Cet hôtel de centre-ville se trouve sur la place Al Nasser, en plein cœur du quartier commercial et de shopping de Dubaï, à deux pas du souk de l'or et des marchés. Cet hôtel d'affaires est à 10 minutes de route de l'aéroport international de Dubaï, du parc des expositions de la ville ainsi que des célèbres centres commerciaux.
L'hôtel dispose d'un total de 127 chambres. Un hall d'accueil et une réception sont bien sûr disponibles sur place. Tous les étages sont accessibles via un escalier ou un ascenseur. Quite disappointing. Musty smell in the room, never had sth like that. Really was thinking of Not staying overnight. Was greeted by insects in the room. Furnitures worn out and old. Breakfast was okay but Coffee was not drinkable. Staff was very friendly an dperhaps the best Thing at this Hotel. I would not Stay at this Hotel again and was Happy that it was only for a few hours.
Stayed a week. The female staff was friendly, but the male front desk staff was rather rude. The boys who cleaned my room were kind enough, though, so no complaints there. They also left my room spotless each day. Front desk didn’t reply to my messages 48h before my arrival which created a very unpleasant mess at my check-in at 1:30am, after a long flight. Western breakfast option is not varied at all, plus all bread tasted old. Lunch, on the other hand, was really good, but naturally upon extra payment. The pool area fit a max of 4 people and had a lot of flies, so it was rather uncomfortable. Location was good -if you like very busy areas 24/7-, but it’s far from most Dubai attractions. They will bully you into leaving a review, so personally I wouldn’t really trust the five stars. If you’re a woman alone and you’re an introvert, I highly suggest you stay away from this area - too many creeps on the streets all the time. Altogether, it was okay for what it was, and I’m grateful for the kind women who helped me, but I’d never stay here again.
I recently attended a Rifay Ratheeb function inside the hall of Landmark Hotel, baniyas and it was a nice experience overall. 🎉🏨 The hall is suitable for small-scale functions or gatherings, and it’s a convenient place to celebrate special occasions. In my personal opinion, the AC maintenance can be improved — it was quite strong, and we were getting sweat due to uneven cooling. ❄️🙂 Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel for small functions and events in the Naif area. 👍
I stayed in the hotel for 3 night. Everything was awful. - there was lots of beetles in WC and rooms. - the noise of air conditioners was very loud and I couldn't sleep well. - The bathroom was very dirty. - breakfast options was limited. - although the location of hotel is near the metro station but you need to change metro line to reach new Dubai in Sheikhzayed.

Terrible place! I needed a hotel urgently and made a booking in the morning. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was shocked! It’s dirty, smelly, people smoke inside their rooms and the smoke is veneer in the corridor. It stinks of damp, this place has me been ventilated. I’ve paid for one night, but couldn’t stay, had to check out immediately! The manager wasn’t there. I’ve emailed him, but no reply for few days. He doesn’t bother! I am not surprised why this place is in this condition! Avoid!!!!!!!!

Почитав отзывы на разных сайтах, о том что тут плохо, я был в сомнениях. Но все же решил забронировать тут номер. И оказалось что тут вполне можно отдохнуть. Номера: уборка каждый день, да есть где то старые пятна на креслах, стенах и тд, но мне на это все равно. Самое главное нет тараканов и прочей твари! Это единственное чего я боялся. Завтраки: выбор не большой, но перекусить можно. Картошка и сосиски зажаренные мне всегда заходят. Персонал: Дружелюбный, всегда ответят на все вопросы (тут вообще нет нареканий) Местоположение: Рядом находится зелёная ветка метро, идти до неё минуты 3-5. Если выйти на набережную, можно на лодке добраться на другую сторону в старый Дубай (вроде так место называется) Короче, если сюда ещё буду летать, то этот отель в положительном списке.
Комната уютная с небольшой ванной комнатой, мебель не новый но в хорошем состоянии. WiFi идеально работает, никаких прерываний. Основная причина почему я поставила 5 звёзд идеальный сервис и вкусные блюда. Комнату включая ванную чистят каждый день, обеспечивают мгновенную обслуживанию если вам нужен что нибудь. Хотел стафф очень вежливый.
Мы вместе уже с моей женой, приехали отдыхать в медовый месяц ОАЭ, наш тур агент сам выбрал для нас этот отель. Когда мы приехали, бы удивлены чистотой и комфортностью номера, вид с балкона отличный, наш номер убирали каждый день. У нас по договору был только завтрак по типу шведского стола, но выбор просто огромный, всегда хочется все все попробовать, а главное все вкусно, особенно сливочное масло)). Служащие хорошие люди, знают нимного русский язык, а значит можно найти контакт. Что мне не понравилось, но потом исправились, это то что каждый раз когда мы приходили в номер служащие делали в номере морозильник. Конечно возможно понять, мы ходили по жаре, были на пляже скажем, но когда заходишь аж в такую холодину как там делали, извольте, не очень приятно. В целом я доволен этим отелем, было хорошо, советую.
للأسف، مستوى النظافة في الفندق ضعيف جدًا، ولا توجد مواقف للسيارات. عند الوصول، تم تحميلي مبلغ 20 درهم إضافي. كما لاحظت وجود صراصير داخل الثلاجة وخارج الغرفة، والغالبية العظمى من النزلاء من الجنسيات الهندية.
الفندق في مكان مزدحم. لا توجد مواقف اله. المكان المحيط بالفندق نوعًا ما قذر بتلـك الأشكال الي تحيط به. من الداخل مكان آمن ونظيف وطاقم العمل أناس متعاونين. الغرف واسعـة ولكن دورة المياه ضيقة. وجبة الفطور متنوعة ولكن ب نسبة ٧٠٪ الوجبات هنديـة. الوايفاي جدًا ممتاز.
لا يرتقي إلى مستوى فندق والروائح السيئة في كل مكان

الفندق موقعه ممتاز وبجوار محطه المترو وجميع الاسواق القديمه . الموظفين ممتازين . العيب الوحيد انه يوجد به صراصير والاثاث قديم

Hotel sencillo que ofrece un servicio Buffet como desayuno. Salvo la limpieza que a veces no lo hacen bien en las habitaciones
Hôtel bien situé dans l'ancien Dubaï dans un quartier indien africain. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'hôtel est ancien mais propre et fonctionnel, on a manqué de rien, cependant ne correspond pas forcément aux exigences européennes. Pour le rapport qualité prix compétitifs et le shopping très bon marché dans le quartier. Point négatif quelques petits cafards dans la chambres.
Le Landmark est un hôtel de luxe. Le restaurant, situé au premier étage, propose un buffet à volonté pour seulement 12 dirhams (moins de 4€). Cet hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier animé et fréquenté, à proximité du métro. Autour de cet hôtel-restaurant, on trouve des centaines d'hôtels et de boutiques spécialisées. Une visite en vaut la peine.
В отеле всё было прекрасно, мы остались очень довольны. Особо хотел бы отметить менеджера госпожу Моу, которая отличается доброжелательностью, приветливостью, человечностью и высоким уровнем обслуживания гостей. Лично я был восхищён её профессиональной работой. Будь я руководителем, я бы назначил ей высокое вознаграждение.
Отличное расположение, рядом метро, а на выходе магазинчики с товарами. Завтрак пойдёт, выбор не большой , но есть можно Сервис 10/10 , убирают, моют , всегда питьевая вода есть, отдельная благодарность Sadakathull за уборку номера!
Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität.Wir sind direkt nach Ankunft wieder gegangen, da es im Zimmer stark nach Schimmel roch. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Hotel auf Booking zu bewerten, obwohl wir 5 Nächste gezahlt haben. Das Hotel kann man im Nachgang auch nicht per E- Mail kontaktieren, da die angegebene E-Mail Adresse falsch hinterlegt ist. Wir haben 5 Nächte umsonst gezahlt und sind trotzdem froh, dass wir direkt gegangen sind. Das Hotel ist leider sehr heruntergekommen Leider nicht empfehlenswert.
Bloß nicht buchen, es gibt komischerweise keine Bewertungen über dieses Hotel, und das nicht ohne Grund. Ein Albtraum dieses Hotel.Ich
