Located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, this recently refurbished hotel is situated close to the Beyazit faculty of Istanbul University and within a stone's throw of the city's famous Suleymaniye Mosque. Featuring cosy and modernly furnished rooms, the 9-room hotel also has a small breakfast room where guests can begin the day fortified by a delicious Turkish breakfast. A bus stop is closeby and Aksaray metro station is 1.5 km away. Shops, cafe bars and restaurants can all be found in the vicinity of the hotel and many of the historical attractions can be reached on foot. The Grand Bazaar is approximately a 20 minute walk away and Sultanahmet, 35 minutes.

Personnel super sympa, thé à volonté ! L’hôtel est très bien pour les petits budget pour le rapport service, qualité , petit dej et emplacement. Manque juste une amélioration au niveau des chambres et des finitions ( vmc marche pas, pas de couette, petit trou vers la fenêtre ) … et ça sera top.
Petite chambre avec bouilloire un petit frigo un verre 😁 serviettes de bain strict minimum, possibilité de prendre le petit très petit déjeuner pour 4€ par/jrs œufs dur fromage salami chocolat confiture thé Nescafé laitue concombres tomates, propriétaire sympa femmes de ménage très désagréable impolitesse rapport qualité prix correct pour 30€ la nuit
L’accueil est très limite, la propreté des chambres est vraiment lamentable, les fenêtres laisse passer le vent et le bruit de l’extérieur, les murs sont très faim et l’on entend tout ce qui se passe de l’autre côté du mur. Les matelas sont dégueulasses avec plein de taches jaunes. La femme de chambre est détestable, regard méchant, mais le meilleur reste à venir : la femme de chambre est rentré dans notre chambre pour faire le ménage pendant que l’on était là comme si de rien été, c’est du jamais vu. Mise à part la mosquée Soulaimani à quelques centaines de mètres l’hôtel est très loin du tramway est assez loin du métro, de plus le quartier est vraiment nul. Fuyez cette adresse. The reception is very limited, the cleanliness of the rooms is really dismal, the windows let the wind and noise from outside, the walls are very hungry and you can hear everything that is happening on the other side of the Wall. The mattresses are disgusting with lots of yellow spots. The maid is hateful, nasty look, but the best is yet to come: the maid came back to our room to do the cleaning while we were there as if nothing had happened, it’s unheard of. Apart from the Soulaimani mosque a few hundred meters away, the hotel is very far from the tram is quite far from the metro, and the neighborhood is really bad. Flee this address.
Ce sont des traîtres. J'avais une réservation, et quand je les ai rejoints, ils m'ont dit oui, vous avez une réservation, mais il n'y a plus de chambre disponible maintenant, alors ils m'ont changé d'hôtel pour deux nuits, et quand je me suis plaint auprès d'eux. , ils m'ont même ramené dans ma chambre, mais c'était trop tard حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل فيهم
Hotel très bien et propre avec un personnel Gentil qui nous à très bien accueillis je tiens à préciser que j'allais dans cet hôtel avec une énorme appréhension face aux avis tout ce qui a été dit sur cet hôtel de négative est complètement faux l'hôtel est très bien le personnel et top et les chambres propres que voulez vous de plus ! Et il est assez bien situé seulement il est en monté mais cela dépend d'où vous y allez aussi !
I stayed here for 6 days. The staff were friendly, and the reception spoke English very fluently. The room was clean, and the environment was quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small, making it slightly difficult to use the shower cabin. Breakfast was decent—there weren’t many options, but what was available was good.i enjoyed my stay overall and recommend it.
Do NOT go there if you’re an unmarried couple. As soon as we checked in, we were told that we’d have to find another hotel since we are not married. I told them the reservation isn’t refundable, and that they had my number in my reservation (with a single bed) which they could’ve contacted me on to let me know that I can’t stay if I’m not married to my girlfriend. After a little insisting, they let us stay but the whole interaction made the rest of our stay really uncomfortable. Good location, rooms are decent but not great, breakfast isn’t horrible, bathrooms have bad ventilation and some mold, AC doesn’t cool down or remove moisture so the only way to cool down is to open the window, so it’s completely a price/performance deal you’re getting. If you want something better in Istanbul the only option is to pay more.
Room was tiny, bathroom even smaller and more cramped. But overall it's clean, cheap, and comfortable. I only stayed for a few days, so it was perfect for me.
This nice hotel is located in a convenient and quiet location. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly.
If you travel alone and you need a clean room just for sleeping in a quiet and good location to sleep well at night to start your tours fresh in the morning. This will be the perfect choice. I don't know about family rooms and how big it is. I have to mention that there are no extras (waterbottle, tea or coffee bags, ...)
