Temiz ve nezih otel Güleryüzlu personel özelikle ramazan ayında kahvaltınin temiz bir şekilde odalara gelmesi
Çok iyi ve güzel otel. Artık 8 senedir bura hep sürekli geliyorum
Bu otele surekli geliyorum son derece memnunum
Sezon dışında gittiğim bir yer geceliğine 300tl gibi bir şey verdim. Odalari temiz, yemeklerini de beğendim. Havuz ve saunası var ama biraz küçük. Odalar da küçük çok da büyük degil. Onun dışında bir sıkıntıyla karşılaşmadık. Çalışanlar ilgili ve saygılı. Yaz sezonunda fiyatları artar mi bilmiyorum ama 300tllik bir otel, fazlası etmez. Tercih edebilirsiniz. 4 yıldızlı bir otel ona göre değerlendirin.
Otel konum ve temizlik bakımından muhteşem. Spa olağanüstü konforlu ve hizmet açısından eksiksiz. Güler yüzlü çalışanları için ve özellikle sayın Cihan bey size ayrıca teşekkür ederim. İkramlarınız ve bana göstermiş olduğunuz ilginize çok teşekkür ederim. İnşallah haftaya eşim ve çocuklarım ile tekrar sizi ziyaret etmek istiyorum...
Fantastic value for money. Will recommend any time any day. Hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. HOWEVER the spa lady is absolutely rubbish. Lazy and smelt of cigarettes. Used the sponge that she had used to scrub my feet to scrub my face. I broke out. I’ve had Turkish body scrubs before. That was not it. She was awful. I would give her 1 star because she was pleasant. However I think she was lazy in the execution of her work.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hospitality and helpfulness were definitely present throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained, and it’s clear that the hotel blends in well with its surroundings, creating a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was generally great—friendly and attentive. However, we did experience a few odd moments with some housekeeping staff who entered the room without knocking, even while we were asleep. That was a bit uncomfortable and something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service. And the breakfast was okay too.
The hotel location is good close to tram and bus service and 15 to 20 min walk to Grand bazar, Hagia Sofia blue mosque and many more, we stayed 10 days, first two days service was good but slowly they decrease supply, room was not clean as it showed, you cannot change room temperature it’s fixed on 24 degree, we visited in July 3-11 and when we came from outside the was too hot and we are unable to change thermostat and they offer to open windows if you feel hot, also washroom drain continuously smell badly. Breakfast good variety and roof top restaurant had good menus and good view. We came across with drilling noise in day time. Which is disturbing day time rest in hot room. They understand limited English, we used google translater.
Booked a family room directly with the hotel months in advance. When we arrived the reception said that they do not have a family room at all and offered 2 separate rooms or a triple. No explanation was given. As it was not an option with a 6 year old we ended up staying in a cramped triple for the price of a much larger room and it was cold! Probably not an issue most of the year but it was around 11 degrees outside when we stayed at the hotel. It felt like there was no insulation seals in the windows whatsoever. Noise level from the street is also very noticeable. Finally the jovial jewelry shop owner from the lobby parading with a pistol stuck behind his belt did not give us a good feeling.

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Venara in Istanbul – With a Few Hiccups** My recent stay at **Hotel Venara** in Istanbul was **mostly wonderful**, and I would still recommend it with a few notes for improvement. Here’s my detailed review: **Perfect Location** – The hotel is in a **very central** spot, making it easy to explore Istanbul’s top attractions. Whether you wanted to visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, or the Grand Bazaar, everything was within reach! **Amazing Facilities** – The hotel boasts **fantastic amenities**, including a **swimming pool, sauna, and steam room**. After a long day of sightseeing, relaxing by the pool or unwinding in the sauna was just what I needed. **Delicious Breakfast** – The **breakfast was outstanding**! There was a great variety of options, and the **live omelet station** was a highlight—freshly made omelets to order really made my mornings special. **Exceptional Staff (Mostly!)** – A few team members truly stood out for their **warm hospitality**. **Seyhmus, the night receptionist**, was incredibly helpful and had such a welcoming personality. The **pool attendant** was also very attentive and ensured guests had everything they needed. However, the **morning reception guy** was a bit **unhelpful**—nothing personal, but his guest service could improve. ❌ **AC Issues in Rooms 606 & 607** – Unfortunately, the **air conditioning in both our rooms (606 & 607) did not work well**. For **two nights**, we suffered without proper cooling, and since the windows couldn’t be opened, it was quite uncomfortable. The front desk was **aware but didn’t take much action**, which was disappointing. ALSO it's so wrong to enter the rooms early morning without knocking!! The reception guy who keeps water and coffee really needs to learn some etiquettes.!! **Good Value for Money (But Fix the AC!)** – Overall, the hotel offers **great value** considering its **prime location and excellent facilities**. However, **proper maintenance of room amenities (especially AC!) is a must** for a truly comfortable stay. **Final Verdict: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐** - **Would I stay again?** Yes, but I’d **double-check the AC situation** before booking. - **Highlights:** Location, breakfast, pool, and **amazing staff like Seyhmus**. - **Needs Improvement:** AC maintenance and front desk responsiveness. **Still a great choice, but hopefully the AC issues get fixed soon!**
Great location near restaurants, tram stop and shops. All the main attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc) are walking distance away. The restaurant/bar on the top floor has great views of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara. Breakfast is a great buffet.
Eşimle birlikte masaja geldik saat 21.30 da masaja girdik iki bayan masör geldi maalesef masaj namına hiçbir bilgileri yoktu dakikayı doldurmak için çabaladılar artık yorgunluktan mı yoksa masaj konusunda herhangi bir bilgileri olmamasından mı bilemiyorum sadece masaj yağını vücudumuza sürdüler ağrılı noktalara dokunmak bir yana sadece basitçe ovalayıp bitirdiler kesinlikle memnun kalmadım sık masaj yaptıran biri olarak hayatımın en kötü masajıydı bir puanı bile hak etmiyor
