Otel genel anlamda her şeyiyle üst düzey fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim odalar üst düzey havuz hamam spa alanında semra hanım işini layığıyla yapan çok ince düşünceli bir hanım efendi gerek hizmeti gerek alanın temizliği olsun her şeyiyle memnun kaldım kendisini burdan bir kez daha teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum herkese tavsiye ederim
Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Her konuda Çok fazla destek olmaya çalışıyorlar. Birinci katta Semra hanımın alanından özellikle memnun kaldım. Spor salonu çok temiz ve hoştu. Teşekkürler.
Otelde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Özellikle kahvaltı bölümünde her sabah bize güler yüzüyle servis yapan Ayfer Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Her gün özel ilgi gösterdi, sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Bu kadar ilgili ve nazik bir çalışanla karşılaşmak bizi çok memnun etti. Ayfer Hanım sayesinde sabahlarımız daha güzel geçti. Kendisine ve otele çok teşekkür ederiz!
Çalışanlar gayet tecrübeli güler yüzlü. Fakat otele yakışmayan bir sorun var. Avrupa tem taksileri her gün tam kapının önünde bekliyor. Ben dahil diğer tüm gelen misafirler de aracını arkaya yada cadde de iniyoruz.taksici arkadaşa sorduğumda geri geri çık. Otel bizim otel böyle söyledi.çok seyahat ederim ilk defa taksinin otel kapısının dibinde bekliyor olması çok garip. Hiç yakışmıyor. Zaten Alan dar. Hastalar bile yürüyordu caddeye. İlgilenirseniz çok sevinirim. Oteleniz 10 üzerinden 10.
Radisson’a ilk giriş yaptığımızdan beri güler yüzlü, samimi ve yardım sever oluşları bizi çok memnun etti.Otelin temizliği ve hallway’deki koku very fresh sence İlgimi çekti. Samimiyetle söyleye bilirimki arkadaşlarıma önereceğim otel/residence olacaktır.Teşekkür ederiz.
I’ve been in Istanbul for 5 days now, and this hotel has been absolutely exceptional! The rooms are spotless, smell fresh, and everything feels perfectly maintained. The service has been amazing — the receptionists have all been so friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick with their responses. Everything we asked for was handled right away, which made our stay even smoother. A special thank you to Fadime Aksoy, the sweetest cleaner ever! She was always smiling, asking if we needed anything else, and kept our room beautifully clean every single day. Her kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to Fadime and the entire team at Radisson Hotel Gaziosmanpaşa for making my stay so comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌸
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience! Sembra was absolutely wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed and let us enjoy the spa and pool facilities at our own pace. The sauna and steam room were relaxing and spotless, and the whole atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for spa experience!
My family and I had a wonderful stay. Mr Hamza and the entire front desk crew were amazing Ayfer at the restaurant always ready to help. Good location, the apartment had full kitchen utensils, we didn’t have to call for anything bcos everything was provided so we could make our meals I only wish the 2 bedroom apartment had more than one bathroom so we don’t have to wait turns
I stayed here after surgery and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly since arriving. Nurten Melek was very kind, sweet, and attentive every day checking on me and making sure I was ok as well as making sure everything was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel. It is near restaurants, pharmacy, and hospital if you’re visiting for surgery. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the view was nice. Very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 9 days.
Semra in charge with the swimming pool is very nice, the area is very clean. She gave us towels and took care of all the tourists. I give her five stars for her hospitality. We will come back for sure.
