hotel konum olarak ve manzara olarak çok iyi fakat çalışanlara gelince konu bi o kadar kabalar ben olsam çalışanları eğitime sokmadan böyle metropolitan bi bölgede bulunan hotele böyle çalışan almazdım bir daha gelir miyim zorda kalmadıkça asla.
Otele geçen hafta cuma günü gittik, gerçekten çok içten ve güzel bir karşılama ile manzarası en güzel odayı tahsis ettiler. Temizliği ve güler yüzlü çalışanları sayesinde çok memnun ayrıldık. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde konaklamıştık ve cidden doyurucu ve yine temiz bir kahvaltı ortamı vardı. Konumu tam merkezi, iki adımda Beyoğlundasınız ve otopark yakınında olduğu için de büyük kolaylık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, teşekkürler...
Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltı ve yemekleri gayet lezzetli. O kadar memnun kaldım ki Taksim'e yolum düşerse kalacağım yer belli.

Very nice hotel with strategic location in Taksim. I stayed with my family for a week and had a great experience. The rooms are clean, the gym is pleasant, the rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of Istanbul. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I gave 4 stars as a rating but I would like to add another star especially in honor of Mr. Zaynel who works at reception and who was very human, always available, cheerful and dedicated. it is by far the best meeting we had with my family during our stay in Türkiye ! Mr Zaynel, you complete the 5 stars rating with your honorable service, so thank you for everything and hope to see you again !
Don’t plan on getting any sleep. The area or rooftop of the hotel restaurant is so loud with music you can hear it on every floor. Maybe clubs are in the area as well. Music stopped by 2am. Rooms are very small and dated. The hotel hallways and lobby are nice yet the rooms need an upgrade. The staff is very friendly at check in and held our luggage. Good location for taksim area but very loud.
