Konum olarak harika bir yer ama odalar biraz daha konforlu ve bakımlı olabilir

Agodadan oda tuttuk ve agodadaki arayüz sıkıntısı nedeniyle tarihler seçilmeden tutulmuş oldu. agoda, 20 -21 mart tarihini seçmişti ve bu rezercasyonu 20 mart 23.50de yapıyordum. kısacası niyetim zaten 20 marta tutmak değildi. ona rağmen agoda asla ilgilenmedi, türkçe müşteri hizmetleri yokmuş, Türkiye'ye açık değilmiş. Oteli aradık ve görevlilerle konuştuk. son konuşmamızda (6.arayışımız) deneyip bize tekrar döneceğini söyledi fakat dönmedi. 1300 liramız yanmış oldu ve hiç yardımcı olmadılar. Tutsak 21-22 marta tutacaktık yani para iadesi istemiyorduk, farkı ödeyip rezervasyonu aktarmaktı amaç. onun yerine paramızı direkt yakmayı ve karşılığında hizmet vermemeyi tercih ettiler. Elimden geleni yaparak gerekli yerlere başvuracağım.
İki gün kaldım. Odalar çok kötü değil, çok iyi de değil standartları karşılıyor. Yan odanın tuvalet fanı çalıştığında sizin odanıza çok ses geliyor buna çözüm bulsalar iyi olur. Gece ikide duşa girdiler onun sesine uyandım. Konumu çok güzel, Osmanbey metronun 100 mt ilerisi. Kahvaltı edemedim o yüzden bir şey diyemeyeceğim kalitesi ile ilgili. Fiyat/Performans oteli, yine kalırım

I spent two weeks at Nil hotel, and my experience was wonderful in every way. Here are some points I would like to share: 1.Reception and Service** Upon my arrival, the reception team greeted me with warm smiles. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries. 2. **Room** The room was spacious and clean, and free Wi-Fi. The beds were extremely comfortable, helping me get a good night's sleep. 3. Location The hotel's location was ideal, situated near major tourist attractions and public transportation. It was easy to navigate and explore the city. 4. Conclusion I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely return in the future!
This hotel is so unprofessional. I already had a bad experience in Istanbul but staying in this hotel made it even worse. I didn't feel comfortable with the room and the key didn't work. I had to come down to receptionist to ask them open my room everytime I wanted to enter my room. I have checked out early and moved to another hotel without the receptionist said anything. The next day I came back to take my stuff which was left. The old guy there with a rude tone suddelny told me I HAVEN'T PAID. Mind you, I did checking out the day before and it was prepaid. He said their booking system was error. Why not saying anything when I was staying there, met me at the lobby or when I checked out or just email me???? I felt angry, disappointed and too tired to argue. Not even a single apology came from his mouth
I’m staying that hotel for a four days in the week during last 4 months. I feel like I am at my home. the location is perfect it is really close the centeral places and public transportation stations. Also the hotel team is perfect all staff is welcoming and willing to help you. Espcially Mehmet is a warmbloded.
When we decided to visit Istanbul, our hotel choice fell on this place. We arrived early in the morning. The staff in the reception area were so sweet and welcomed us. They allowed us to have an early check-in . Moreover, they invited us for breakfast. The room we had was big. The breakfast was good tasting with a good variety. This place just needs a bit of renovation, and it can be one of the best hotels in its area. Keep up the amazing work.

Otelde 2 gecelik bir konaklamam oldu. Lokasyon olarak otel harika lokasyonda, İstanbulda ulaşımın ne kadar önemli olduğuna değinmeme gerek yok, Metro durağına ve diğer toplu taşımalara inanılmaz yakın. Merkezi bir konumu var. Çevresinde ihtiyaçlarınız giderebileceğiniz büyük küçük marketler ve dükkanlar var. Odalar fena değil ihtiyacınızı görüyor, temizlik olarak fena değildi. Kahvaltı da gayet iyiydi, tatminkârdı. Fiyat/Performans bir oteldi. Tercih edilebilir bir konaklama yeri. Genel olarak ben memnun kaldım diyebilirim.
The staff were great. So friendly, even when we didn't speak the same language sometimes. I was surprised they were dressed casually and not in a uniform, but that made them more accessible to me and they were very helpful. The cleaning lady was great, and I always felt my room was well cleaned Breakfast was ok. I wish there was a toaster for the bread. There were salads, helva, jams, fruit, cheese, different Turkish pastries each day, boiled eggs, sausage, Turkish tea and a coffee machine. The breakfast tables were quickly cleaned up by the staff, and sometimes they offered to get me a hot drink which was nice. My bedroom was just like in the photos, with a double bed, two seater couch, chair, desk, AC, TV, wardrobe, fridge, and bathroom with a nice shower, toilet and sink. The bed was quite comfortable with just me on it, but I think I'd not be very comfortable if my wife was with me, as it was a bit springy and I'm sure we'd feel every movement from the other side of the bed. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Just 50 metres in either direction gets you to a main street with restaurants, cafes, shopping maps, cinema, buses, Metro, small supermarkets and clothing shops. It's amazing how close everything was and still the bedroom was quiet. It felt very safe in the neighborhood, which is great. The Nil Hotel is great value. I recommend it.
04.09.2025 tarihinde 1 gece tek kişi otelde konaklama yaptım. Gece 02:00 gibi uyurken kapım zorlandı açılmaya çalıştı, resepsiyonist odaları karıştırıp elindeki masterkart ile açmaya çalışmış kapıda yukarıdaki eski usül kilit olmasa odaya dalacak. eşim bacım annem olsaydı ya da uygunsuz bir durumda olsaydım ne olacaktı. bir de pişkinlikle özür diledik sesinizi yükseltmeyin diyor. kardeş o an şoktayım her türlü bağırırım ben uyurken odama girmeye çalıştı diye polis çağırmadığıma dua et. Gelelim sabaha, sular akmıyor aşağıdan açmaları gerekiyormuş neyse açtılar ama su bir geliyor bir gidiyor sanki damacanayla basıyolar bir çalışan geldi 6. kat olduğundan suyun yetmediğini söyledi. eh be kardeşim otelin amacı %50 yatak %50si duş temizlik zaten su hizmeti veremiyorsan o katta konaklatmayacaksın bu kadar basit. zaten asansör yok o kata sonradan kat çıkmışlar herhalde. zor bela duş aldım kurulanacağım süpriz havlu da kirli. kahvaltıya indim süpriz ürünlerin tarihi geçmiş. yani işin özeti bu otele gidip de sinirlerinizi oynatmayın. tavsiye etmiyorum.
Otelde 6 gün konakladık, çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemiz ve güvenliydi, özel eşyalarımızı odada bırakmamıza rağmen hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, fiyatlar da bu hizmete göre oldukça uygun. Otelin yapısı ise ayrı bir güzellik; nostaljik bir havası var ve biraz Fransız tarzını andırıyor, konumu merkezi olması ayrı güzeldi her yer yürüme mesafesi. Bir de çok güzel bir terası var, özellikle akşamları oturup keyif yapmak büyük bir huzur veriyor. Hem güven, hem temizlik hem de sıcak bir ortam arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tüm çalışanlara şükranlarımı sunuyorum.👌
