Je suis venu une première fois et déjà j’avais rencontrer un problème mais le soit disant chef m’avait demander de supprimer mon commentaire pour pas avoir de problème. Ce que j’avais fait ! Mais force est de constater que leur publicité est mensongère ! Le room service existe Pas puisqu’il faut descendre soit même et que quand il vous livre ensuite en chambre il manque ce que vous avez demander . D’autres part il travaille avec une clinique et il ne prenne même pas soins des patients . Vous demandez une omelette parce que c’est tout ce que vous pouvez manger mais il pense que c’est pour un enfant de deux ans 2 œufs à peine mais qu’il fois facturé au prix fort pourtiant !

Le quartier est propre, le personnel est sympathique, les chambres sont correctes bien que un peu étroites (une chambre double avec 3 lits) télé vétuste, quelques soucis d'eau chaude, le buffet du petit déjeuner est assez varié , le tarif est un peu au dessus de la moyenne pour la catégorie.

Le personnel est super sympathique, tous sans exceptions. L’hôtel est bien placé pour les transports en commun, pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville. La propreté est irréprochable.

It was an excellent hotel, my room was good ,had a refrigerator with water ,very clean ,every day clean the room. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel is in good location near the tram and metro . In my next trip i will stay to the same hotel.

Étant une famille de 5 personnes et 1 bébé, nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour notre séjour de 10 nuits. Et ayant séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels à Istanbul, cette fois-ci j'en sors entièrement satisfaite, à commencer par : - Le service de transfert de l'aéroport, - Un accueil sucré avec des lokum de bienvenus, - Une ambiance calme et paisible, - Un personnel extrêmement accueillant, serviable, disponible... Concernant les chambres : - Lumineuses, propres avec une literie très confortable, - Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner, Ah le petit déjeuner !!! Un pur moment de bonheur... Un vrai "kahvaltı" à la turque, bien varié et joliment présenté. Du salé, du sucré,... Mes papilles ont été conquises. Au coeur de plusieurs sites touristiques (grand bazar, Süleymaniye,...) l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un point fort majeur. Le métro est à 4 min à pied et le tramway à 6 min. Encore une fois, un grand merci pour gérant et personnel qui sont toujours souriants et à notre disponibilité. Hâte d'y retourner !

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Maya, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the European side of Istanbul, particularly the historic monuments around Sultanahmet. This strategic location made it easy to immerse myself in the rich culture and history of the area.The staff at Hotel Maya were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One of the standout features of the hotel is its 24-hour reception, which allowed me to check in at any hour after arriving from the airport. This flexibility was greatly appreciated after a long journey.However, while the hotel has many positives, there were some aspects that could use improvement. The room and furnishings felt a bit dated and worn. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The bathroom floor had some stains, and there was chocolate on the floor, likely left by previous guests.The cleaning staff posed a significant issue during my stay. Although breakfast was served from 7 to 10 AM, the cleaning began quite noisily at around 8 AM, which disrupted sleep for those who wished to rest longer. Moreover, there were several occasions when the cleaning staff did not clean the room at all. On a couple of instances, when the sheets were changed, the bed was not fully made, and I had to finish it myself. There were times when the bath mat was not provided, and I was left without toilet paper. On one occasion, I received an opened bottle of shampoo, which was likely used by a previous guest.Over the nine nights I spent at the hotel, the glass in my room was never washed or replaced, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, the cleaning service fell short of the standards one would expect from a three-star hotel.On a more positive note, the breakfast offered a good variety and was plentiful. However, as someone who is lactose intolerant, I found the options somewhat limited due to the heavy presence of cheeses and dairy products.In summary, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Maya. The friendly staff, great location, and decent breakfast made my experience enjoyable. I would consider returning and would recommend the hotel to others, with the caveat that they may want to address the housekeeping concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Şefika Hanım , she was incredibly kind and professional, and made me feel truly welcomed. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for the great hospitality

We stayed for 10 days. Good service, cleaning everyday and good breakfast. The beds are a little small but we didn't find it to be any issue. Location is great, the tram, bus stops and metros are nearby. Lots of resturants and cafes and clothing shops around the area. Would stay again if visiting istanbul in the future.

Good price. Poor breakfast, everyday they serve the same food … kind of boring If you are lucky enough not to get a smelly room, powerful tabacco smell and old materials with fungus, the rooms are quite ok. The bathroom is a little bit crowded. Everywhere on the hallway smells tabacco although it is forbidden to smoke outside the room. I booked two matrimonial rooms but they accommodate us in one triple bad room and one twin room :))
