Cihangirin merkezine yakışmayan bir otel !!! Umarım bu yorumumu otelin yetkili müdürleri yada sahipleri görür de bizlere yardımcı olur . Otelin Tepesinde ki ne olduğu belli olmayan ucube bir işletme var bangır bangır gece yarılarına kadar müzik çalıyor. Işıkları ayrı şikayet konusu ses sistemi ayrı bir şikayet konusu, Defalarca işletmeye rica etmemize rağmen camlarını kapatıp müziğin sesini kismiyorlar. Bir işletme böyle yönetilmez
Gecelik fiyatına aldanmayın. Konumu mükemmel fakat belli başlı odaları çok küçük. İki kişilik odada 1.5 kişilik yatak var. Köşe odalarda küçücük bir pencere var. Yangın merdivenine bakan bu odalar inanılmaz gürültülü. Klima ve kompresör seslerinden uyku imkansız hale geliyor. Tuvaletlerde foseptik kokusu var. Bu sıkıntılarımızı paylaşsak da herhangi bir şekilde bize yardımcı olmadılar. Tercih ederken mutlaka yorumları okuyun. Kahvaltısı da oldukça kötü. Sadece konum ve temizlik için puan verdim.
3 yıldızlı, oda kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet veren ve Cihangir'in en merkezi konumundadır. Oda temiz ve hergün yine aynı şekilde temizlendi. Resepsiyon personeli kibar ve yardımsever. Biz arka tarafa bakan odalardan birinde kaldık. Akşam ve gece boyunca çalışan büyük bir kompresörün gürültüsünden uyuyamadım, sanırım otelin havalandırması için kullanılan kompresör. Odada çift kişilik yatak olarak sunulan opsiyon gerçekten dardı, sanırım eni 140cm olabilir. Kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzet olarak orta alt düzeyde. Sadece temiz ve merkezi bir yerde yatmaya gidecekseniz ve uygun fiyata oda bulursanız önerebilirim.
Bu berbatlikta ve bu kotulukte otelin aynisi birde Tailand da var... Ulke sinirlari icinde daha kotusu yok. Tuvalet firsaci yok , duşun heryerinden su geliyor. Oda hizmeti berbat personel inanilmaz ukala. SAKİN KALMAYİN
Hayatımın en mutlu gününde 3 hafta öncesinde rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen, bir defada yakın tarihte gidip teyit etmemize rağmen nihakıma saatler kala aranıp oda dolu size başka oda verelim diye arandık. Üstüne gördüğüm en kötü üslupla konuşuldu. Bir daha asla, bir daha asla ve asla bu otelde kalmam. İnanılmaz bir hayalkırıklığı oldu.
As a long stay guest we didn’t get a fairwell departure. The check out lacked emotional interaction from the crew, immediately asked to pay for using the beverages in the mini bar which wasn’t even working properly, or not even asking how was your stay with us so far? I stayed for a week there. In addition, the breakfast supposed to be in the terrace with a view of the sea and open buffet, as contrast, we found that we’re obliged to have our breakfast down in an outstanding restaurant in which we had to eat the same thing every day 🙂. There was no other options, even the eggs we must order the same thing for two people, we can’t order how we like our eggs to cooked. The shower room has a problem in drainage holes 🕳️, after taking shower we have a swimming pool on the floor. As a consequence, I really didn’t enjoy my stay there as a guest, and didn’t find what I saw in the pictures description of the view showed upstairs. I will not stay there anymore.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were not only spotless but beautifully designed as well. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, and the hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect - everything was easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate to return anytime, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a fantastic experience.
nice and very clean hotel it is really close to taksim square so its convenient. Its surrounded by many nice places. The staff is very nice and helpful
Enjoyed a comfortable 5 nights here whilst we stayed in Istanbul. Peaceful and perfect for the hipster region. Breakfast was great and had a variety of the continental assortment of foods. The rooms are of a decent size but the toilets could do with someone seeing to the drainage as we did experience some issues with a bad scent. All together it has been a trouble free stay with a good pleasant experience. Room keeping, reception and breakfast staff have been positive and great in assisting us with everything. Perfect location bang in the middle of the “hipster” region of Istanbul full of vintage shops and boujee coffee stalls. Good variety of cocktail bars and good local access to grocery stores. Be careful if you don’t like walking up steep hills and tight alleys. Ten minutes either side to bus stops and rail links. Well recommended
I've just arrived at the hotel, and I'm absolutely blown away! The room is incredible – from the beautiful decor to the level of comfort, everything is beyond my expectations. The attention to detail is stunning, and every element feels thoughtfully chosen. It’s the perfect start to my stay, and I couldn't be happier. I’m really looking forward to the rest of my time here!
