L'hôtel se trouve dans le quartier de Gaziosmanpaşa, dans le nord-ouest d'Istanbul, à moins de 13 km du centre et à 800 m du périphérique d'Istanbul. Ce quartier résidentiel est aussi un pôle d'affaires. L'hôtel est également situé à 1,5 km des infrastructures locales et à 21 km de l'aéroport Atatürk d'Istanbul.
Cette résidence de tourisme a vu le jour en 2011. L'établissement compte 148 chambres. Les clients seront accueillis dans un hall d'accueil équipé d'une réception ouverte 24h/24 et d'un service de check-in/check-out fonctionnant lui aussi 24h/24. Les visiteurs y trouveront en outre un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière et un four à micro-ondes. De plus, les voyageurs y profiteront d'un lave-linge et d'un nécessaire à repasser. Les voyageurs se verront proposer un accès Internet, un téléphone, une télévision et un accès WiFi. Une douche fait partie des équipements des salles de bain. Pour parfaire leur confort, les clients se verront proposer un sèche-cheveux et des peignoirs.

I’ve been in Istanbul for 5 days now, and this hotel has been absolutely exceptional! The rooms are spotless, smell fresh, and everything feels perfectly maintained. The service has been amazing — the receptionists have all been so friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick with their responses. Everything we asked for was handled right away, which made our stay even smoother. A special thank you to Fadime Aksoy, the sweetest cleaner ever! She was always smiling, asking if we needed anything else, and kept our room beautifully clean every single day. Her kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to Fadime and the entire team at Radisson Hotel Gaziosmanpaşa for making my stay so comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌸
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience! Sembra was absolutely wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed and let us enjoy the spa and pool facilities at our own pace. The sauna and steam room were relaxing and spotless, and the whole atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for spa experience!
My family and I had a wonderful stay. Mr Hamza and the entire front desk crew were amazing Ayfer at the restaurant always ready to help. Good location, the apartment had full kitchen utensils, we didn’t have to call for anything bcos everything was provided so we could make our meals I only wish the 2 bedroom apartment had more than one bathroom so we don’t have to wait turns
I stayed here after surgery and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly since arriving. Nurten Melek was very kind, sweet, and attentive every day checking on me and making sure I was ok as well as making sure everything was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel. It is near restaurants, pharmacy, and hospital if you’re visiting for surgery. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the view was nice. Very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 9 days.
Semra in charge with the swimming pool is very nice, the area is very clean. She gave us towels and took care of all the tourists. I give her five stars for her hospitality. We will come back for sure.

Le personnel est adorable général le service de chambre est très satisfaisant. Je suis allée me baigner à la piscine et la dame qui y travaille “ Semra hanım “ est très gentille, çok düşünceli, Çok nazik, ve bana çok iyi ilgilendi. Ayrıca her şey temiz. Eğer Türkiye’ye tekrar gelirsem Burada yeni gelmek isterim mutlaka. Et puis il y Ayfer hanım qui travaille au buffet de l’hôtel, une personne souriante, gentille et très coopérative. Je viens de parler des personnes avec qui on a pas mal échangé et qui se sont présentés mais je vais surtout pas oublier le reste de l’équipe dont je ne peut mentionner tous les prénoms. L’équipe qui travaille à l’accueil sont tous adorables un par un sans exception, très accueillant, souriant, et la liste des bonnes qualités continue, ainsi que l’équipe de ménage qui font leur travaille parfaitement, sans faute. J’espère que je n’ai oublié personne. Je tiens à dire et redire que toute l’équipe de cet hôtel est extrêmement accueillante et aimable qu’on en sort rempli d’amour. Rien que le professionnalisme qui est juste incroyable. Je tiens à remercier chaque membre de l’équipe entière un par un sans exception. 20000 points. Je recommande cet hôtel à 1000%. We spent a week here over the New Year holidays with our children and were absolutely delighted! The hotel fully met all our expectations and gave us a true sense of comfort from the very first days. First of all, we would like to highlight the staff — incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Special thanks to Ms. Melek for the impeccable cleanliness of the apartments: daily housekeeping, excellent hygiene, always fresh towels and bed linen. Everything was literally sparkling, creating a feeling of coziness and peace. A special thank you to the pool and spa staff, especially the wonderful Semra at the pool reception. She carefully maintains cleanliness and order, genuinely cares about guests’ comfort, and is always ready to help. We are especially grateful for her kindness toward children — my son was happy to swim using a float ring that Semra kindly provided. These small gestures truly make a holiday warm and memorable. The front desk staff were always welcoming and attentive to our requests, which further enhanced our overall positive impression. We can confidently say that next time we will stay only here. We will definitely return! 🌟
We were here for 12 days. Everything was beyond expectation. So great, the service was awesome. As an example: with a minor issue with the fridge, they changed it for us. All housekeepers were great, kind, and polite; they cared a lot for every detail. Mrs. Samara was one of them. The driver, Zeki, was so good; he was so professional and on time. I highly recommend it.

Ecran is very professional gentleman. He welcomed and assisted me with issues I had. I loved the hotel the decor is very premium and luxurious. My room exceeded my expectations, I love the layout and decoration. The room was excellent, I think I love Turkish dishes more. Ecran is an exceptional worker and I strongly believe he deserves an promotion and salary raise
