Отель роскошный. Все чисто и ароматно. Отличные завтраки. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, внимательный и приветливый в общении. Благодарим отдельно Kader, который создает уют и домашнюю атмосферу при уборке комнат. Спасибо обаятельной и красивой девушке, что сопровождает клуб лаундж. Отель не новый, но это то место, куда хочется вернуться. Атмосфера роскоши, уюта, особого дорогого аромата.
Отель находится в очень оживленном месте. В шаговой доступности достопримечательности. Есть СПА, бассейн. Хорошие завтраки порадовали. Ребята из сервисных службы очень стараются сделать отдых комфортным. Особенно хочу отметить Кемаля и Фарука. Большая благодарность им за наш комфорт
Потрясающий отель с прекрасным сервисом. Вкусные завтраки. Потрясающая кровать с мягким ортопедическим матрасом. Все понравилось 😻
Отель полный восторг. Мне понравилось все. Комфортные номера, все чисто, убирают каждый день. Чистые полотенца, тапочки и халаты, каждый день. В ванное есть мыло жидкое для рук и лосьон для тела и рук. В ванной есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа. Великолепный хамам и бассейн. Еще есть СПА, но туда мы не успели попасть. Завтраки вкусные и сытные, есть выбор на любой вкус, даже безглютеновая выпечка ☺️ Обслуживающий персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь, в любых вопросах. Отдельная благодарность Julia по работе с гостями (guest relations), она спасительница наша, даже помогла с экскурсиями и нашими миллионами вопросов))) Благодарим отель за заботу великолепный отдых ❤️
Выражаю благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Они такие трудяги - целыми днями что-то убирают, моют. Так приятно возвращаться в чистые номера. Администраторы гостиницы очень вежливы - приятно всегда к ним обращаться за какой -либо просьбой. Были только на первом этаже в кафе. Замечательно, что в отеле есть кафе. Кухня прекрасная. Спасибо персоналу за теплый прием. Очень понравилось. Комфорт и чистота. Вернемся к вам еще! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Кстати Panpan тебе спасибо за все, следующий раз приду с подарками из Самарканда!
This property definitely deserves a 5 star. I have stayed at their other properties and the level of service is definitely consistent. From check in (Mr. Hizar FOM) to Qasim, with luggage assistance to room cleaning and service Ms. Abel, the service was excellent and professional. Ms. Fatima (concierge) went above and beyond with city information and a personal tour of the facilities including the spa and sauna. Location couldn't be better. Close enough to all the major sites within walking distance but far enough for peace and quiet. On the tram line as well. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.
Our stay at Crown plaza hotel was very pleasant. The team are all amazing, very helpful and professional. The breakfast service team were very friendly and provided a great service. Can't remember everyone by name but Zumrut was one of the team who made it a pleasant experience. The cleaning service team were super. Cening who cleaned our room was just amazing, very polite, professional always had a smile and provided us with all we needed and nothing was ever too much for her. 5 star service!. The other ladies who I cant remember by name were great too. Thank you all for making our stay a great experience despite the room size!

Stayed there with family for one night. The structure and decor gave a wonderful vibe. Location is excellent, right in the hub of old city. Close to many famous attractions. Quite walkable. Check in and check out was smooth. Room was fantastic but couldn’t find outlet to charge phones except in the washroom. Would recommend this hotel and surely will try to stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always accessible whenever we needed assistance. Our rooms were spotless and very well maintained, thanks especially to our kind and hardworking housekeeper, Kader, who made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior design that really adds to the overall experience and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was that some parts of the toilet and bathroom felt a bit old and could benefit from renovation. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel.
