5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklenmeyecek ciddi sorunlar ve kabul edilemez koşullarla karşılaştık. Aşağıda yaşadığımız problemleri detaylı olarak açıklıyorum: 1. Oda Ataması: • King Size yatak ve jakuzili Deluxe Oda rezervasyonu yaptık. İlk olarak jakuzisiz standart bir oda verildi. • İkinci odada jakuzi vardı, ancak banyo kapısı kırıktı ve oda ile banyo zeminine cam kırıkları dağılmıştı. Ayrıca, King Size yatak yerine iki tek kişilik yatak mevcuttu. • İkinci odadaki jakuziyi çalıştırdığımızda kirli, siyah su ve jakuzi jetlerinden gelen kir parçacıkları çıktı. Klima gece boyunca su damlattı ve zemin tamamen ıslandı. 2. Uyuma Konforu: Yukarıda belirtilen sorunlar nedeniyle uyuyamadık ve uygun bir oda sağlanmadı. 3. Kahvaltı: Kahvaltı tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı: Soğuk, tatsız yiyecekler, çok sınırlı seçenekler, hijyen eksikliği ve kirli bir kahve makinesi vardı. 4. Üçüncü Oda: Saat 11:00’de üçüncü odaya geçtik, ancak bu odadaki jakuzi de arızalıydı ve hiçbir düğme çalışmıyordu. Şuan 1 günde 4 tane oda değiştirildi. Kahvaltı her gün berbat ve kalitesiz. Seçenek zaten hiç yok. Gittiğim 1 yıldızlı otellerde daha güzel kahvaltılar vardı. 5 yıldızlı otel için böyle kahvaltılar sunulması utanç verici. Bu durumdan dolayı son derece hayal kırıklığına uğradık ve mağdur olduk. Otele defalarca şikayette bulunmamıza rağmen hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı ve yardım edilmedi. durumu kamuoyuna ve tüketici koruma kuruluşlarına bildirme hakkımızı saklı tutuyoruz.

Bu kadar kötü hiç beklemiyordum.isitma sistemi çalışmayan odaya verdiler donduk. Odamızın değiştirilmesini istedim verilen odaninda ısıtma sistemi calismiyordu iki saat daha donduk.kimsw ilgilenmedi.resepsiyona inip yüksek sesle söyleyince değiştirdiler 3 saat montlar ile üşüyerek oturduk.sabah kahvaltıda oturacak yer yok tabak yok casl yok salon kapasiteye göre küçük Hayal kırıklığına uğrattı profesyonel bir hizmet olur saniyordum Üzdün bizi ramada

Rezalet rezalet rezalet. Konumu çok güzel olan bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öncelikle park yeri olmayan bu otelin önündeki bazı mafya tipli şahıslar arabamızın anahtarını alarak para karşılığında başka yere park edebileceklerini söylediler. Eşyalarımızı bırakmak için arabayı park ettiğimizde bizi sıkıştırıp arabayı almamızı söylediler. İkinci skandal odaya girdiğimizde yaşandı. Odada banyo yoktu. Evet yanlış değil. Banyo yoktu. 3109 nolu odada kaldık. Size verilirse kabul etmeyin. Odada jakuzi gibi bir şey var orada duş almak zorundasınız. İçine girerken zemine düştüm. Ayrıca odada ne şampuan ne diş macunu vardı. Diş macunu için aradığımda gönderceğiz dediler sonra arayıp böyle bir hizmetimiz yok dediler. Aşağıya inip en kötü motellerde bile diş macunu olduğunu söyledim ardından odaya döndüğümüzde diş macunu gelmişti. Önce hizmet yok denilip daha sonra nasıl geldi anlayamadım. Ramada ismine aldanıp sakın gitmeyin. Ramadaların yüz ksrası bu otel olabilir.

Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Odalarının kötülüğünü ve küçüklüğünü de geçtim. Yatakların üstüne ahşap dekor malzemeleri asmışlar ve bunları çift taraflı bant ile yapıştırmışlar. Gece yarısı uyurken üzerimize düştü. Ve uykumuzdan ağrı, acıyla uyandık. Hangi mantıkla bunu oraya bantla yapıştırabilirler.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Konum harika. Oda biraz küçüktü ama o konumda bu fiyata daha iyisini bulmak zor. Temizlik olsun, çalışanlar olsun gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı fena değil. Çok iyi değil ama kötü de değil. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition — the bed was broken, extremely uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained properly. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. What made things worse was their attitude toward guests. Everything comes with an extra charge, even things that are usually considered normal wear and tear. For example, there was a small stain on a towel (accidental), and they charged me $20 for it, which is absolutely unreasonable. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. Staff were not helpful or understanding when I raised concerns — they just kept pointing to hotel policy. It felt like they were more focused on charging extra fees than actually providing service. Overall, I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful place in Istanbul

Our stay was amazing. Location is more than perfect, breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from and the staff was very welcoming and helpful in all the departments (housekeeping, pool, restaurants). We felt like home ❤️

I stayed at Ramada By Wyndham Istanbul Pera for 3 nights with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. We had booked a deluxe room but were given a standard room on the first night. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told the hotel was fully booked and promised we would be moved the next day and refunded for the first night. While we were eventually moved to the correct room, the refund never came. I followed up daily, but each time the response was either that the person responsible wasn’t available or that they were “working on it.” On the day of checkout, I insisted once more and was told they would contact me via email — but I was never contacted again. Customer service at reception, especially during the night shift, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. In general, the front desk staff lacked professionalism. The only staff who delivered excellent service were the breakfast and housekeeping teams — they were kind, attentive, and deserve 5 stars. While the hotel’s location is very central and convenient for exploring Istanbul, it comes with a major downside: it is extremely noisy. We could hear everything from outside, making it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast itself was disappointing, with limited options and some food items that seemed spoiled. Additionally, the spa area was dirty and moldy — far from what you would expect from a luxury property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone expecting the quality and service promised by a 5-star rating. There are better and more reliable options in Istanbul.

Really bad experience . I never have huge expectations but when I booked a five star hotel I was actually expecting prestige at least a bit. But unfortunately it is not a 5* hotel it’s 2* max . We got scammed on top floor pool while ordering drinks . Breakfast was disgusting and the dining place was too small for every customer. The top floor pool has too little beds and they are mostly taken whole day so don’t even think about resting there . The location is really noisy , parties all night long every night so forget about having good sleep there . Idk what to add more , I just do not recommend if you want to enjoy you vacation in peace… ahh and btw shower gel was missing whole week and it never got filled up 😅 and ofc our room with city view looks like that :

Staff were truly amazing and helpful in any way possible big thank you for that. We stayed for 4 nights and I’ve never felt more welcome in any hotel before especially since I asked lots of questions regarding city, tours and restaurants. They also helped catching taxi for us so we wouldn’t get scammed as tourists and therefore we didn’t need to pay triple prices. Room was also great with TV, refrigerator and great shower which room service cleaned every day. I also have to separately mention just how good the bed was like the mattress itself very comfortable I was asleep in the matter of seconds. Only thing I had the problem with was the lights. Every single one had to be turned off separately by pressing for few seconds which was pretty tiresome and I couldn’t figure out which button was for which light and there was this particular one which I couldn’t turn off at all, but I didn’t ask the staff for help cause I was leaving soon anyway so maybe they would fix it if I did. So to sum up I loved my stay here and would definitely come back.
