Este encantador hotel urbano y de negocios está situado a solo unos pasos del Parque Gülhane. Ofrece todas las ventajas de encontrarse en el barrio más histórico de Estambul, Sirkeci. The hotel smells terrible. The open buffet breakfast was filled with food left over from previous days, and there were dead flies in the dishes. We felt nauseated and couldn’t eat.While having breakfast, the receptionist was fighting with another family too who was checking in. They were shouting at the family. They probably wanted to scam them, but when they failed, they started a fight. The spa costs €20 elsewhere, but here they charged €100 per person, and it was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The reception did not register our check-in and did not provide an invoice. When we were checking out, they demanded a parking fee, which we didn’t want to pay. The elderly man at reception was very rude and treated us badly. Then the hotel owner came and almost attacked us—he was about to physically assault us. They forced us to pay the parking fee. Never, ever go to this hotel. These people could harm you, even in front of your children.
فندق جميل جدا واشكر الاخ زكي على التعامل
This hotel has some definite good points. It is in a fabulous location. It is in the middle of everything and an easy walk to main attractions on the European side as well as a nice walk across the Galata Bridge to the Asian side. Only a short distance to the tram stop too. The other great thing about the location is that it is in a little traffic restricted street between two busy streets. So it is much quieter than being on a main road or near the trams. Having said that though taxis can get through the bollards to drop you off. The hotel faces a building site but it doesn't look like it has been operational for a while. There is access to every restaurant, shop or market you could ask for. The best market is to the left as you exit the hotel and is on the opposite side of the road near the bollards. He older gentleman is very nice and stocks quite a lot, including fruit, fresh dairy products and thd usual snacks. The rooms are spacious enough and well equipped. Breakfast had a reasonable variety and was okay. The breakfast staff were quite surly and the older balding man on the reception was arrogant. The other man on reception was friendly and helpful though.
Rude receptionist. Expensive hotel for very average quality. Facilities were below par (see attached photos of “fitness centre”) Worst “gym” I’ve ever seen I don’t know how this can be advertised. A small mistake was made on our behalf with the booking- the receptionist wasn’t able to cooperate instead enforcing a €70 payment. A king bed was booked and we got a queen bed. Buffet is very average and there were flies on my plate. Great location however. Probably just book somewhere else, this place sucks.
Previously (as what being mentioned by friend) this hotel is good and all the staff friendly. Once it being upgraded from 3 star to 4 star, and with 'new' manager or owner, the service become deteriorated. 1st, that manager/owner claimed that 5 years old kid and above considered as adult. So he charged my kids additionally. I will not forgive it if he's manipulated me as tourist there. 2nd, the room AC or ventilation is malfunction. This is my 3rd time to visit Istanbul, and this hotel is the worst ever.
Scammers. Hungry scammers. I booked via booking.com there was an issue with the site. I could enter details of one child only. Contacted the hotel about this issue and time of check in, also asked about gluten free options. They acknowledged the check in time, but chose to ignore the other issues. The confirmation clearly states price for 4 guests. So I took that as confirmation of 4 guests. At check in, Sinan the receptionist tells me I am booked for three people only and charged me extra! It is simple really, the confirmation states the product with price tag, period. Then Ali, the manager wanted to "help me" 😉 by showing me how to contact the booking site. The hotel and description : - no city view, all you would see is a construction site next door. - tv worked only twice. Streaming services? Only YouTube. Yes the amazing YouTube. Others are available but you need to log in with your own account 😉 - sound proof? You can hear the chairs moving on the roof restaurant, very late into the night. -AC doesn't work, just a vent pumping air into the room. I was lucky it was not hot when I visited. My mistake was not reading the other reviews before going.
Bir hafta boyunca bu otelde kaldım ve her şey gerçekten mükemmeldi. Oda temiz, rahat ve her gün özenle düzenleniyordu. Otelin konumu çok uygun, her yere kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Özellikle otel sahibi ve resepsiyonist Sinan Bey’e teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her zaman güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettirdi. Güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak isteyen herkese bu oteli gönülden tavsiye ederim!
Maalesef konaklamamdan hiç memnun kalmadım. Oda temizliği yetersizdi, eşyalar bakımsızdı ve genel olarak hijyen konusunda ciddi eksikler vardı. Personel ilgisizdi ve yaşadığımız sorunlara çözüm sunulmadı. Fiyat–performans açısından kesinlikle beklentilerin çok altında kaldı. Tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum ve başkalarına da önermem.
Konaklamış olduğum hotelinizde hiç yabancılık çekmedim sanki hergün geliyormuşum gibi sıcak davranışlar özellikle gezilicek yerleri çok kolay tarifleriyle zeki bey akşam turları içinde resepsiyonda duran komik sinan bey e çok teşekkür ederim!,,, temiz ve hijyenik olması ayrıca tercih sebebi herşey içi teşekkürler seneye görüşmek üzere,,,
Öncelikle şunu belirtmek isterim bu yorumları dikkate alın arkadaşlar. Otel seçmeden önce yorumları mutlaka okuyun öyle karar verin. Otel eski ve bakımsız. İlgi derseniz sıfır. Kahvaltı derseniz hayal kırıklığı çorba veriyorlar çorba koyacak tas yok düşünün artık. Birde en çok kızdığım olay benim kızımın uyumak için devamlı yanında bulundurduğu ayıcigi otelde unuttuk. 1 gün sonra oteli aradim dedim kızımın ayicigini unuttuk ne deseler beğenirsiniz. Evet efendim ayicigi gördük ve eski olduğu içinde çöpe attık dediler. Birincisi sen hangi hakla birinin eşyasını kafana göre hüküm verip çöpe atarsın. İnsan bir arar derki beyfendi eşyanızı unutmuşsunuz ne yapalım? Uzun lafın kısası arkadaslar sakın gitmeyin bu otele. ( Lütfen herkes deneyimlerini böyle dile getirsinki başkaları bundan faydalansın)

موقعه يستحق التقييم الفندق قديم يحتاج صيانة ونظافة لاكن جميل ارتحت فيه خصوصاً مكان الشباك عالشارع والهوا يرد الروح وشبكة انترنت متوفرة موظفين الاستقبال كانوا خلوقين وتعاملهم معانا ودود الفطور صحيح ماهو افضل شي لاكن فيه تنوع من اجبان وخضار ومخبوزات مالحة وحلوة البسكوت والكوكيز مرة لذيذ بس يحتاج الطباخ يطور نفسه ويقدم الأفضل في الموالح وينوعها مثل البيض كان عادي بس محتاجينه والعصير مو برتقال طازج للأسف عصير عادي

سيء جدا دام بتدفعوا ادفعوا على فندق يستاهل وعذرهم ان الفندق فندق البلدية رغم انه غير صحيح، الفندق فندق المدير واخر يوم لنا يخبرنا احد الموظفين بهذا الفطور سيء للامانة الموظفين اخلاقهم سيئة خاصةً فرحات من احد تصرفاته كان حيمد يده على اخوية قلك يعني عصبت وزكريا مشخصنها وحاقد مدري على ايش حتى لما اقوله على اشكالية موجودة نعاني منها كرائحة واحدة من الغرف ريحة مجاري، يرد باساءة وحقد مواقف كثيرة حصلت. ((( لا انصح فيه بشدة ))) حجزنا في هذا النزل للاسف بسبب الصور توقعناه شيء جميل وفخم وانه خمس نجوم وانه على اساس اقامة مستدامة لاكن ننصدم في الواقع من كل النواحي من غرف من رائحة كريهة منبعثة من الحمام من فطور و من موظفين، ماعدا عزيز وعامل النظافة رجل كبير طيبين جدا ربي يسعدهم —- ودي الصور ايت خدمه تتكلم عليها ودا السرير كدا الملايات معدومه و الحمام مفتوحه البالوعه و ريحه الغرفه مجاري و صوره الغرفه في الحجز كدا و على طبيعه قدام مبنى يتبني و ازعاج صوت البناء من الصباح و العمال المفترض في حريه رأي في التعبير و مدير و صاحب الفندق يرفض الشخص يعبر عن الرأي و التجربه السيئه اللي في الفندق صارت للاسف
Hôtel très bien placé, énormément de restaurants aux alentours et boutiques, à 15min à pied de Sultanahmet. Personnel au petit soin ! Je recommande cet hôtel Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Super restaurant rooftop, très bonne cuisine !
Bonjour, je me permets d'écrire car c'est une vraie escroquerie cet hôtel,il ne mérite même pas une 🌟 , nous avons réservé hôtel+Spa, le jour d'arrivée un monsieur chauve a la réception très désagréable, limite mafieux dans la manière de parler !!! Nous explique que il faut payer à chaque fois que nous voulons aller au sauna hammam alors que nous avons tout payé avec une agence de voyage en France !!! Nous avons contacté l'agence ils étaient choqué d'apprendre que le déroulement est vraiment catastrophique, la chambre est vraiment vielle et pourrie, vue sur un chantier face a face a notre fenêtre, même pas 5 mètre nous séparent, poussière et bruit toute la journée !!! L'humidité est a son haut niveau car la peinture du plafond se décolle, salle de bain le lavabo cassé limite dangereux quand on ce lave les mains ou le visage !!! La literie jaune et sale !!! Nous sommes loin des 4 🌟 a moins que cela n'étais que sur la semaine ou nous étions present 🤣 le réceptionniste nous dévisage a chaque passage par l'entrée, carrément il veut nous sauter dessus !!! J'espère que ça va aider beaucoup de français et d'autres touristes qui pense à réserver dans ce médiocre établissement !!! A FUIR
Superbe hôtel nous y avons passé 1 semaine et tout était parfait le service, le personnel, l'emplacement nous avons adoré et pour sûr nous y retournerons!!! De plus il est très facile d'accéder à tout les sites touristiques et le tramway est à 2 pas. Je remercie le personnel 🙏 et à bientôt
Le restaurant en terrasse (roof top) est d’un bon rapport qualité/prix, très agréable. Venus au hasard pour un apéro (ce n’était pas notre hôtel), nous y sommes finalement revenus deux heures plus tard pour manger. Service vraiment sympathique. Bières et vins turcs surprenants, dans tous les cas ceux que nous avons bus sur recommandation du serveur.
Hôtel très bien situé, le personnel est professionnel, aimable ,serviable ,gentil. En particulier Tulay personne bien veillante serviable . Nous remercions tout le personnel pour leur attention nous avons passé une superbe semaine .
В Стамбуле были первый раз . Когда приехали , номер оказался с видом на стройку и намного меньше заявленного . Все номера выходят на стройку , других у них нет . На вопрос , почему на фото другой номер , сказали , что тот номер на фото семейный . Номер очень маленький . По метру от кровати . В углах ванной была черная плесень . Массаж стоит 60 евро . Из плюсов - Убирались чисто , каждый день . Завтраки хорошие , но одинаковые , не было мяса , кроме 1 колбасы . До достопримечательностей близко .
Отель точно не 4⭐️ К сожалению плюс только в местоположении. Завтрак очень скудный, кофе растворимый, соки невозможно пить (как будто порошок намешали). В номере неприятно пахнет, и почему то именно в комнате обостряется аллергия (слезятся глаза, отекает нос)🤧 Тонкие вафельные одеяла (ночью прохладно), мебель подустала. Номер в меру чистый, но ужасно грязный чайник😬 Всю ночь искусали комары и плюс эта аллергия - поспать и отдохнуть не удалось, сбежали в другую гостиницу. Аа и вызвать такси прямо у гостиницы невозможно, водители отклоняют заказ. Чтобы не быть голословной прикрепляю фото.
Всем доброва вечер здесь мы очень приятна отдыхали здесь всё ест и отлична предприятие тоже красиво способом всем работником
Отличный отель, очень удачно расположен, все в пешей доступности. В отеле тепло, хотя сплит-системы в номере нет, внутренняя система обогрева, которая работает очень хорошо, с/у теплый, номера сухие, никакой плесени и посторонних запахов. На окнах в номерах есть блэкаут помимо штор и тюли. Балконы французские.
Отличное расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, чисто. Для изучения старого европейского города самое то, основные достопримечательности и Босфор в пешей доступности. Рекомендую!
Bastante bueno y la localización increíble, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero desde luego que es una opción segura. El personal es extremadamente amable.
Hotel pequeño, menos de 40 habitaciones, muy limpio y cuidado. El personal muy atento y amable. Ubicación extraordinaria para hacer turismo.

Tiene una de las mejores Ubicación para mí parecer está cerca del parque que conecta directamente con los monumentos y atracciones turísticas. La terraza tiene unas muy buenas vistas y el personal es muy agradable
Muy buena la habitación, limpia, el desayuno bien, pero agregaría algo mas del americano. La ubicación es perfecta! A mano de muchas atracciones, incluído es Bósforo. Hay un restaurant en la terraza en el que se come muy bien, y tiene una hermosa vista. Hermosa ciudad, con mucho para conocer
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Gülhane Park & Spa in Istanbul. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich und hat uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Obwohl das Hotel zentral liegt, war es angenehm ruhig. Der Standort ist wirklich ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Sehr schönes Hotel. Allessauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war typisch türkisch, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich.
- Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal. - Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind gemütlich. - Frühstück ist lecker! Ich habe dieses Hotel desöfteren schon gebucht. Auch meine Gruppen sind immer zufrieden. Bis bald :)
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, liegt auch in einer ruhige ecke, man kommt zu fuß/ mit dem tramvay sehr schnell an den beliebigen orten. Das hotel allein ist auch sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Oben auf der Terrasse hat man eine schöne aussicht, man kann dort was essen und trinken, auch die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Standort super nahe an allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer sind schon ein bisschen älter, aber preislich top. Frühstück ist ok. Blöd ist, dass man für die Buchung von Ausflügen wie Bosporus Rundfahrt oder Shuttle zum Flughafen in Euro zahlen soll. Wir hatten alles umgetauscht.
