Thank you for the amazing treatment from Ms. Hsu and Naoumi at the reception desk. The room and facilities are very modern and sophisticated. The in-room dining team is great and very flexible. I would recommend that they make sure to communicate with the guests about the preparation of certain items to ensure guests receive the food in their preferred style. Overall, thanks to everyone, and we will come back.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights with our family. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the metro station. Although the hotel is officially a 4-star property, it could easily be considered a 5-star hotel in terms of service quality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, especially one of the security staff members, Anas, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. The only downside is that the hotel would benefit from some revamping and maintenance. For instance, the bathroom door was broken and needed fixing, and the carpet should be washed or replaced. That said, these issues did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Barsha. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is of a high standard. Special thanks to Hsu and Evangeline for their attentiveness, genuine hospitality, and willingness to help with any request. Thanks to them, our stay was truly pleasant and memorable. We will be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and quality service.
Excellent Stay at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access major attractions, malls, and public transport. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I would highly recommend Novotel Dubai Al Barsha to both business and leisure travelers and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Outstanding experience in Dubai This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, friendly staff name indresh from housekeeping he is very polite and friendly , a very relaxing atmosphere. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai.
اقمت في هذا الفندق اسبوع كامل ، طاقم العمل جداً رائع و لطفاء و قمة في الاخلاق و الأدب و الإحترام و الابتسامة الجميلة في وجوههم و صدق مشاعرهم و سمو اخلاقهم العالية . اوجه شكري خاصة الى مديرة الاستقبال الاستاذة شيري ( نيبالية ) و الى موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ خالد ( مصري ) والى موظفي الخدمة الاستاذين هشام و مينا ( مصريين ) والى حارس الأمن في بوابة المواقف الأستاذ موسى ( تشادي ) و الى جميع العاملين في هذا الفندق الجميل بلى استثناء . بالنسبة للفندق الاسعار كانت ممتازة جداً لأن حجزي كان من الاستقبال و لم استعن بالتطبيقات ابداً و الافطار في المطعم متنوع و لذيذ و الموقع جداً ممتاز اقل من 5 دقايق مشي الى محطة المترو ، يوجد 2 مسابح و ايضاً حمام سونا و بخار و صالة رياضية و سبا . متوفر مواقف مجانية و امان عالي . بجوار الفندق بعض الخدمات و قريب من مول الامارات . يوجد في القرب سوبر ماركت و صيدلية و مطاعم و كافيهات و كافتيريا و بوفية و محلات تسوق . انا انصح و بشدة استخدام تطبيقات مثل klook و cobone لحجز تذاكر الانشطة والفعاليات في دبي ، ولكن يجب قراءة الشروط والاحكام قبل الدفع . اقامتي كانت مريحة و مميزة و بإذن الله اكرر الزيارة لدبي و اكرر اقامتي في هذا الفندق .
فندق جيد ورائع وفطورة جداً ممتاز واشكر موظفة الاستقبال hsa كانت مساعدة في تسهيل الدخول والخروج
بصراحة عندي كم نقطة عن الفندق وللاسف انه سيء جدا جدا ١- الاستقبال: الاستقبال كان سيء جدا جدا وللاسف انا حاجز مع الاهل ٣ أجنحة لمدة يومين ووصلت الفندق والاستقبال قال لي الفندق فل والشخص اللي قبلك ما طلع للساعة ٦ المسا وما عملت دخول. ٢- النظافة: الفندق مش نظيف نهائيا من ناحية النظافة ومن ناحية الاثاث قديم جدا جدا والغرف كلها اثاثها قديم ومكسر وكله رطوبة ونظافة السجاد للاسف معدومة وما في اهتمام. ٣- المسبح: المسبح صغير جدا بالنسبة لحجم الفندق وغير نظيف كمان. ٤- الاكل: البوفيه للاسف في الفطور والعشا كان سيء جدا جدا وغير مرتب ومش لذيذ ابدا والعشا كان بوفيه غير مشهي. ٥- المواقف: عامل المواقف اضاع مفتاح سيارتي وتقريبا نص ساعة لحد لما لقى المفتاح. بصراحة الفندق سيء جدا جدا جدا من كل النواحي وما بنصح حدا ينزل فيه وحتى المكان غير مناسب وزحمة من البوابة طول الوقت
إقامتي في الفندق كانت مريحة جدًا، الغرف نظيفة والسرير مريح، كما أن طاقم الاستقبال متعاون وسريع في إنهاء الإجراءات. موقع الفندق مميز وقريب من الخدمات. الإفطار كان متنوع ولذيذ
منذ عدة سنوات و أنا أقيم في هذا الفندق : نوفوتيل دبي البرشاء، وبكل صراحة الأمر الوحيد الذي يجعلني أكرر زيارته و الإقامة فيه لفترات طويلة (عدة أشهر) في كل مرة هو أن معظم الفريق الذي يعمل فيه يجعلونني أشعر أنني في بيتي وأن هذا المكان مخصص لي.. لا أذكر أنني قابلت أحداً إلا وهو يبتسم ويحاول جاهداً أن يبذل كل ما يستطيع لراحتي.. من طاقم الاستقبال السيد باسل الذي قدم لي كثيراً من التسهيلات على مدار السنوات الماضية وكان يحاول أن يبقيني أطول فترة ممكنة في الفندق .. و قبل ذلك السيد أحمد غريب الذي كان يتحمل فوق طاقته من الضيوف وكل ضيف يعطيه حقه من الاهتمام 🫡 .. و جميع زملائهم بكل صراحة لم أجد منهم إلا كل ترحيب وتفانٍ في خدمة الضيف السيد محمد ❤️والسيد خالد❤️والبقية .. من الكونسييرج السيد عمرو الذي أعتبره بكل صراحة أخ لي ؛ كان مثالاً للأخ الصادق والموظف المتفاني و قد كنت ضيفاً مزعجاً و مع ذلك كان يقدم لي كل الرعاية و الاهتمام من أجل راحتي و عالج عدة مشاكل تخص إقامتي بكل احترافية و كان يحرجني بكرم أخلاقه واهتمامه و تفانيه ؛ فشكراً له من أعماق القلب ❤️ .. كذلك من الكونسيرج؛ أخي العزيز السيد هشام بركات الذي مهما قلت عنه لا أستطيع أن أفيه حقه فقد كان قمةً في الأدب والأخلاق و الإخلاص والاهتمام .. شكراً أخي هشام على كل ما قدمته لي ❤️ كذلك أخي السيد شريف لم ينزعج يوماً ما من كثرة طلباتي وإزعاجي بل كان يقدم لي كل ما يستطيع بكل حب و اهتمام ❤️كذلك العم أنور المحترم شخص يجعلك تحبه رغماً عنك ❤️🫡 و السيد مينا الذي كان مثالاً للشرف و كرم الأخلاق ، كان رجلاً بكل ما تحمله هذه الكلمة من معنى شكراً أخي مينا ❤️❤️ و الأخ بابو كان أميناً مخلصاً متفانياً في عمله فقد كان يقدم لي كل التسهيلات❤️🫡 و الأخ علي شار كان مثالاً للأخلاق العالية و الإخلاص❤️🫡 و صاحب الابتسامة الدائمة تشاندرا ❤️ و فريف الهاوسكبينج و جميع أفراد الأمن الذين يقابلونك دائماً بابتسامتهم و بشاشتهم و جميع العاملين بلا استثناء
