Отель нам очень понравился. Очень удобное расположение отеля, рядом метро и центральная пешеходная улица Истикляль, с многочисленными кафе и своим не забываемым колоритом по которой курсирует старинный трамвайчик. Пешком 10 минут до бухты Золотой Рог, рядом много кафешек, где можно вкусно поесть, но сделав несколько пеших прогулок, мы поняли, что смысла никакого нет, так как в кафе отеля были самые низкие цены, и очень хорошая и вкусная кухня. Есть несколько лифтов. При заселении нам предоставили номер лучшей категории, чем мы заказывали, на 7 этаже, окна выходили на бухту, с очень красивым видом, особенно вечером, когда город начинает играть своими огнями. Телевизор показывает 4 российских канала. При заселении, пока ждёшь оформления документов, предлагают кофе или чай. В номере чисто, есть необходимые полотенца, чайник с чайными наборами (кружки, сахар, чайные и кофейные пакетики), вода в небольших бутылках. В ванной хороший мощный фен. Шампунь и мыло имеются. За время нашего проживания, номер убирали каждый день, в отель приходили только переночевать, и всегда были приятно удивлены чистотой в номере. Штопора и открывашки в номере не было, но нам этого и не требовалось, так как в кафе гостиницы, всегда было пиво по цене в разы ниже чем в уличных кафе, а то что покупали себе в магазине, принадлежности без проблем нам все предоставляли по просьбе. Персонал очень хороший и отзывчивый, на все проблемы быстро реагировал, все позитивные. Рекомендую данный отель! We really liked the hotel. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the metro and the central pedestrian street Istiklal, with numerous cafes and its unforgettable flavor along which an ancient tram runs. A 10-minute walk to the Golden Horn Bay, there are many cafes nearby where you can eat deliciously, but after a few walks, we realized that there was no point, since the hotel cafe had the lowest prices and very good and tasty cuisine. There are several elevators. Upon check-in, we were given a room of a better category than we had booked, on the 7th floor, the windows overlooked the bay, with a very beautiful view, especially in the evening, when the city begins to play with its lights. Upon check-in, while you are waiting for paperwork to be completed, they offer coffee or tea. The room is clean, there are the necessary towels, a kettle with tea sets (mugs, sugar, tea and coffee bags), water in small bottles. There is a good powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. Shampoo and soap are available. During our stay, the room was cleaned every day; we only came to the hotel to spend the night, and we were always pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. There was no corkscrew or bottle opener in the room, but we didn’t need it, since the hotel cafe always had beer at a price several times lower than in street cafes, and whatever supplies we bought for ourselves in the store were provided to us without any problems upon request. . The staff is very nice and responsive, they responded quickly to all problems, all of them were positive. I recommend this hotel!

Had a nice experience here. A lot of other reviews complained about noise from the street and not being able to sleep but we found that it wasn’t bad at all. Location was good but a bit annoying at the top of a hill. The room was ok but had a funny layout. There were some marks on walls and furniture, the shower was a bit dodgy and the window didn’t close properly. In saying that we had a decent view out the window from our room and breakfast is included. The breakfast was also fine with a range of options for different people.

I deeply regret not reading the hotel’s Google reviews before booking it. I am extremely disappointed. Even the location is far from ideal if you’re not a fan of bar-hopping, because the surrounding streets are packed with bars. If you stay there on a weekend, you definitely won’t get any proper sleep. The soundproofing is awful — basically nonexistent. The window in the room wouldn’t close fully, leaving a wide gap through which you could “enjoy” the street noise all night long. And have you ever seen a washbasin placed right in the entryway? That’s what the "Superior Double or Twin Room" looks like. I’ve never seen anything like that anywhere. All the negative reviews here are unfortunately true. If the hotel is full — and because they dump prices, it’s fully booked even off-season — you’ll either have to get up at 7 AM to catch breakfast or wait until a table frees up for you. The restaurant simply isn’t designed for this number of guests. I even saw a young woman who couldn’t take it anymore and ended up eating on a chair next to the reception desk, plate on her knees! They were only able to check me in half an hour later because the room was still not ready. The rooms are indeed very small, old, and there is a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast is a 3/5 at best; nobody will make eggs for you, and the only fruit available were mandarins. I strongly recommend sparing your nerves and not staying here. P.S. I rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn’t hold back.

Food is pretty bad, for example just coocked spagetti with minced meat for dinner. Flavors were very basic at best. There is very little to choose from. We regularly waited for 20+ minutes before they bring more food on the buffe when guest ate everything. Rooms are just enoguh. Toilets and bathrooms are worn out, there are flies in room. You get smart tv but cant connect it to WiFi. Basicly only good thing is the location as it is very close to Istikhal.

Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent, but what really made the difference was the outstanding service. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and taken care of with genuine warmth. We would especially like to highlight Serai at the reception, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to assist with every little detail. His professionalism and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable and personalized. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, we are leaving with a wonderful impression and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 5 days. A great location near to the bar district. As a hotel it needs a bit of attention. In an attempt to satisfy the needs of smokers, the smell of cigarettes hangs in the air and the breakfast bar, it's horrible.

Kız arkadaşımla Galata Kulesini ziyaret etmek istediğimiz bir gün konakladık. İlgilerinden ötürü çok teşekkür ederim. Çok keyifli bir akşam geçirdik. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Odalar gayet temizdi. Kız arkadaşım kusur aramasına rağmen bulamadı.

I made a reservation via Booking.com at Pera Tulip Hotel in Istanbul. Shortly after, I decided to upgrade to a more expensive room. The hotel charged me for both rooms, even though they claimed the first room was canceled. Since July, they have promised to refund me the money. During my stay in September, they assured me the refund had been processed and would appear in a few days. Since then, the hotel has sent fake documents from their finance department, claiming the refund was made. However, nowhere on their false invoices does it show that the money has been refunded to my account. They ignore emails and calls, and when they do respond, they lie. I do not recommend this hotel as they are fraudsters, thieves, and liars. Additionally, the room was dirty, small, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Zero stars! Booking.com üzerinden İstanbul’daki Pera Tulip Hotel için bir rezervasyon yaptım. Kısa bir süre sonra, daha pahalı bir odaya geçiş yapmaya karar verdim. Otel, ilk odayı iptal ettiklerini iddia etmelerine rağmen her iki oda için de benden ücret aldı. Temmuz ayından beri paramın iade edileceğini vaat ediyorlar. Eylül ayında konakladığım sırada, iadenin yapıldığını ve birkaç gün içinde hesabımda görüneceğini söylediler. O zamandan beri otel, finans departmanından sahte belgeler göndererek iadenin yapıldığını iddia ediyor. Ancak bu sahte faturaların hiçbir yerinde paramın hesabıma geri yatırıldığına dair bir kanıt yok. Telefonlara ve e-postalara cevap vermiyorlar, cevap verdiklerinde ise yalan söylüyorlar. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum; dolandırıcı, hırsız ve yalancılar. Ayrıca oda kirli, küçüktü ve personel son derece kaba ve ilgisizdi. Sıfır yıldız!

Если вам не принципиально, что в номерах несколько староватая мебель, этот отель - отличный выбор. Хотелось бы отметить, что в отеле работают классные ребята и очень заботливая управляющая - это очень подкупает. Единственный нюанс: в номерах, окна которых выходят во внутренний двор, ужасная вибрация. Нам пошли навстречу и поменяли номер на другой, чему мы были очень рады. Про завтраки: возможно завтрак не слишком разнообразный, но есть все необходимое, и все, главное, очень вкусно! Расположение: расположение просто супер, это моя любимая локация в Стамбуле. В самом отеле три лифта, поэтому не приходится долго стоять на своем этаже в ожидании лифта. Спа/бассейн: сауна достаточно маленькая и не герметичная, но при должной сноровке ее можно разогреть. Хамам почему-то не включают заранее, поэтому воспользоваться им не получилось (ребята, хамам должен быть включён - ему ведь нужно время, чтоб нагреться). Бассейн хоть небольшой, но очень уютный и чистый. В общем, в спа-зону мы ходить любили. В целом, отель отличный за ту цену, которую они предлагают. Спасибо большое! Будем останавливаться ещё.

Je ne recommande pas. Dès l'entrée dans la chambre, une forte odeur d'égouts, un plaisir. Un coffre-fort qui ne marche pas car il n'est pas branché (?) et une porte pour accéder au balcon qui ne ferme pas correctement, ce fût un bonheur. Depuis ce fameux balcon, vous aurez le privilège de voir vos voisins de chambre se prélasser dans leur lit. Si vous prenez une douche, vous risquez d'innonder la salle de bain. L'établissement mentionne l'insonorisation de la chambre qui, une fois sur place, n'existe pas. Entre le bruit de la rue, la semi boîte de nuit en face et les tiktoks que vos voisins écoutent, l'expérience acoustique est inédite. De plus, j'aimerais bien savoir où se cache la télévision car nous ne l'avons pas trouvée. Était-elle dans une armoire ? Le seul ascenseur qui dessert le dernier étage est tombé en panne avec nous dedans. Puis, pour la durée du sejour, il l'est resté. 6 étages, ça fait les cuisses. Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer. Légumes relativement frais, pancakes secs et/ou brûlés. Le choix des aliments consommables est vite fait (mais tout dépend des goûts et couleurs, j'imagine). Seul avantage, la station de metro Şişhane est à 2 minutes donc la ville est proche. Les gens à la réception sont gentils et très calmes.

Hôtel acceptable pour une nuit si l’hygiène n’est pas une priorité. La communication avec la clientèle turque est limitée, Pourvue que la clientèle étant majoritairement internationale. J’étais à la chambre avec balcon étage supérieur ,la vue du balcon était surprenante.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cet établissement, à l'arrivée dans notre chambre, ça sentait les égouts, une forte odeur émanait de la salle de bain (particulièrement étroite). La connexion WIFI est très mauvaise voire inexistante (rappel , on est en 2025 , de telles choses ne sont plus tolérables !) . Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est sa proximité avec la célèbre avenue Isteklal et toutes les commodités (métro, bus etc) Et on nous a demandé de mettre une revue 10/10 sur Booking pour obtenir une réduction de 15% pour la prochaine réservation.

Hôtel très bien situé avec pas mal d'animation aux alentours, personnel agréable. Chambre pour 2 vraiment sympa avec baignoire à bulles et balcon, nous avons adoré la vue, magnifique le soir. Le forfait massage avec bain turc, une merveille. Rapport qualité prix parfait

Très très moyen. Les plats proposés en demi pension sont quasiment semblable pendant toutes la durée de notre sejour (9 jours) Très compliqué de régler la climatisation de la chambre Quant au service, aussitôt votre assiette terminée on vous la retire et entrée, plat, dessert s'enchaîne même si tout le monde à table n'a pas fini !

هذا الفندق من أروع الفنادق التي نزلت بها. حيث المعاملة الراقية من موظفي الاستقبال وخاصة الموظف اونر. أيضا النظافة في الغرف.. ومن أجمل ما في الفندق الطعام الرائع الذي يقدمه المطعم.. أنصح الجميع بالقدوم والحجز في هذا الفندق.. أتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح الدائم.

أعطيت نجمه ل موقع الفندق و نجمه للعاملين متعاونين هناك... مشكلتي مع الحمام نظافه سيئه جدا جدا المغاسل تنظيفها مأساه.. الرائحه مزعجه.. الغرف ضيقه حاولنا تغيير الغرفه لكن الحمامات نفس المشكله.. فندق اقل من ٣ نجوم مقارنه بالاردن عمان ... الفطور نفسه لا يتغير ممل جدا.. على الأقل بعض التغييرات باصناف الفطور...

داخل الفندق زبل غرف النوم ازبل من هيك ما شفت حمام wc.يا عيب من بره اسمه حمام بس للأسف كله عفن بلكي من سنه ما تنظف وجبات الفطور صباحيه. زفت حراميه داخل الغرفه. وأنا عندي إثبات على كلامي.وعندي صور لاهل الفندق.

موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين ...ولكن للاسف الافطار سيء ومتكرر خلال فترة اقامتك بالفندق ولايرقي لفنادق الاربع نجوم وخدمة النت لاتوجد في الحجرات وموجودة في الاستقبال فقط والفندق لايقدم الا زجاجة مياه صغيرة يوم وصولك فقط ...نتمني اخذ هذه الملاحظات في الاعتبار

Отель неплохой, но на 4 звезды конечно не тянет. Ремонт старый. Расположение отличное, рядом много достопримечательностей, станция метро, остановка автобуса. В комнате всё самое необходимое: кровать, длинный стол вдоль окна, небольшой холодильник, чайник с чаем и кофе, кружки с блюдцем. Возле кровати 2 столика, шкаф с вешалками по 2 на каждого, полотенца по 2 на каждого, плюс одно для ног. Есть фен, сейф, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа,твёрдое мыло. Каждый день небольшая уборка и ставят по бутылочке воды на каждого. В гостинице 3 лифта. Персонал вежливый, но ленивый. Кормят хорошо. На завтрак шведский стол. Выбор большой: 6 вариантов горячего и много холодных блюд, есть фрукты и выпечка, свежая зелень. Продукты хорошего качества. Чай, кофе, сок. На ужин суп пюре, второе с мясной подливкой большая порция, десерт, бутылочка воды. Мы наедались вдоволь. В городе даже не хотелось что то съесть. Персонал по русски практически не говорит, так что переводчик или английский. Живой музыки в ресторане сейчас нет, зато с улицы хорошо слышно соседние кафе. Поют и играют до 4 утра.

Мы выбрали этот отель из предложенных турагенством в Ливане. Нам забронировали на 6 человек, включая 3 детей. Когда двое детей заболели с высокой температурой за неделю до поездки мы попросили перенести поездку и бронь на пару дней вперед. Нам отказали и сказали что невозможно вернуть деньги и невозможно поменять даты и все деньги пропадают. Что же это за сервис? Когда едешь в 3 детьми то все может случиться и мы не просили такой тур чтобы нельзя было поменять. Агенство сказало что узнает в отеле при наличии справки врача о болезни детей о переносе брони и ответят нам в субботу 24 . Но 24 сказали ответят 26 , уже 27 и никакого ответа не получили. Хотя дети уже выздоровели и мы бы уже могли выехать и 26 но никакого ответа мы не получили. P.S. Ответ получили в день окончания тура что деньги за отель ваш нам не вернут и дату не поменяют. 😠 Very bad to make money and cheat costumers because of illness there kids.

Честно, фотографиям не верьте, пребывание в отеле, чисто для сна, заходишь в номер а там стол на всю длину где окно, и на всю Ивановскую кровать, то есть не посидеть на стуле, шкаф одно название, душ не очень удобный, кабина, маленькое пространство, уборка как настроение будет, за три дня ток один раз пришли, полотенца я уже в наглую брал сам, менял на чистые, качество обслуживание в общем скажу убого, завтраки, какие то два кусочка колбаски, хлеб, подобие пирожного, кофе нескафе, типо сока. Короче, не знаю за что 4 звезды, я повелся из за фитнеса, а там всего три тренажера, и то смешно: два из них ушатаны.... Делайте выводы, я был потрясен

Tolles Hotel in super Lage!” Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich TOP Lage, wer aber Nachts in Ruhe schlafen und sich vom anstrengenden Tag ausruhen möchte, ist hier falsch. Es ist extrem laut (unter der Woche bis ca. 1 Uhr, am Wochenende bis 2/3 Uhr), die Wände sind so dünn und die Fenster so schlecht, dass man alles von draußen und vom Flur/Nebenzimmer mitbekommt. Das Büfet hat uns nicht umgehauen und war auch nicht besonderlich sauber. Dazu muss man einen Mitarbeiter rufen, um den Safe benutzen zu können. Dieser ist aber erst nach 3 Tagen, nach endlichen Verzögerungen gekommen!!! Einen Türschild für den Roomservice haben wir auch nicht bekommen, sodass er jeden Tag laut an unserer Tür klopfen nusste. Er war aber nett. Ganz wichtig ist auch, dass die Klimaanlage zu dieser Zeit auf Winter eingestellt sein soll (?) und die Zimmer nur aufwärmt. Es ist abends sehr warm und stickig und wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird einfach zu laut!! Den Mitarbeiter am Empfang fand ich auch nicht besonderlich freundlich.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz guter Lage Die Lage des Hotels nahe dem Galata-Turm ist top, doch der Service war eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für vier Personen gebucht, bekamen aber zuerst zwei weit entfernte Doppelzimmer. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns sogar ein Zimmer entzogen, sodass wir zu viert in einem kleinen Doppelzimmer mit Beistellbett schlafen mussten. Der Empfang war unfreundlich, und unsere Reservierung wurde nicht respektiert. Trotz der guten Lage können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

ich möchte Ihnen meine Unzufriedenheit über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel mitteilen. Das Hotel und das Hotelzimmer waren sehr dreckig, und die Zimmer waren äußerst klein. Die Toilettentür bestand aus einer durchsichtigen Glastür und war halbhoch, sodass der obere Türrahmen offen war. Die Möbel waren alt und das Wasser hatte einen starken Chlorgeschmack. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag dasselbe und wurde schnell eintönig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Als ich nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, verlangten sie 60€ von mir. Nachdem ich das Geld bezahlt hatte, erhielt ich keinesfalls ein besseres Zimmer als das vorherige. Die Aufzüge waren sehr eng und erschienen mir lebensgefährlich. Zudem gab es in den Zimmern keine vernünftige Klimaanlage.

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel für den Preis. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht verschmutzt. Die Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden.

El hotel está a cinco minutos a pie de la torre gálata. Pero ojo, está en la zona de moda de fiesta, hay ruido por la noche hasta altas horas. El personal de 10. El tamaño de la habitación era bueno, pero no tenía suficiente luz y la limpieza es mejorable. Es un hotel viejo, sin reformar, con falta de limpieza y actualización. Si vas a descansar no lo recomiendo por el ruido, si vas a pasar poco tiempo es excelente por su ubicación

Las habitaciones limpias y modernas, el desayuno buffet con muchas opciones, muy cerca del transporte público para llegar desde el aeropuerto y para ir a todos lados y muy cerca de la zona comercial de Taksim y Galata para ir caminando. Lo recomiendo

Nos están estafando. Cancela tu reserva y cambia de hotel antes de arrepentirte. Ismail, el recepcionista nos ha dicho, primero que habia un problema eléctrico en nuestras habitaciones, y nos tenia que mover a un hotel del grupo llamado Tulip city, que está a pocos metros en la misma acera. Hemos ido a verlo y está frente a uma terraza discoteca con la música muy alta. Hemos vuelto y ahora nos indica que no hay problema electrico sino que están saturados. Nuestras habitaciones estsn ya pagadas con booking, pero dice que si no queremos cambiarnos al otro hotel cancelemos la reseeva y nos busquemos otro hotel porque no tiene. más habitaciones por saturación. Son las 00:55 de la madrugada y tenemos la discoteca sigue con la música muy alta frente a nosotros HORRIBLE.

Peor imposible comida asquerosa no tiene ni su propio restoránte está en hotel a 50 metros todo súper cutre mejor buscar cualquier otra cualquera mire i no soy español para tener mucho requerimiento pero aún así malísimo en 3 días solo probamos un desayuno asqueroso i una seña ni si quera tocamos ellos escogen que tienen i o comes eso o quedas sin comida nada bufet que tú escojas

Tardan muchísimo,han tardado como 42 min en atendernos y encima nos cobran 6€ por servicio!!!! Increíble! Comida normalita
