Tuzla Garden Hotel & Suites

Nos alojamos en este hotel con amigos para una escapada de fin de semana y, en general, quedamos muy satisfechos. Nada más entrar, nos recibieron con una bienvenida impecablemente limpia y amable. Las habitaciones eran modernas, espaciosas y tal como aparecen en las fotos, quizás incluso más bonitas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien (que es lo más importante en una ciudad calurosa, en mi opinión 😅). El desayuno era buffet y, aunque no muy variado, estaba delicioso. Los cruasanes, en particular, estaban recién hechos y calientes, y el café estaba bastante bueno. La ubicación está cerca de todo; se puede ir andando a la playa, al mercado y a los restaurantes. El único problema es que puede haber un poco de ruido por la noche, pero es normal ya que el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. En general, es un hotel muy bueno, acogedor y limpio para el precio que tiene. Lo recomiendo sin reservas. 🌿

Fuimos a desayunar al Jardín Tuzla. El hotel está impecable. El patio trasero es precioso. Deberías verlo en un día soleado. No olvidaré el aroma a flores del jardín. Sus productos son naturales. Se nota en el sabor. Recomiendo la tortilla con queso.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa. Todo el equipo fue muy amable y siempre atento. ¡Genial! El desayuno era abundante y había mucha comida fresca. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. El spa es muy bonito. Todo está muy bien cuidado. Me encantaría volver.

Cute hotel! In the middle of restaurants and cafes! Near the mall and shops. Walking distance to corniche! Just lovely livable location. The staff are nice and helpful! Shoutout to Harun, a very helpful supportive person! Thanks for the peaceful stay 🤍

Staff is very friendly. My room had a heavy tobacco smell. But I would nevertheless stay there again!

I have been staying at Hotel Tuzla Garden since 2019, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, and I feel compelled to share my gratitude. First and foremost, I would like to give a special mention to Beyza at the reception. Beyza has been incredibly helpful with all my requests, always responding promptly and efficiently. Her dedication and warm demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff, including Emrah, Hacer, Ozgur, Erdi, Yurdagul, and Ilknur, deserve immense praise. They always made sure to prepare my favorite sunny-side-up eggs to perfection, even accommodating my late orders without any fuss. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. The housekeeping team also deserves a heartfelt thank you. They ensured that my room was impeccably clean and that all my needs were met. Their meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I must commend the entire staff for their honesty and integrity. In the five years I have stayed at this hotel, I have never lost a single item. On one occasion, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the staff promptly informed me and safely stored it until I returned. Their trustworthiness is truly remarkable. I cannot name every single staff member, but collectively, they have become like family to me. Their care and support, especially when I had to quarantine in my room for 9 days due to COVID-19, were extraordinary. They ensured I had everything I needed, from food to maintaining cleanliness, which played a significant role in my recovery. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team at Hotel Tuzla Garden. Although my office has now moved to a more distant location, and I had to leave this wonderful hotel, I carry with me fond memories and a deep appreciation for everyone there. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for everything.

Decepcionado por este hotel, la habitación oara una persona es grande, la decoración aceptable. El baño estaba correcto a excepción del plato de ducha, tenia la suciedad acumulada por una limpieza deficiente, la habitación y la ropa de cama tenían un olor poco agradable. La puerta de la habitación le faltan 2 centímetros para llegar al suelo, entraba luz y aire. El extractor de aire del baño hacia un ruido terrible. Pedi una almohada del tamaño de cama individual 90 cms y me dijeto que no tenían, tuve que utilizar la media almohada. El personal fue amable, la ubicación correcta, fue facil aparcar en la zona ya que el hotel no tiene aparcamiento. Fue un viaje de trabajo, no puedo opinar del resto de instalaciones.
