It was an excellent hotel, my room was good ,had a refrigerator with water ,very clean ,every day clean the room. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel is in good location near the tram and metro . In my next trip i will stay to the same hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Maya, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the European side of Istanbul, particularly the historic monuments around Sultanahmet. This strategic location made it easy to immerse myself in the rich culture and history of the area.The staff at Hotel Maya were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One of the standout features of the hotel is its 24-hour reception, which allowed me to check in at any hour after arriving from the airport. This flexibility was greatly appreciated after a long journey.However, while the hotel has many positives, there were some aspects that could use improvement. The room and furnishings felt a bit dated and worn. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The bathroom floor had some stains, and there was chocolate on the floor, likely left by previous guests.The cleaning staff posed a significant issue during my stay. Although breakfast was served from 7 to 10 AM, the cleaning began quite noisily at around 8 AM, which disrupted sleep for those who wished to rest longer. Moreover, there were several occasions when the cleaning staff did not clean the room at all. On a couple of instances, when the sheets were changed, the bed was not fully made, and I had to finish it myself. There were times when the bath mat was not provided, and I was left without toilet paper. On one occasion, I received an opened bottle of shampoo, which was likely used by a previous guest.Over the nine nights I spent at the hotel, the glass in my room was never washed or replaced, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, the cleaning service fell short of the standards one would expect from a three-star hotel.On a more positive note, the breakfast offered a good variety and was plentiful. However, as someone who is lactose intolerant, I found the options somewhat limited due to the heavy presence of cheeses and dairy products.In summary, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Maya. The friendly staff, great location, and decent breakfast made my experience enjoyable. I would consider returning and would recommend the hotel to others, with the caveat that they may want to address the housekeeping concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Şefika Hanım , she was incredibly kind and professional, and made me feel truly welcomed. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. We stayed for 10 days. Good service, cleaning everyday and good breakfast. The beds are a little small but we didn't find it to be any issue. Location is great, the tram, bus stops and metros are nearby. Lots of resturants and cafes and clothing shops around the area. Would stay again if visiting istanbul in the future.

Good price. Poor breakfast, everyday they serve the same food … kind of boring If you are lucky enough not to get a smelly room, powerful tabacco smell and old materials with fungus, the rooms are quite ok. The bathroom is a little bit crowded. Everywhere on the hallway smells tabacco although it is forbidden to smoke outside the room. I booked two matrimonial rooms but they accommodate us in one triple bad room and one twin room :))

Отличный отель! Бюджетный. Комфортный. Есть все необходимое в номерах. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные. Рядом много хороших ресторанов с живой музыкой, есть куда сходить поужинать. Метро и трамвай - 5 мин пешком. Отель тихий, спокойный. Шумоизоляция неплохая. Высыпался отлично👍 Отдельная благодарность замечательному, дружелюбному, заботливому персоналу отеля - ребятам с ресепшена, горничной Лейле и женщинам из ресторана🙏 Каждый сотрудник ресепшена владеет русским языком. Никаких проблем с коммуникациями нет вробще, всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу👍 Рекомендую! И обязательно приеду еще🤝

Отель очень хороший, есть всё необходимое: хорошая кровать, не синтетическое белье, фен, кондиционер, холодильник с бесплатной водой и соками, унитаз с функцией бидэ, сейф. Номер убирали каждый день, меняли полотенца, ставили воду и соки. Очень хорошие и разнообразные завтраки «шведский стол». Внимательный персонал говорящий на русском языке. Отличное расположение в центре Стамбула. Вокруг множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности ~ 20 минут. Рядом станция метро Vezneciler и автобус до аэропорта на станции Аксарай ~ 10 минут пешком. Мы жили в отеле 11 дней и нас все устроило.

Отличное место: стоимость, местоположение, состояние номера, чистота, отзывчивость персонала и, конечно, завтрак - на 5 звёзд. Если повезёт, можно найти номер на одного за 25$. Минус один - окна одноместных номеров выходят во внутренний двор, где расположены климатические установки, шум от работы которых не даст вам возможность побыть в тишине при открытом окне. То есть, спать придётся без свежего воздуха. Во всех остальных отношениях - я полностью удовлетворён и готов рекомендовать MAYA Hotel.

Хороший отель за приемлемые деньги. Удобно расположен,не шумно,но торговые улочки рядом. Очень хороший завтрак,всем работникам ресторана огромное спасибо-всё вкусно,чисто и разнообразно. Персонал приветливый. Номера маленькие и скромные,но убирают хорошо даже санузлы (в Стамбуле по-разному бывает). В целом довольны

Хороший и недорогой отель. Приятный персонал. Везде чисто, уютно, комфортно и огромный плюс - завтрак шведский стол. Спасибо огромное за Ваш труд, вы крутые!💓
