Odalar havasız ve garip bi koku var temizlik üstünkörü yapılıyor memnun kalmadık. 9 gece kaldık suyumuz bitince yenisi verilmedi verildiğinde ise "normalde böyle bi uygulama yok biz insiyatif alıp veriyoruz " denildi odalar arası ses çok fazla geliyor yan yana oturuyormuşuz gibi gürültülü bi yer. Kahvaltı fena değil ama hemen hemen her gün aynı şeyler çıkıyor. Geneli turist ağırlıklı türk pek yok. Lambaların bazıları arızalı çalışmıyor. Televizyon küçücük sesi çok çok az asla duyulmuyor ve interneti yok çok kıyafetle gelecekseniz gardrobu küçük otoparkı yok . İyi yanlarına gelecek olursak temizlikçi ablalar çok sıcakkanlı konumu çok iyi bi yerde metroya tramvaya yakın çevresinde yeme içme yerleri ve büfeler var aç kalmazsınız.

2 kez İstanbul'a geldik ve bildigimiz alanda kalmak istedik. İlk geldiğimiz de otel 3.5 yıldız konumundaydı. Odalar da çarşaf (kirli) ve koku ( sigara) yogundu. 2. Gelişimiz de buna benzer herşey değişmiş çok iyi olmuş. İlk gelişimiz ve ikinci gelişimiz de çok iyi karşılandık. Hanımefendinin ismini bilmiyorum ama 601 numarayı bize uygun gören hanımefendiye teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı servisi 07:00 ilá 10:00 arasinda oluyor. Teras katında sigara içilebilir. Havuz teras katında. Öneri ( teras katı düzenlenmeli ve içecek olarak küçük bir bar alanı oluşturulmalı. Manzara gayet hoş. Herşeyi güzeldi. Gelirsek yine tercihimiz bu otel.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, thanks to the kind lady who took great care of the rooms with attention and dedication. The location is excellent, perfect for easily visiting the main attractions in the area. The breakfast was delicious and varied, featuring many local specialties that immersed us in the Turkish atmosphere right from the morning. The hotel’s ambiance is authentic and charming, full of typical Turkish details that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and welcoming experience!
We stayed here for 7 nights, the room is small by American standards, but it is a European size. At least you can easily walk. A week before, I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp and asked for a room with two beds, because I was staying with my sister. The front desk responded amazingly. We got a clean room with two beds (the mattresses were comfortable and good). Only one minus, I asked for another pillow and he promised, but did not say when, so we never got it ... but this did not upset us and I had a feeling that he would forget about my request as soon as I left, and so it happened. The sheets are white, the towels are thick. All the staff are very attentive, kind and ready to help. Breakfast is a separate story. It is so big, it is not continental, the breakfast is more than contemporary ... The area around the hotel is very convenient. 11 minutes from the Aksaray bus stop where we arrived from the IST airport in just 1 hour and $ 6, also the hotel is 5 minutes from the Vezneciler metro ... also the tram is 2 minutes walk to all the museums. Next time I will choose this hotel. Quality and location are important

We had a very pleasant stay, breakfast was decent, Hassan at the front dest was very helpfull, he guided us to several good areas, very friendly staff, clean. Also I would like to mention that it was a walking distance to a lot of nice areas and shops. Thank you to all the staff for everything.
The most beautiful accommodation, a dream location, the location is close to everything you need and you don't have to climb. The people there are very helpful and help you with any problem you have. I recommend, I will definitely come back!
