Tuzla Garden Hotel & Suites

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec des amis pour un week-end et, dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une propreté impeccable et un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres étaient modernes, spacieuses et conformes aux photos, voire plus belles. La climatisation fonctionnait bien (ce qui est primordial dans une ville chaude, à mon avis 😅). Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet, et même s'il n'était pas très varié, il était délicieux. Les croissants, en particulier, étaient frais et chauds, et le café était plutôt bon. L'emplacement est proche de tout : on peut se rendre à pied à la plage, au marché et aux restaurants. Seul bémol : il peut y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit, mais c'est normal puisque l'hôtel est en centre-ville. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel, convivial et propre pour le prix. Je le recommande vivement. 🌿

Je suis allée au spa et c'était incroyable ! Moi qui me fais masser régulièrement, c'était l'un de mes préférés. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Je l'ai appelé un massage ouzbek, car je n'ai jamais rien vécu de tel en Thaïlande ou à Bali. L'hôtel et son jardin intérieur sont également magnifiques !

Nous y sommes allés prendre le petit-déjeuner au Tuzla Garden. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le jardin de l'hôtel est magnifique. Il faut absolument le visiter par beau temps. Je n'oublierai jamais le parfum des fleurs du jardin. Leurs produits sont naturels, on le sent à leur goût. Je recommande l'omelette au fromage.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. Toute l'équipe était très sympathique et toujours serviable. Super ! Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et il y avait beaucoup de produits frais. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. L'espace spa est très agréable. Tout est très bien entretenu. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Cute hotel! In the middle of restaurants and cafes! Near the mall and shops. Walking distance to corniche! Just lovely livable location. The staff are nice and helpful! Shoutout to Harun, a very helpful supportive person! Thanks for the peaceful stay 🤍

Staff is very friendly. My room had a heavy tobacco smell. But I would nevertheless stay there again!

I have been staying at Hotel Tuzla Garden since 2019, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, and I feel compelled to share my gratitude. First and foremost, I would like to give a special mention to Beyza at the reception. Beyza has been incredibly helpful with all my requests, always responding promptly and efficiently. Her dedication and warm demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff, including Emrah, Hacer, Ozgur, Erdi, Yurdagul, and Ilknur, deserve immense praise. They always made sure to prepare my favorite sunny-side-up eggs to perfection, even accommodating my late orders without any fuss. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. The housekeeping team also deserves a heartfelt thank you. They ensured that my room was impeccably clean and that all my needs were met. Their meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I must commend the entire staff for their honesty and integrity. In the five years I have stayed at this hotel, I have never lost a single item. On one occasion, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the staff promptly informed me and safely stored it until I returned. Their trustworthiness is truly remarkable. I cannot name every single staff member, but collectively, they have become like family to me. Their care and support, especially when I had to quarantine in my room for 9 days due to COVID-19, were extraordinary. They ensured I had everything I needed, from food to maintaining cleanliness, which played a significant role in my recovery. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team at Hotel Tuzla Garden. Although my office has now moved to a more distant location, and I had to leave this wonderful hotel, I carry with me fond memories and a deep appreciation for everyone there. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for everything.
