The Hotel is not the newest hotel, but still good. 10 Minutes walking from the Hotel to the metro station make it a good starting point to explore the different parts of Dubai. The Staff is really friendly and supportive. Mrs Mridula checked us in and out. Also was she very helpful with some questions we had regarding Metro, Airport Transfer, Shuttle Services and silvester evening. She is doing her job really good and was always very friendly and supportive.
I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Time Oak Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the staff went above and beyond to make the celebration truly special. A special thank-you to Ranjith and Easin, who provided outstanding service throughout the event. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and warm, ensuring every detail was taken care of and that our guests felt well looked after. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone. The variety and quality really elevated the experience and made the celebration even more memorable. I stayed at TIME Oak Hotel & Suites for around nine months during a long business assignment in Dubai, and I genuinely felt comfortable here throughout my stay. The rooms are large, bright and well laid out, which makes a real difference for long-term living. Cleanliness is consistently high, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. The staff are always welcoming, approachable and quick to help, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The location in Barsha Heights is very convenient, with the metro just a short walk away and easy access to Dubai Marina, JBR and the Palm. A big advantage is the outdoor pool with regulated water temperature depending on the season, which makes it enjoyable all year round, as well as the gym and the paddle court — a nice bonus if you like staying active. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to JBR beach and the Outlet Mall, which is very practical. Overall, this is a well-managed, comfortable hotel that works equally well for long business stays and for leisure trips. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay! I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. And the ram was very helpful. I would especially like to mention Samar at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. From the moment of arrival, she made me feel very welcome and was always ready to help with a smile. Her positive attitude truly made a difference and contributed a lot to my enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again in the future.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. 10 Minuten zur Metro. Alle Mitarbeitende sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die Unterstützung an Towhid und Min.
Das Hotel Personal war stehts bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig aber das Badezimmer lies zu wünschen übrig das Waschbecken und das Wc sind nicht mehr die neusten. Am meisten gestört hat uns die Dusche es gab kein warmes Wasser. Der Pool war Top und beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das modernste,aber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Metro ist nicht weit weg und für Ausflüge hatte es auch die optimale Lage. Am besten hat uns die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gefallen. Besonders das Frühstücksteam Nethmi,Bianca,Ashraf,Saddam, Kairul,Resham und der junge Koch Pravin der immer alles aufgefüllt hat, waren unschlagbar.Uns hat es seht gut gefallen hier.
Wir waren im September 2025 dort und die Angestellten im Hotel waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Frisör im Hotel kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen da sie sehr gute Leistung geliefert haben. Das Essen war sehr lecker es war wie zuhause.
Das Hotel ist richtig gut und das Essen schmeckt auch super mit tollen Services, ich möchte gerne in diesem Hotel empfehlen, wir fühlen wohl hier. Besonders der Mitarbeiter "Ali Musa" bei Reception ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Séjour très agréable à Time Oak hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et prévenant, notamment Hibrahim Amor qui nous a toujours bien accueillies. Les chambres et les services proposés sont très bien également. Bravo au salon de coiffure ! Excellent coiffeur, merci !
J’ai effectué un séjours de 1 semaines et tout c’est très bien passé. Du 1er jours aux derniers! Accueil très chaleureuse, employer très serviable est dévoué pour sa clientèle. Je me suis senti comme une reine! L'hôtel est très bien situé nous étions à 15/20 minutes de toutes nos visites et activités.

Всем доброго дня! Отдыхали в отеле в ноябре 2025 года. Очень понравился, первый раз были в ОАЭ, долго выбирали отель, турагент посоветовала этот, за что ей огромная благодарность! Во-первых, площадь номеров огромная, наличие кухни-особенная ценность, как оказалось. Готовили вечерами свежайшие креветки, купленные в магазине рядом. Номера, как и писали, немного "ушатанные" от времени, но это такая малость по сравнению со всеми остальными плюсами. Бассейн, завтраки, обслуживание - все на высшем уровне! Ужины мы не брали, завтраки очень вкусные и обильные. Уборка ежедневно, на любые вопросы-мгновенная реакция и решение. Я буквально купалась в заботе. На день рождения от отеля-сладкий сюрприз в номер. Сотрудники отеля, сервис-на пять с плюсом! Такие внимательные и заботливые. Особенное спасибо Ram, Yoon и Joy за их искреннее гостеприимство и внимательность к деталям😘 Я обязательно вернусь в Дубай, и обязательно в Ваш отель.
Отличный отель с действительно высоким уровнем сервиса. Все вопросы решают быстро и без лишней суеты - чувствуется, что персоналу важно, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Номер очень просторный, чистый. Понравились спортзал и бассейн - приятно, что можно нормально потренироваться и отдохнуть. Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор, все свежее. Отдельный жирный плюс - новогодняя программа: атмосферно, продуманно, отличная организация. Повара - мастера своего дела 👍 Все рядом, супермаркеты, метро.
We had a great vacation with my wife at the wonderful Time Hotel. Large rooms with a washing machine, a good gym, delicious breakfast, near the metro. Very polite staff, especially Ram and Syed. We hope to return here in the future. Провели отличный отпуск с женой в замечательном отеле Time. Большие номера со стиральной машинкой, хороший тренажерный зал, вкусный завтрак, рядом с метро. Очень вежливый персонал, спесибо Ram и Syed. Надеемся ветнуться сюда в будущем.
Мы семьёй отдыхали в этом отеле в начале ноября. Отель очень понравился. Из плюсов: приятная атмосфера встречает с открытия дверей - аромат в холле очень приятный, персонал на ресепшн и обворожительная девушка в мини баре всегда с улыбкой и желанием помочь, стильно оформленный холл, мы попали на хеллоуин - детей встречали аниматоры со сладостями, много русских туристов; расположение удобное - метро рядом, автобусные остановки, продуктовый магазин с приятными ценами и есть русские продукты, в шаговой доступности алкомаркет с хорошими ценами, есть много кафе, но не посещали их - хватало питания в отеле, есть бургер кинг около метро; питание у нас были завтраки и ужины - очень вкусно кормили, по приезду домой скучали очень по завтракам-отдельно спасибо повару у бассейна - омлет очень вкусный! меню разнообразное, все свежее, на ужин всегда была рыба и за неделю повторов блюд не было, на ужин помимо воды есть чай и кофе, если не получается прийти на ужин, то заранее предупреждает и вам организуют ланч боксы приличные по составу, мы объелись; уютная территория у бассейна, с зоной отдыха и сам бассейн чистый с прохладной водой, есть по утрам тренировки в бассейне, работает до 21:00; есть в отеле тренажёрный зал, салон красоты, магазин с сувенирами и вкусняшками, мини бар в холле с чаем, кофе и сладостями; Сервис очень впечатлил - сотрудники настроены максимально дружелюбно, русский персонал не встретили, но у всех есть переводчик поэтому проблем с общением не возникло, номер убирали ежедневно, постель и полотенца каждый день свежие; Есть шатл до пляжа утром и после обеда; Из минусов можем только отметить уставшие номера, но это больше пожелание обновить, хотя номер нам очень понравился - 80 квадратов, кухня, 2 комнаты и большой балкон-когда находишься в огромном номере, с хорошим сервисом, питанием да в Дубае нет времени и желания обращать внимание на уставшую мебель))) В целом мы остались довольны нашим отдыхом, вернулись бы ещё в этот отель❤️❤️❤️
Отдыхаю в этом отеле не первый раз. И точно не последний! Есть с чем сравнить. Нравится просто всё. Месторасположение, сервис, клиентоориентированность. В номерах чисто, ежедневная уборка с пополнением бара. Вкусные завтраки. Очень профессиональный и отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендую 👍
