Son point fort et l'emplacement ainsi que le personel toujours présent pour donner de l'aide propreté et équipement au top
C'est une très mauvaise expérience. Le gars de l'hôtel nous a arnaqué. Il s'est occupé du transfert pour l'aéroport et a demande 40€. Il a communiqué au chauffeur le mauvais nom de l'aéroport. Normalement notre vol est de sabiha, il nous a déposé avec nos bagages et voulait pas continuer la route. Malgré l'intervention de la police, rien n'a été fait puisque la conversation était en turc. Nous étions obligés de payer 60€ à un autre transporteur dans l'espoir de ne pas rater notre vol.
Le receptioniste est un arnaqueure on voulait un taxi pour l aéroport il nous a proposer d appeler un taxi pour 45 € on a accepter il demander de payer le taxi dans la reception avant même de monter dans le taxi il a dit que c une van mais il a menti c était un taxi sale aprés on a pris la route le chaufeur nous a dit que si on voulait arriver a l'aéroport dans une heure et demi on doit payer 60€ de plus pour luisi non il va faire 2h40min alors qu il ne reste que 2heure pour notre avion en plus les chambre pas propre les dras et les cousins les change pas tu trouve des poils la saleté et ca sens les égaux dans la chambre

Très bruyant et très Tard .
Hotel with a balcony and amazing view in central location. Rooms are clean but could use some deep cleaning. I wish smoking was not allowed, it’s gross. Our room did not smell like smoke but I think they need to remove that option. Loud and busy outside on Sat night, all other nights are ok. Would stay here again.
very nice guys in the reseption,, polite and helpful. The hotel is clean inside with good location if you want fun time in the night. But there is so much noise coming from outside especially in the night from the bars and clubs. The bars and clubs is too close to the hotel.
Amazing hotel with very cozy, clean and cute rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The other best thing about the hotel is its perfect location. It is in the heart of Istanbul, just a few steps away from famous İstiklal Street. We could walk everywhere we needed to go around, didn't even need transportation except for turning back to airport, and the bus station for airport was also in walking distance. Finding a vegan restaurant in walking distance was a blessing for us. Hotel price is affordable too. Felt home, would love to stay again.
I was very pleased with the stay, staff are very helpful and honest. The hotel is literally behind the taksim mosque, very close to the bus tunnel , metro, and few steps away from taksim shopping area. The only cons will be the noise around the area- expected. I was very anxious when booking the room due to some poor review and stated, "It's a scam" . I booked via booking.com- the cheapest one that has no window. However, they actually put the description clearly whether the room got windows or not. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade the room and got one with the balcony at a very fair price. The staff even informed me that there will be an additional charge if I pay with a card rather than cash. In summary, I highly recommend this place!
Rooms interiors are really nicely decorated. All is clean. But - no windows in the room and room full of smoke... Perfect location. Elevator. Conditioners. Wifi. All good. It could be a really nice place, if not very grim and unfriendly reception guy... He never smiled, or spoke or explained everything. He hardly answers the questions and pretends you don't exist.
