Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel

2 çocukla 1 gece konakladık. Çalışanları özellikle çocukları görünce çok yardımcı oldular.-2. kattaki bahçe ve kediler çocukları çok mutlu etti. Odaları temiz. Ufak tefek eksiği vardı ama sorun edilecek cinsten değildi. Deniz manzarasıyla kahvaltı etmek çok keyifliydi. Aldığı ücreti fazlasıyla karşılayan bir hizmet sundular.

Eşim ile beraber 4 gece 5 gün konakladığımız otel hakkında detaylı bir yorum yapmak isterim. Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyi Sultanahmet , Ayasofya, Topkapı, pek çok tarihi mekana yürüme mesafesinde ayrıca yürümek istemezseniz tramvay durağına da çok yakın. Otel kahvaltı dahil olarak çalışıyor kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çeşitlilik fazla ayrıca istediğiniz zaman günlük temizlik yapılıyor hatta bazen istemeseniz de dikkat ediliyor bu detay benim için çok iyi ve önemli bir detay. Otel çalışanları oldukça ilgili, işletmenin sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm bir bey kahvaltıda cam kenarında yer bulamadığım için hemen dikkat edilerek bir masa ayarlanmasını talep etti. Ayrıca lobi görevlisi gayet babacan bir tavırla eşyalarımızı odaya kadar getirdi ve detaylı bilgi verdi. Yine yağışlı bir günde dışarı çıktığımızı gören otel sahibi şemsiyemizin olmadığına dikkat ederek Şemsiye temini sağladı. Otel dışında gezi esnasında küçük bir sakatlık geçirdim hemen lobideki görevliler fark etti. Kısacası çalışanları temizliği, yemek çeşitliliği açısından dört dörtlük bir otel belirtebileceğim tek olumsuzluk odaların biraz küçük olması ve ses yalıtımının olmamasıydı. Ancak bu kadarcık kusurda Otel çalışanlarının güzel davranışları sayesinde gözüme gelmedi. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğim.

Deniz manzaralı odayi tercih ettik çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz. Ilgi alaka hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.

Kapıdan girdik , Kuntay bey tarafından güleryüzlü ilgili alakalı sorunlara müşteri memnuniyetli sonuç odaklı yaklaşım ile karşılandık Hasan bey odamıza yerleşmemize yardımcı oldu Otelde gülmeyen personel yok işletme sahibini bu konuda kutlamak lazım umarım bu tutum değişmez Otelin konumu mükemmel , odalar tertemiz , kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok yeterli Bu dönemde sorunsuz otel bulmak zor , gönül rahatlılığıyla tavsiye ediliyorum

Fantastic service and ambience! Kuntai, Alper, and the rest of the service team are detail-oriented and provide outstanding service. Breakfast is included, and it's so good! Hands down to the kitchen. Plus, the view from the rooftop to the ocean is breathtaking. This hotel is lovely and well-located in Istanbul, within walking distance of all main tourist attractions (the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, etc). You will not regret staying here.

Just returned from Istanbul and had a wonderful 6-night stay at this hotel. It's located in a very convenient part of the old city, within walking distance to all the major attractions—Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace are just steps away. The service at the hotel was professional throughout. Even before my arrival, I was already in touch with Kuntay, who patiently explained many things I had questions about. After I arrived, the front desk staff, Mehmet and Yasin, were also incredibly helpful and resolved many of my concerns with great enthusiasm. I stayed in a sea-facing room. While the room was smaller than I expected, it was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. Sitting on the sofa and gazing at the sea was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel restaurant is on the rooftop and offers a panoramic view of the sea. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning, with a good variety of options and some daily changes. Esra, the waitress, always greeted guests with a smile, making it a cheerful start to the day. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

It is very bad I definitely do not recommend it. Although we made a reservation and paid for it months ago, they gave us a deluxe double but when we went they gave us a triple room on the ground floor and second floor when we said that this is not the room type we made a reservation and paid for and that it was not the same they said it doesn't matter they are all the same when we showed them the room type from their own page this time they put the ball to the agency and showed us a form saying that they did not specify any room type when we informed the agency about this they shared the e-mail message stating the room type we wanted and the fee paid and when we said that the lies were revealed we said okay and said the hotel is completely full we had to give that room they said it is not our problem we said we made a reservation and paid for it months ago then they said help would be given the next day the room given is very small the toilet and bathroom are narrow you cannot enter inside and we stayed in the room for one night it is on the garden floor because the garden is full of cats and cats they must have stayed in the room we couldn't sleep all night because of itching. When we went out for breakfast in the morning there was no spoon on the stand I asked the waiter for a spoon he showed where the spoons and forks are and said you can get it yourself he smartly replied !!! When we said that we would indicate this by taking comments due to this poor service approach, they said you can write whatever you want, so we are writing now.

We stayed here for our trip to Istanbul and the staff were absolutely AMAZING. From the moment we walked in so welcoming and attentive. Definitely would recommend! 10/10

Neat and clean hotel on a less busy street in Sultanamet. We found the staff very helpful with a good breakfast included. Sea view rooms on the upper floors have a nice view over the shipping anchorage. When we stayed the restaurant was only open for breakfast and there is no bar - but plenty of cafes around in the local area so not a problem. Room pricing was very dynamic when we stayed, so worth checking and comparing so you get a good deal. We would stay here again.

Stayed in many hotels in this area but Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel was the best among! We got room with view and it was worth every penny! Also got free upgrade on second room. Receptionists were all super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
