I had a great experience at Mövenpick Apartments & Hotels, Dubai, thanks to the excellent service from Anthony, Sampath, Babu, and Abid. They were professional, polite, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. What stood out most was their willingness to help without being asked twice—always responsive, well-mannered, and focused on guest comfort. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a real difference and reflected very well on the property. Highly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend this place because of staff like them.
What a delightful Christmas lunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel – The Fountain! From the moment we arrived, the festive décor, cheerful atmosphere, and beautifully arranged buffet set the perfect holiday mood. The spread was generous and impressive, featuring delicious Christmas classics alongside a wonderful selection of international dishes — everything was fresh, flavorful, and indulgent. A huge thank-you to Imti, Avas, and Faraz, who truly embodied the Christmas spirit. Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and thoughtful service made the experience even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A heartwarming, festive dining experience filled with great food, wonderful service, and holiday cheer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate Christmas in style!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and genuinely enjoyed every part of my experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Imtiaz Hassan, Phyo, and Habib for their outstanding service. They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel valued and at home throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness really reflect the high standards of this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We had a very good stay at this hotel. At check-in there was a problem and the room was not the same as what we expected based on our booking, but the team handled it professionally and solved the issue very smoothly. Their response was quick, calm, and genuinely helpful, which immediately made us feel taken care of. Throughout our stay, all hotel personnel were very polite, respectful, and service-minded. We felt welcome every time we interacted with them, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable for us. I also want to give a special thank you to Meherban, who was responsible for cleaning our room—he was very careful, attentive, and clearly did his best every day. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful start into a great experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
This is our second time staying at the hotel and this time is even better. Our room (a 2 bed apartment) had been refurbished just days before and is as big as our house back home. It was perfect for us and our little one. Breakfast was included and the service at the fountain restaurant was amazing. I don’t know how all the staff are so calm and collected and friendly when they’re so busy and not all the guests are that friendly! Goudie somehow remembered my breakfast order when he must serve hundreds of people in a day and Kajal was always a friendly and welcoming face, seating and helping us. Order off the menu - the food is great! The boss man is great too but not sure of his name! For those with little ones ask about the little birds children’s room - we’ve been up a couple of times and one time there was a whole buffet at 4ish for the kids. Haven’t quite worked out the program but it’s useful when it’s hot outside and you need to kill half an hour. The pool staff at the main pool are so helpful and nice too. It really helps when you have a 2 year old in tow. The location is amazing too which was the main driver for staying here again having stayed in many areas of Dubai before. Highly recommended.
Todo fue increíble, el desayuno incluido muy rico y con gran variedad, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, y lo mejor de todo el personal es muy lindo y cálido con los mexicanos. Nos sentimos en familia
Tüm personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar çok temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı ve harika bir uyku çektim. Müsaitlik olduğu için bana erken check in imkanı da sağladılar. Kapıda sürekli taksi oluyor. Yoksa da çağırıyorlar. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Tekrar Dubai'ye gittiğimde kesinlikle tercih ederim.

Sabah 10:00 da geldik 13:30 da anca oda verdiler. Gerisinde sıkıntı yok, İçinde Starbucks var 7/24 açık

Franchement, une expérience magnifique ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec moi et ma famille. Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits avec ma femme et nos enfants de 6 et 11 ans. La chambre était parfaite, offrant tout le confort digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et délicieux. L’ensemble de l’équipe a été remarquable — de l’accueil aux voituriers, en passant par les serveurs et le personnel d’entretien. Un grand merci à tous ! Un petit geste m’a particulièrement touché : ma fille avait demandé des fraises un matin, et la serveuse lui en a apporté à nouveau le lendemain, sans même qu’elle le demande. Merci du fond du cœur de nous avoir permis de vivre un séjour inoubliable. Je ne comprends vraiment pas les avis négatifs que j’ai pu lire — notre expérience a été exemplaire du début à la fin. Votre gentillesse et votre sens du service nous ont offert un séjour d’un très haut niveau… que nous aurons du mal à retrouver ailleurs.
الفندق جميل والغرف واسعه والموظفين متعاونين اخص بالذكر السائق البشوش Venkat كان تعامله لطيف وبشوش دائما وحريص. يعيب على الفندق الفطور خياراته موجه اكثر للشرق الاسيوين والخيارات محدوده واربع ايام نفس الاكل الفندق قريب من المطار تقريبا ٢٠ دقيقة بالسياره وكذلك من دبي مول ٢٠ دقيقة وحديقة زعبيل يمكن ١٠ دقائق
الموظف ياسر مثال للموظف المحترف، تعامله راقٍ وخدمته ممتازة وسريع في تلبية الطلبات بابتسامة واحترام. إضافة مميزة للمطعم والفندق يخدم الجميع بكل حب وود رغم الزحمه الا انه ابتسامته حلوه ويشعرك بالراحه في المطعم شكرا ياسر🙏

الفندق بشكل عام جيد جدا الموظفين و خاصة موظفين خدمة نقل الامتعه تعاملهم و مساعدتهم للنزلاء جدا ممتازه و محترمه لهم جزيل الشكر و التقدير خدمة الاستقبال و الترحيب ممتازه و خاصة الموظفة مارشا و الجميع لهم الشكر و التقدير اماً بخصوص المرافق فالغرفة تعتبر جيده نوعا ما السرير مريح لكن توجد بعض الملاحظات الإقامة بشكل عام انصح بها وشكرا
Un séjour magnifique ! Les chambres sont très confortables . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant, où l'accueil de Nang et Yasser a été exceptionnel ; ils sont efficaces et très professionnels. De plus, l'hôtel est bien situé et l'ambiance y est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Hotel recommandable, très calme, cosy. Le petit déjeuner est excellemment délicieux et charnu. Kajal est courtoise et serviable. Elle est comme un bonbon, ce petit cœur qui vous donne un baume autant que les repas concoctés. Bon vent à elle. Super expérience à l’hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour nous. Ils sont gentils, serviables. EXCEPTIONNEL ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et notamment à Karim, Subasna, Brighton, Hnin… et tous les autres ! Le lounge est top pour les personnes qui y ont accès, on peut prendre son petit déjeuner tranquillement. Merci merci merci ! Paredi family
Hotel de bonne qualité, un peu vieillissant notamment les chambres qui devraient faire l'objet d'un rafraichissement et qui ne sont plus au standard des derniers Movenpick. Très bon service et ménage parfait. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais manque de certaines chose comme du bacon par exemple. Pas très loin de l'aéroport. Je vous conseille de louer une voiture car les distances sont longues pour aller partout à Dubai et il y a beaucoup de trafic notamment le soir à partir de 16 h (les taxis n'étant pas bon marché).

Останавливались в Мовенпик на 5 ночей. В отеле отличный сервиз и питание. Выше всяких похвал. Отдельная благодарность Хари из Хаускипинг. Благодаря ему в нашей комнате всегда было чисто, уборка была каждый день. Хари исполнял наши просьбы очень быстро и с уважением.

Прекрасный отель, все понравилось. Еда отличная, очень разнообразная, вкусная. Номер чистый, убирают каждый день. Один только недостаток - море не рядом. Но мы приехали на соревнования, поэтому нам важно было не море, а спортзал поблизости. Рядом с отелем супермаркеты, алкомаркет новый, хороший, пиццерия папа Джонс с очень очень вкусной пиццей. Вобщем отель рекомендую
Tranquilo y acogedor. Es un hotel cercano al aeropuerto ( depende del tráfico unos 20 minutos aprox.) Muy recomendable para ir en familia. Hay una parada de bus a menos de 5 min. Alrededor hay variedad de restaurantes y dos supermercados. Uno muy grande que había de todo , con cosas para alergias alimentarias. Hay un Mcdonalds a 5 minutos (24 horas abierto) y Popeyes.
Hermoso Hotel, confortable, con detalles a cada paso, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, completas y bellas. El desayuno muy variado y sabroso. La atención muy buena. Volvería a parar allí.
Excelente servicio personal muy amable las habitaciones están bien equipadas pero se les nota los años y el uso. De todas maneras una muy buena opción para estar en Dubai.
me parecio que es un hotel que tiene un precio fenomenal para le beneficio que obtuvimos, muy competitivo respecto a otros de mayor categoria. impecable la piscina y sillas. El personal de limpieza y del concierge muy atento y respeusta muy rapida.
Wir waren über Silvester in Mövenpick Hotel. Es war sehr angenehm, der Service sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich. Im Rahmen unseres Executive Stay, konnten wir die Lounge benutzen, in der wir rund um die Uhr freie Getränke bekommen haben. Dabei waren Subasna & Hnin immer für alle Fragen offen. Vom Hotel aus muss man definitiv mit dem Taxi in die Innenstadt & anderen Attraktionen fahren. Es gibt zwar einen Hotel-Shuttle, der fährt aber nur 2x am Tag und wenn er voll ist, ist er voll.
Ich möchte auch anmerken, dass dies das einzige Hotel ist, in dem ich je war, in dem ich 15 bis 20 Minuten zum Frühstück anstehen und warten musste, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. es ist nicht normal.Familien, die zum Frühstück kommen, sind mit ihren Kindern nervös. Da sie mit ihren Kindern so lange auf das Frühstück warten müssen, rennt das Personal erschöpft und nervös umher, um schnell die Tische abzuräumen. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein solches Problem bei der Organisation des Frühstücks für Gäste sehe. Auch mit der Schalldämmung hat das Hotel ein Problem.Jeden Abend bis 2 Uhr morgens hörten wir Musik im Hotel. Wir mussten mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Außerdem blickte das Fenster unseres Zimmers auf die Hotellobby. Wir mussten ständig die Fenstervorhänge geschlossen halten und überall im Raum das Licht einschalten. Wir kamen in ein sonniges Land, um die Sonne zu genießen und nicht die Dunkelheit im Zimmer. Das Einzige, was mir auffällt, ist, dass das Hotelpersonal freundlich und sehr gutmütig ist. Dank der Bemühungen des Personals können Sie einige negative Aspekte ignorieren. Die Lage der Hotels ist nicht sehr gut, es gibt keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man muss nur ein Taxi nehmen und irgendwohin fahren.
Sehr gute, nette Bedienung, vor allem Ms. Zin von der Garden Lounge.Schöne ruhige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Hilfsbereites, schnelles und sehr nettes Personal. Das All Incl. Programm war perfekt für uns. Shuttle zur Mall und Kite Beach haben wir gerne und mehrmals genutzt. Das Entgegenkommen mit Lunch und Getränke am letzten Tag bis zur Abholung durch unseren Transfer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt besonders genossen und werden sicherlich dieses Hotel bei unserer nächsten Dubai Reise wieder wählen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter aus der Garten Lounge und vom Pool Area, besonders auch hervozuheben die Hilfe von H. Maximous vom Empfang, selten so einen guten Service erlebt.
Sitzen gerade im Garden und werden sehr nett bedient von Zin 🙏🥂 freundlich und flink ❣️ Wir sind zum zweiten mal hier. Es ist schön, diesmal voll ausgebucht das merkt man leider. Die Dusche in der Badewanne müsste mal renoviert werden da der Ausstieg aus der Wanne sehr hoch ist. An der Rezeption war diesmal ein sooo netter Herr der toll deutsch spricht darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. 🙏 Herr Maximous 🙏 für Ihre Geduld und Auskunft. Alle Boys sind super nett und die Ladys auch.
Schon etwas älteres, jedoch schön gestaltetes und blitzsauberes Hotel. Angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Superfreundliches, hilfreiches, unkompliziertes Personal. Fairer Geldwechsel, auch von großen in kleine Scheine (für Trinkgeld usw.). Lage im Medicine District, nahe der Wafi Mall. Kurzer Transfer vom Airport. Zur Metro Station nur 1,5 km, aber kein schöner Fußweg. Es gibt ein paar günstige Lokale und Supermärkte rundherum. Großes komfortables Zimmer, herrlich bequemes Bett. Tolles, internationales Essen mit viel Auswahl, sogar für Veganer. Umfangreiches Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee und frischen Eierzubereitungen, Sonderwünsche kein Problem. Leckere Säfte und Desserts. Auf dem Dach netter Pool mit Sonnensegel, bequemen Liegen und kostenlosen Handtüchern. Kostenloser Shuttlebus mehrfach täglich zur Dubai Mall und zum Strand (vorab reservieren!). Gutes WLAN überall im Haus. Negativpunkte, aber nicht schlimm: Im Zimmer konnte man kein Fenster öffnen. Mir wäre eine Dusche lieber als eine Badewanne mit hohem Rand. Zuwenig Stauraum/Fächer für Kleidung, nur Bügel zum Aufhängen. V.a. kein Platz für nasse Handtücher oder Badesachen. Die Executive Lounge fanden wir nicht sehr gemütlich. Häppchen und alkoholische Getränke gab es dort fast zeitgleich mit der regulären Essenszeit im Restaurant. In der Garden Lounge wäre es am Abend schön lauschig, aber da kosten die Getränke extra. Schoko Happy Hour war nicht so toll. Keine Dubai-Schokolade.
