял входит в стоимость для всех, это хорошо. Ах да, сначала заселили на 4 этаж в прокуренный номер, потом переселили на 2 этаж по просьбе. Уборка номеров хорошая и каждый день, это большой плюс.

Rachel, отличный человек, пошла нам на встречу, разрешила остаться до 15.00 бесплатно, нам с мужем очень понравилось расположение отеля, шведский стол хороший, наедались, всё вкусно, постель меняли постоянно, рядом рестораны, автобус 84 и трамвай до JBR пляж, рекомендую, спасибо всем в отеле за тёплый приём.
Отличный отель за свои деньги.Брал тур на Travelata с 21-29 июля.Отель понравился,очень чисто ,постель в номере белоснежная,нет ни одного пятнышка,как новая,кровать очень удобная,бираются каждый день,воду бесплатно по 2 бутылочки на 1человека,по просьбе дают и больше.В номере есть чайник.На пляже чисто,каждый день рабочий персонал ходит убирает мусор как на песке так и в воде после приливов.Завтраки хорошие,но однообразные,сосиски,нарезка колбасная,брынза,2 вида сыра,фасоль,зелень,фрукты,соусы это тоже все есть.Выпечка,мюсли,хлопья,вкусные картофельные изделия,похожи на наши драники.Также молоко,сок яблочный и ананасовый,кофе ,чай.По локации до пляжа Kite beach 15 минут ехать,автобус 88 или 8,до автобусной остановки идти пешком 5-7минут,и до моря от остановки также по времени.Можно на трамвае поехать в другую сторону на пляж JBR,по времени примерно так же 15-20мин., стоимость 3 дирхам в одну сторону,на рубли это в пределах 65р.по нынешнему курсу .Набережная, протяженностью около 6-7 км.с бесплатными пляжами на выбор души,душевыми кабинами,туалетами с кондиционером.Есть конечно и платные, всё зависит от размера кошелька.В принципе отель очень понравился,есть 4 намного хуже.
Rachel девушка на ресепшене очень вежливая приветливая, красивая, все наши запросы были не исполнены! В общем все персоналу большие молодцы! 10 из 10, единственный минус для меня меня кусал комар и пошла аллергия, а так все классно завтрак тоже! Мы обязательно вернём не раз, всем рекомендую, метро трамвай рядом

Teniendo en cuenta de que es un hotel de solo 2 estrellas, su relación precio-calidad es bastante buena. De hecho, este hotel tiene unos precios excepcionalmente bajos para lo que ofrece. La atención en la recepción es excelente, la limpieza impecable y el desayuno sin tener la variedad de hoteles más costosos, es muy apetitoso y además de lo standard, ofrece alguna que otra especialidad de la cocina oriental como deliciosos y crujientes falafel con salsa tahin. El agua de la ducha sale con muy buena presión y es muy fácil regular su temperatura. Yo sugeriría ya que ponen 2 almohadas, poner una que sea más blanda y que la otra sea la que ya tienen que me pareció muy dura. La cama tiene un colchón estupendo. Las cortinas no permiten que entre luz por las ventanas, con lo cual no hubo luces que perturbaran mi sueño. Es importante recalcar que el bar que tienen en la azotea es muy agradable y desde él podemos contemplar unas vistas maravillosas. Aunque se pida una habitación tranquila, la música no para hasta las 3 o 4 de la mañana y algo se siente. Así que si no soportas el ruido, este no es tu hotel. El hotel tiene parking gratuito; pero hay que solicitarlo durante la reserva. No tiene piscina, pero sí un pequeño gym que sin muchas pretensiones cumple su cometido. Este hotel es ideal para temas de negocio o estadías cortas turísticas en las que solo estás en el hotel para dormir. Para algunos el hotel está muy aislado; pero en coche queda al lado de la Palmera Jumeirah y la Marina de Dubai. Casi que geográficamente en el medio de la ciudad.
Für die Durchreise ok, für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen, keine ideale Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Hitze zu weit weg, kein Pool, kein Erholungsfaktor, keine Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Strand schnell erreichbar, sehr kleines Bett Es könnte auf mehr Nachhaltigkeit geachtet werden!! Einwegbecher beim Frühstück und Plastikflaschen auf den Zimmern sind negativ für die Umwelt
Das Zimmer ist normal bis gut für Busniessaufenthalte. Nichts Besondenderes. Beim Frühstück sollte das Personal mehr auf Hygiene achten!
Preis-Leistung sehr sehr gut. Frühstück 6 von 10, man wird aber satt :) Sehr nette Leute, komfortable Zimmer, günstig gelegen.
Unbedingt bis auf 2 kleine Mankos erstens: Der eine Strand hat keine Liegen und auch sonst keine Sitzgelegenheit und der andere ist etwas weiter weg und gehört nicht zum Hyatt. Die haben dort 30 Plätze angemietet und die sind schnell weg. Aber sonst ist es dort sehr schön aber der Service ist nicht umsonst. Zweitens: Der Pool liegt leider bis spät Nachmittag komplett im Schatten 😒
In diesem Hotel arbeitet sehr freundliches Personal!!! Das Hotel selbst würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen und ist nicht (!) annähernd sein Geld wert. Es war das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel, welches ich bisher gebucht habe. Alle vorhandenen Mängel aufzuführen, würde hier den Rahmen sprengen. Das erste Zimmer, welches mir als Nichtraucher zugeteilt wurde, hatte gelbe Wände und nicht nur das Zimmer, sondern der gesamte Flur hat nach Rauch gestunken. Im zweiten Zimmer gab es ein Feuchtigkeits Problem und dadurch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes den widerlichen Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Im völlig veralteten Bad, waren deutliche Spuren von Schmutz (gelbe Fugen und fest gebackener Schmutz an der Duschwanne), welcher auch nicht mehr zu reinigen ist. Das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, konnte dieses aber auch nicht mehr beheben. Dazu eine rostende, undichte Leitung unter dem Waschbecken. Der Fußboden ist dauerhaft nass. Die Bettlaken haben Risse. Die defekte Dusche wurde bemängelt und repariert. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur bedingt einstellen. Der Ventilator konnte nur höchste Stufe oder gar keine Klimaanlage. Die Zimmerkarten mussten mehrmals täglich an der Rezeption neu freigeschaltet werden, weil sie nicht funktionieren. Beim Frühstück gab es in der Regel nicht ausreichend Tassen, was aber auch nicht schlimm war, da mindestens einer von beiden Kaffeeautomaten nie funktioniert hat oder beide nicht aufgefüllt waren. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich, aber ausreichend um nichts zu verhungern. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.
