The best hotel. The room very comfortable, big and clean. The breakfast very nice . The staff is kind and helpful. The location next to taxsim square.
3 aralık gecesi intetnet üzerinden kampanyalı fiyat buldugumuz bu otele yine internet üzerinden ödeme yaparak ulaştık fakat otel internette belirtilen fiyatın geçersiz oldugunu ve rezervasyonu ekranda görmelerine rağmen bizi ve aynı durumla karşılaşan 2 misafirini daha otele kabul etmedi ve yöneticierimi aramalarına rağmen herhangi bir çözüm de sunmadı. hakkını arayan misafire farklı davranış sergileyen otel işletmesine yakışmayan bir davranış içerisine girdiler
Yemeklerini çok beğendim, fakat yemekhanesi bayağı küçük. Tavuk eti kızartma, köfte çıktı gayet güzeldi, aşçısı kaliteli belliki, hizmette fena değ ildi iyidi ilgilendiler toplantı yeri vardı orda yapıldı Toplantıdayım, yanı taksim için yeri fena değildi , otopark sıkıntısını ben yaşadım ama tabiki bilemezsin başka varmıydı ben görmedim. Size diyeceğim mescit yoktu geçici seccadeler vardı iki kat aşağıdaydı, merkezi olarak fena değildi, fakat yazısı çok zor görünüyordu, ara sokakta olduğu için sıkıntı çektim başta, meydanın solunda kalıyor, ve arka sokmaktadır. Odalarını görmedim toplantı için gittiğ imiz için fakat sigara içmek için üst katta yani yemekhanenein üstünde açık alan da vardı, ben memnun kaldım ama sonra bana demeyin yok güzel çıkmadı size peşin söyleyeyim. Ben odalara girmedim kısmet olursa girecem bir dahaki sefere yine size yazarım. Arkadaşlara sordum onlarda bana hemen hemen aynı şeyleri söylediler. Diğer otellerde olduğu gibi onunda yabancı müşterileri vardı orta kesim di dikkat ettim elite raslamadım. Eski model bir ortam oluşturulmaya çalışılmış. Otantik bir siyah beyaz filim gibi düşünün öyle bir ortam ama fena değil huzurlu buldum orda ve bunu diyebilirimki ( No problem) это красивое место. Bilmiyorum sizin görüşleriniz ne olur genel itibar ile 4 yıldızı hakkettiğ ini düşünüyorum.Burdan yabancılar olsun yerli olsun gelme çağrısında bulunabilir olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Bence bir görün zorda da kalırsanız kalabilirsiniz. Yanılmıyorsam alkol yok. Emin değilim ama . Kendinize iyi bakın kalın sağlıcakla iyi günler. Benim uçak saatim geldi mardine gidiyorum bay...
Burada konaklamadım fakat az önce oteli aradığımda bookingten rezervasyon olmazsa otopark ücretli dediler. Ben de yerli müşterilere ücretsiz otopark yok öyle mi dediğimde kaç paraya bulduğumu söylediler, sonrası çevir kazı yanmasın. Tercihimi başka otelden yana kullanacağım
Harika bir konum, Taksim ve Beyoğlu'nun enerjisini üst katların boğaz manzarası çok güzel dengelemiş. Dışarıda benim gibi üşüdüyseniz jacuzzide fokurdamak çok iyi gelecektir. Yataklar rahat. Personelden de çok memnun kaldım.

I stayed for 7 nights, it was very quiet there and friendly reception staff. On my last day during the check out the cleaning lady decided to enter my room before I was done packing and moved all my things and hide my clothes I was really shocked and confused, she even threw away my medicine and water bottle. Make sure to keep the sleep sign on the door all the time to avoid this, otherwise it was fine

Such a horrible place I haven't seen ever. It looks like a cramped up locality with very very old buildings. The reception guy is so cold and horrible. Overall worst experience.
