I am particularly impressed by the service, warmth and courtesy of the staff. I had Mr Khaled who attended to all my queries and made sure that I was well settled with my family. The check in and check out time is amazing! Thanks a lot for this. The first impression was very good. Well behaved, well spoken and above all very respectful and courteous. Mr Deepak (housekeeping) caught my attention with his genuine attitude and readiness to help. He kept my room clean and very very helpful. Very sweet spoken and very efficient in his work. I am so happy to have chosen this hotel, it is very clean and well maintained and above all the staff around are just very kind and helpful. I spent a marvelous time here. You people deserve a 5+ star rating. However, as a side note, please consider varying the breakfast buffet option…I ate almost the same thing for the past 4 days 😏 Putting this apart, the hotel is amazing ❤️

This hotel is a very amazing place. Philip and Aye are very kind and respectful members of staff. The food is very good and everything is perfect. Always coming back to the hotel. Location is very good, close to Difc, to Downtown, beach is also 15 minutes by taxi. And the best is service there . I always take club room in the hotel and that s the best option. Staff is amazing, super attentive and that makes you want to come back. Spacial thanks to manager Ahmed, who helped us with all questions and requests. Big thanks to guys working in Cappuccino and Al Fresco, they treat us like princesses and to managers and to the Chef of Al Dana, all dishes, from there were so good .
Its truly worth the 5 ⭐️ Highly Recommended 👍🏻 I did many staycations here in Dubai but i would say that this is my number 1. The place is near the metro, clean and beautiful that you can relax immediately. The holiday decorations are fantastic and well loved by families, especially the kids. Also the pool area has an uninterrupted view of the museum, the food is really good and the room service is really fast. It’s very secured as well and they are easy to be contacted. They have reception for different tour within Dubai like the desert safari experience so it’s easy to arrange pick up and drop off. What i admire the most are the staff which are truly amazing and kind. I would like to thank Sir Sajid and Ms. Sujita who genuinely help us on our late check in and did their best to accommodate us with one of the most comfortable and beautiful room with the view of Museum of the Future. My retired professor who’s on visit and unwell, feel better and enjoy the place. Appreciate your help Sir Simon for showing us the room and bringing our things. Thank you Sir Kasun for helping us on our check out and Sir Kritan for securing my camera that was left on the room. Overall, it’s an excellent place to relax, have fun and enjoy your stay in Dubai. Estamos pasando unos días en este hotel y nos está gustando mucho; buena ubicación, buena comida y una muy buena atención por parte de trabajadores/as del hotel, en especial de Yhiat, el metre del restaurante.
L’hôtel est situé en centre ville , très bon emplacement. Sa va c’est un bon hôtel avec service bagagerie. Personnel de chambre très respectueux et très poli aussi le personnel du petit déjeuner plus particulièrement le serveur Ahmed super gentil respectueux serviable et discret . Je recommande cet hôtel

Gerçekten mükemmel bir otel diğer yorumlara anlam veremiyorum. Manzarası ve konumu mükemmel. Çok temiz ve düzenli bir çalışma sistemi var. (puan kırma nedenim odalarda avrupa priz girişi başlığı olmalı + tek kullanımlık otel terliği + yatak yanında priz). Kahvaltıya gelecek olursak her ülkeye göre kahvaltı yapamazlar, yorumlarda türkler kendilerine özgü kahvaltı aramış gayette her şey vardı peynir zeytin yumırya her kültüre hitap eden bir kahvaltı. Kapılarda ve kartlarda hiç bir sıkıntı yok ve güvenlik çok iyi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz derecede saygılı, kibar ve güler yüzlü.
Otel de güncelleme olmamış biraz eski kalmış, temiz güzel bir otel
Booking.com üzerinden kahvaltı seçmiş olmamamıza rağmen, gittiğimizde kahvaltı olmadığını öğrendik ve bizden 250 $ ekstra para istendi. Ayrıca gece yarısı sonrası 02:00'de geldiğimiz otel için 15:00'de odaya girebileceğimiz söylendi ve Bizi tam 13 saat beklettiler. Check-in saati 15:00'miş. Otele gitmeden mesaj yazmıştım gece 02:00'de geleceğimizi. Cevap vermediler ben de sorun çıkmaz diye düşündüm ama maalesef böyle bir sorun çıktı. Hiç de yardımcı olmadılar. O an bir odaya geçmek için bizden, ekstra 175$ istediler. Tabiki vermedik. Ama 13 saat bekledik. İlk günden berbattı. Verdikleri oda kartları çok kötü, 2-3 denemeye bozuluyor. Gittiğimizden, çıkana kadar (7 gün) neredeyse hergün yürüyen merdivenlerde bakım oluyordu gece-gündüz. Personel asansörü kullanmak zorunda kaldık çoğunlukla. Gece (Saat 01:00 - 02:00) çalıştıklarında hem gürültü, hem toz, hem de iğrenç bir koku oluyordu. Banyo yapmak işkence gibiydi. Çünkü banyo başlığı oynamıyor. Direk göğsünüze doğru geliyor su. Tuvaletlerde, tuvalet fırçası yok. Pencereler sabit, açılmıyor. Sıcak klimaları yokmuş. WI-FI rezalet. 2 iyi yanı vardı. Konumu iyi, bir de oda temizliği. Onu dışında güzel hiç bir şeyi yok. Bir daha asla gitmem buraya.
Otelin 5 yıldız ile uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Ben hata edip yorumları okumadan geldim siz sakın gelmeyin. Kahvaltıda doğru düzgün peynir çeşidi dahi yok , hizmet kötü , lobide teras var akşam kitliyorlar bara gidip sigara içmenizi istiyorlar. Sabah bar ve lobideki teraslar kapalı 3. Kata yönlendiriyorlar bu kadar rezil bir yer olamaz kirli , inşaat çalışması var .. kısacası bu otel Türkiyede olsa 4 yıldızı dahi alamazdı. This hotel shouldn’t have 5 star. They don’t have any cheese option on breakfast just 2 option. You can not use teras on the loby properly. Staff tell you to go 3. Floor and there is looking so dirty and not safety. Shortly this hotel not worth the price totaly.
Genel olarak otel iyi. Kaldığımız dönem sabah 07:00 itibariyle başlayan matkap sesi gün boyu devam etti. Kahvaltı pek Türklere uygun değil yine de aç kalmazsınız. Muhammad Rashid kat görevlisi her gördüğünde selam veren, nazik, işini iyi yapan bir centilmen, kendisine teşekkür ederim.
اريد تقديم شكوى ضد موظف الاستقبال شفت الصبح بتاريخ اليوم 21-09-2025 قال لنا احجزو من الموقع وعندما تم الحجز قال الدخول الساعه 3 عصرا .: لاستطيع ادخالكم للغرفه ولم يتم التوصل للحل .. وقلت له اريد التحدث مع المدير قال لي لايصح للمدير ان يتحدث معك وانت غاضبه وتم يردد " come down “ اريد حل لهذا الموضوع .. اسم مدير الشفت " رام " من الهند وعندما تم التحدث مع الموضف يتصرف باسلوب وقح جدا ويصرخ بصوته نحن لانعمل عنده ..

انصح كثيرا بالحجز معهم الإستقبال كان ممتاز الموظفين مبتسمين وبسرعه تتم اجراءت دخول الغرف نظيفه وواسعه وبها جميع الخدمات من مكوى وطاولة الكوي وحتى مطبخ صغير به سخان الماء وثلاجة.... اشكر الموظف غيث على حسن تعاملة وجميع الكادر في الفندق موقع الفندق مميز في شارع الشيخ زايد وقريب من جميع المحلات وبه واي فاي
موقع ممتاز تعامل جميل من استقبال وتعامل ونظافه خاصة في البوفيه ابو العبد حرصه على راحة الزاين لكن سرير الغرفه الثلاثية سيءوهو محسوب بنفس التكلفه بسعر مرتفع ا يرقى للحجم او التجهيز و يجب التنبيه على عمال التنظيف دائما ان تكون جاهزية الغرفه حسب عدد الاشخاص

L’ascenseur ne marche pas! Il faut attendre au moins 20 minutes! Les chambres sont sales et vieilles ! L hotel est bruyant! Les chambres voisines font énormément de bruit! Oubliez cet hôtel, en plus c’est une maison de passe !!! À éviter
Une expérience que je ne suis pas prête d' oublier arrivée avec trois enfants attente de 5heures avant de rentrer dans notre chambre ! Au bout de deux heures une fuite dans les toilettes qui dure toute la nuit le bruit de la climatisation qui nous empêche de dormir Un acceuil expéditif Une piscine médiocre Et le petit déjeuner prenez votre petite cuillère !!!!! Je suis déçu et j'ai passé deux nuits fatiguante
J'ai pris un séjour en demi-pension que j'ai adoré, le petit déjeuné est varié et fait un chef meilleur ouvrier de france, l'hôtel est super classe, les services au top 👌 pour avoir passé une commande en room service et nettoyage de ma suite, c'était parfait. La suite était grande et nickel. Je recommande et c'est sûr j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Dubaï
Прекрасно отдохнули! Спасибо за Khaled за гостеприимство и за помощь при заселении и оперативном решении вопросов. Очень приятный менеджер, профессионал своего дела! Не смотря на то, что мы плохо понимаем английский, он не спеша выслушал и помог нам во всем. Питание в отеле тоже на высоте. Расположение очень удобное.
Очень удобное расположение.все рядом: станция метро, всемирный торговый центр, музей будущего.. Красивые виды из окна. Номера комфортные, чистые. Уборка каждый день, чистые полотенца каждый день. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Отличный сервис. Персонал заботливый, внимательный и вежливый. Один минус - им нужно заменить матрас, так как он просел. Это очень не удобно. И берите с собой зубную пасту и щетку.
Очень хороший персонал . В ресторане работает Bulan девушка из Индонезии. Очень приветливая и добрая. Другие ребята тоже молодцы , всегда с улыбкой на лице. Отличный отель и питание . Локация супер . Номера немного уставшие . Рекомендую
Номер просто ужасный , сырость и запах затхлости . Думаю при нормальной вентиляции таких проблем бы не было. Максимум 2 звезды , но никак не 5 как заявлено. Мебель очень старая и потертая. Из плюсов только расположение
Мы довольны отпуском и отелем. Отель уже староват, но все чисто, комфортно и уютно. Кровать и подушки очень удобные, спится хорошо. Персонал приветливый. Спасибо администраторам за быстрое заселение. Спасибо Saha Jalal за хорошую уборку в номере, все всегда чисто и аккуратно!
Hotel correcto para conocer Dubái. Precio correcto desayuno bueno. Bien comunicado. El personal muy atento. Las habitaciones antiguas y descuidadas dan muy mala imagen aunque están limpias. La piscina tiene muy buenas vistas pero es pequeña y antigua. El gimnasio muy completo. Tienen servicio de peluquería y se ve bueno. Creo deberían renovar algunas cosas como por ejemplo las deterioradas (muebles, suelo…) es una recomendación no importa si es antiguo pero da muy mala presencia que esté deteriorado. Estuvimos 5 noches. Gracias a todo el personal fue muy amable.
Me hospedé en el Millennium Plaza Hotel y solo tengo comentarios positivos. Las instalaciones están muy bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y la ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Dubái sin complicaciones. El personal merece una mención especial: son atentos, resolutivos y te hacen sentir bien recibida desde el primer momento. El desayuno es completísimo, con muchísimas opciones para todos los gustos. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que, por la cantidad de huéspedes, en algunos momentos puede sentirse un poco de ruido, pero es normal en un hotel tan grande y concurrido. En general, una excelente elección para una estadía práctica, cómoda y con un servicio que se nota.
Impresionante hotel , céntrico y vistas increíbles. El Sr.Lasantha nos atendía increíblemente , tenía mucho interés en hacer las cosas de la habitación súper bien todo limpio y perfecto , muy simpático agradable y detallista .
Llegamos y todo fue muy bien el check in rapido, la habitacion en si es okey pero muebles viejos, nos sorprendió que pedimos extra vaso y dijeron que no…. Se escuchan las habitaciones de los costados y los coches Aparte de eso fue correcto para lo pagado. Un hotel simple, económico y suficiente para hacer turismo si solo quieres el hotel para dormir.
Schönes, älteres Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf das Museum of the future. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Decke sehr dick und gemütlich. Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne und Blick auf das Museum. Zimmer Service ist frech. Wenn man länger schläft, dann klingelt er damit er das Zimmer reinigen kann. Gegrüßt werden hier nur die Männer. Komisches Gefühl, wenn eine Frau dabei ist und nicht gegrüßt wird. Ich finde es sehr unhöflich. Möglicherweise kann man das ja noch ändern. Das Frühstück ist OK. Cappuccino war gut. Es gab zwei verschiedene Wurstsorten, eine Käsesorte. Brote nicht sehr vielfältig .Nicht international. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Latest Check Out gibt es auch. Ein echter Pluspunkt. Pool schön. Personal grüßt halt nur Männer. Daher gibt es auch keine volle Punktezahl. Als Frau würde ich alleine hier nicht sein wollen.
Wir waren 13 Nächte im Millennium Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich – besonders Philip, Devin, Vartal und Su Myat haben unseren Aufenthalt durch ihren tollen Service noch besser gemacht. Das Essen war wirklich fantastisch, die Auswahl groß und immer frisch. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Service und Qualität gelegt wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung!
Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, warum dieses Hotel in Dubai fünf Sterne hat. Es war absolut schrecklich – das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je war! Beim Frühstück war alles schmutzig, keinerlei Hygiene. Auf dem Essen ist sogar eine Kakerlake herumgelaufen! Leider ist sie weggelaufen, bevor ich ein Video machen konnte. Danach habe ich kein einziges Mal mehr dort gefrühstückt. Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Nur das Personal war sehr freundlich – aber ansonsten ist dieses Hotel höchstens auf dem Niveau eines 3-Sterne-Hotels.
Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem Hotel mit Halbpension. Wir waren total zufrieden mit der Lage vom Hotel,Service bombe u auch mal ein Lob an die Küche was sie so jeden Tag gezaubert haben.War echt 👍 wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.
Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend sowohl für einen geschäftlichen als auch für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt in Dubai. Zudem bietet es ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es liegt zentral in der Sheikh Zayed Road, genau gegenüber vom Museum der Zukunft. Es befindet sich auch eine Metro Station in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von hier aus ist man in kürzester Zeit sowohl in verschiedenen Stadtteilen, als auch an der berühmten Kite Beach im Jumeirah Bereich. Das Hotel bietet einen sehr freundlichen und äußerst höflichen Service. Das beginnt bereits bei der Ankunft, die stets freundlichen Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sowie das gesamte Personal sind hoch motiviert und stets zuvorkommend. Der großzügige Lobby-Bereich eignet sich bestens für Meetings und Besprechungen. Im Hotel befinden sich auch ein großes gemütliches Bier-Pub mit einer Vielzahl an internationalen Bier-Sorten, sowie großen Video-Wänden mit Übertragung internationaler Fußball und Sportveranstaltungen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist reichlich und gut mit einer Vielzahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränken. Der Roomservice ist ausgezeichnet und sehr ordentlich. Arif war immer aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, versorgte mich ständig mit Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und erledigte seinen Job stets mit einer freundlichen Geste.
