COLCHONES ORINADOS. Estuvimos en una habitación grande para 6 personas en lanplanta 38. En general todo está bastante viejo. Lo peor los colchones (ver foto) vigilar donde os ponéis a dormir... Por otro lado en recepción no cogen el teléfono desde las habitaciones, 6 noches y 4 de ellas no conseguimos tener toallas para 4. Teniendo que bajar a reclamarlas cada vez. Los colchones que estaban meados es lo peor. Los cambiaron la misma noche, fuera de eso poco más ni disculpas, ni indemnización ni nada de nada. Mal servicio y mala habitación. Seguro que en Dubai hay mejores hoteles. Adjunto fotos de los colchones orinados. Después de esperar 2 semanas al prometido correo electrónico de la dirección sobre los hechos se publica esta reseña.
Buen hotel. Habitación suficiente con buen baño (aunque le falta cierto mantenimiento). Atención del personal excelente. Toca llegar al siglo XXI con televisión... Pero no es algo que necesite. Para dormir, dutxarte y comer. Más que suficiente. Buen lugar. Piscina buena pero depende época del año no toca el sol, pero no depende de ellos. Agua más que buena.
Mención especial al recepcionista Basel, muy amable! El desayuno del hotel es espectacular! La atención de los mozos y cocineros excelente. La habitación amplia y te ofrecen agua para refill 24 hs.
Llegamos ayer y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa gracias a Basel!! Nos dio una habitación desde antes de lo previsto y nos permitió desayunar también, cosa fue realmente increíble luego de un vuelo largo y llegar tan temprano en la mañana. Además tienen traslado gratis hasta la playa y el mall.
Tuvimos un percance El servicio de limpieza de la habitación Por dos días no Ivan y tuve que reclamar en recepción. Aunque sea que me cambiaran las toallas. Cuando volvimos en la noche , lo habían echo Gracias por la encuesta ranali, muy servicial
Thank you for the amazing treatment from Ms. Hsu and Naoumi at the reception desk. The room and facilities are very modern and sophisticated. The in-room dining team is great and very flexible. I would recommend that they make sure to communicate with the guests about the preparation of certain items to ensure guests receive the food in their preferred style. Overall, thanks to everyone, and we will come back.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights with our family. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the metro station. Although the hotel is officially a 4-star property, it could easily be considered a 5-star hotel in terms of service quality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, especially one of the security staff members, Anas, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. The only downside is that the hotel would benefit from some revamping and maintenance. For instance, the bathroom door was broken and needed fixing, and the carpet should be washed or replaced. That said, these issues did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Barsha. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is of a high standard. Special thanks to Hsu and Evangeline for their attentiveness, genuine hospitality, and willingness to help with any request. Thanks to them, our stay was truly pleasant and memorable. Excellent Stay at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access major attractions, malls, and public transport. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I would highly recommend Novotel Dubai Al Barsha to both business and leisure travelers and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Outstanding experience in Dubai This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, friendly staff name indresh from housekeeping he is very polite and friendly , a very relaxing atmosphere.
