My experience at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, clean, and welcoming—with everything you’d expect from a high-quality Mövenpick property. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are top-notch. What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Sann, one of the waiters. Sann was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. He made sure we felt well taken care of during every meal, offering thoughtful recommendations and checking in at just the right moments. His warm personality and professionalism added a special touch to our dining experience. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to Sann for making our visit truly great. We visited the restaurant for Seafood Night and the food was really good—fresh, flavorful, and worth the visit. A special mention to Kartik, who assisted us throughout our meal. He was incredibly helpful, very hands-on, and always polite. He checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and explained the dishes with a smile. His excellent service definitely made our experience even better. Overall, great food and exceptional service! Highly recommended.

Room claned, loved the bed, kits were enough and bath products of very good quality. Old phon for hair, but ok. Service: Stella was adorable with us, helped with a free early check-in and was very kind, polite and helpful The poool area could be better managed but the rest of the location was simply lovely!!! Big bright bedroom. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom nice shower. All a few minutes from the terminal. In a way that’s all we need as a stopover night between flights. We received an offer via booking.com for an half board package, cheaper than the usual bedroom price. That’s why we booked it. If the buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, we can’t say the same about the evening buffet. Rather grim. So don’t bother if offered. Also, there’s work outside which can be quite noisy. But that’s not their fault.

Havaalanına çok yakın, ulaşımı çok rahat. Kahvaltıda ağırlıklı olarak Hint mutfağı baskındı. Yiyecek çok fazla birşey bulamadık ama karnımızı da doyurduk.
Personel ve yemekler iyi. Havalimanına ve kırmızı metroya yürüyerek 5-10 dk arası ulaşılabilir. Otobüs durakları daha yakın.
Karım yatakları ve yastığı çok beğendi.

Muy buena calidad precio. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y muy buen desayuno. Pongo 4 estrellas y no 5 pq es un poco ruidoso y las camas y almohadas no son tan comodas como otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Dubai ( pero estos hoteles son 4 veces o 5 más caros) por lo que es comprensible. Lo recomiendo y me volvería a alojar.
Más que 5 estrellas tiene 3. La limpieza no es buena y la comida de bufete tampoco. Sí he de destacar algo es la amabilidad del personal y los ricos postres. También destacar que la Piscina es más pequeña que en fotos
Шикарный отель с прекрасной зоной спа и бассейна. Завтрак супер. Номер просторный, все, что нужно - было. Чисто, красиво. Минус это только расположение. Хоть и у аэропорта, но добираться туда неудобно, брасли такси. И метро только кажется, что рядом.
К сожалению пришлось ждать готовность номера в ночи, хотя писала заранее во сколько приеду и просила номер для некурящих. В душе протекает вода, коврик мокрый. В целом чисто.
Отличный отель. Оправдал все ожидания. Еда и сервис все на высшем уровне. Берите ужин, это стоит того. Отдельное спасибо за ранее заселение и поздний выезд. Администратор Clifa очень отзывчивая, помогала нам со всеми вопросами. Уборка номера была каждый день, смена полотенец каждый день. Персонал улыбчивый и отзывчивый. Далеко от пляжа, но есть бесплатный трансфер туда и обратно, 15 минут и вы у моря. Возят на платный пляж стоимостью 5 дирхам, НО это того стоит, есть с чем сравнить. Очень хороший пляж. Отдыхали с 14.03 по 24.03.25 Очень понравился тренажерный зал и сауна, которые включены в стоимость) все имеется для хорошей тренировки. Рекомендую этот отель.
Номера хорошие ,чистые, все необходимое в номере есть. Питание отличное ,но немного нехватает разнообразие супов. В отеле уютная , тихая обстановка. Отель большой чистый , бассейн аккуратный и чистый. Море прекрасно, но хотелось бы увеличить трансфер на пляж ,хотя бы 2-3 раза утром и 2-3 днем. Очень впечатлили тематические ужины. Сладкое просто выше всех похвал. Обслуживание очень хорошее. Вода чай кофе пополняется постоянно.
Первый раз в Дубае, приехали отдохнуть на НГ. Отель на первый взгляд ничего, обещают пять звезд. На рецепции нас встретил уставший человек за стойкой, ни одной эмоции, махнув головой на все наши пожелания, сказал что в номере курить нельзя… поднялись в номер, в котором стоит пепельница и весь номер прокуренный так, что дышать нечем… Пошли менять номер, сказали что отель заполнен и свободных номеров нет, после долгих переговоров, ждали ещё час когда найдут и уберут другой номер. В итоге дали маленький номер, в который притащили раскладушку, нас трое, мы с дочерью, которой 18 лет. Администрация отеля разводит руками. Ответов нет, предложений с их стороны тоже отсутствуют. Осадочек остался. Приезжать еще раз в этот отель точно не будем, ну и рекомендовать тоже, отдых на три ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement dans les chambres les draps ne sont pas changer les coussins sont laisser par terre. A notre arrivée nos bagages n’ont même pas été monter, pour un hôtel 5 étoile ça n’est pas normal. L’hôtel est bien mais le service est de 0
Parties communes agréable mais l'insonorisation des chambres (communiquantes) a rendue notre expérience négative. Presque impossible de dormir à côté d'un client indélicat. Pratique : plusieurs restaurants dont 1 en formule buffet européen (25 euros / personne) Hôtel point de chute avant notre décollage dans la nuit (on entend d'ailleurs assez bien les avions à l'intérieur des chambres) Le parking est assez grand et gratuit.
Noys étions au restaurant le bustan poyr un petit déjeuner un samedi le personnelles est sympa par contre la nourriture catastrophique pour un 5 étoiles Honnêtement passer votre chemin
الموقع قوي ويستحق الزياره الغرف واسعه ومريح جدا اللوبي كبير وكل شي متوفر في المكان وقريب منه مطاعم كثيره وخيارات اكثر ترضي جميع الأذواق
Je ne m'y suis arrêtée que pour un déjeuner et franchement, très déçue. On paye près de 35€ pour un buffet soit-disant international, mais en fait à 99% oriental. Mövenpick hôtel mais le buffet ne comporte ni yaourt Mövenpick ni glaces. Les viandes étaient sèches, le pain dur, les crédités sans saveur. Décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je mets 2 étoiles car le personnel est au moins très aimable et souriant (encore heureux...) Je ne recommande pas du tout le buffet restaurant.
Très bel hôtel bien que les chambres soient un peu vieillot Tout est nickel, très propre très bien entretenu. Chaque demande est exécutée dans les meilleurs délais une mention spéciale pour Nikita elle fait tout possible et elle le fait très bien Elle est pleine de petites attentions ce qui donne un plus à notre séjour. Encore merci à toi Nikita pour ton accueil et ta gentillesse.
الفندق قديم جدًا لدرجة تشعرك بغرف فنادق التسعينات، يفتقر للنظافة ، حشرات في الغرفة،بائعات العطور والهدايا في اللوبي مزعجات جدًا ، يفترض ان لا يتعدى النجمتين فقط Too old hotel, not clean, I found a cockroach in my room, the sells ladies in the lobby are so rude. It is like travel in time to nineties, shouldn’t be more than two stars!!
كانت تجربة جميلة وممتعة وذكرى لن انساها ... حضور حفل تخرج ابني في قاعة جميلة ومنظمة بالفندق وكانت الضيافة مميزة حيث شملت اطباق متعددة الاذواق والخدمة كانت مميزة.
لقد كانت إقامتي في فندق موفنبيك جراند البستان دبي تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس! الموقع مميز للغاية بالقرب من مطار دبي الدولي، مما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا للمسافرين. الغرف واسعة ونظيفة ومجهزة بكل وسائل الراحة التي قد تحتاجها، مع أسرّة مريحة جدًا. فريق العمل كان ودودًا ومحترفًا، حيث قدموا خدمة ممتازة بابتسامة طوال الوقت. المرافق في الفندق مذهلة؛ من المسبح الرائع الذي يتيح الاسترخاء إلى الصالة الرياضية المجهزة تجهيزًا كاملاً. الإفطار كان لذيذًا ومتنوعًا، يلبي جميع الأذواق، وقد استمتعت كثيرًا بالخيارات الصحية والطازجة. أجواء الفندق هادئة وراقية، مما يجعل الإقامة فيه مريحة للغاية. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق سواء كنت في رحلة عمل أو سياحة، فهو يقدم تجربة فندقية متكاملة تضمن الراحة والفخامة. بالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى في المستقبل
Falta de limpieza asi como toallas, mantas en cama supletoria etc. Gracias al Trato de la recepcionista Stella quien fue muy servicial y atenta para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Es una chica joven con muchas ganas de trabajar y muy atenta y siempre con una sonrisa a sus huespedes.
Das Mövenpick am Flughafen Dubai ist eine gute Adresse, wenn man in Flughafennähe und dennoch gehoben übernachten möchte. Es gab kein Lärm oder Flugzeuge, welche uns gestört hätten. Mittwochs gibt es ein unglaubliches Meeresfrüchtebuffet, auch externe Leute dürfen gegen Bezahlung dabei sein. Manchmal Essen auf der Pool-Etage außwärts, auch super toll. Unser Zimmer blickte zwar direkt auf ein benachbartes Hotel und die Fenster waren etwas verschmutzt, doch der tägliche Roomservice war hervorragend und ließ das Zimmer jedes Mal wieder in neuem Glanz erstrahlen. Die Lobby, im arabischen Stil gestaltet, war ein besonderer Wohlfühlort. Dort hat uns Kirti einen leckeren Kaffee serviert. Außerdem gibt es täglich zwischen 4-5 Uhr ein „Sweet Hour“ bei der fließende Schokolade, Kuchen und Früchte kostenlos angeboten werden.
Der Aufenthalt mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Kindern war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel war sauber, gut organisiert und ruhig. Der Service war zuverlässig und das Personal stets freundlich. Wir haben uns als Familie wohlgefühlt.
Die Sauberkeit ist katastrophal. Der Lärm und die Störungen durch das Personal sind unzumutbar. Zimmerreinigung inklusive Staubsaugen sowie das Verschieben von Möbeln um 3 Uhr nachts scheinen hier Alltag zu sein. Als ich die Hotelmanagerin darauf ansprach, erhielt ich lediglich ein knappes „Sorry“, ohne weitere Erklärung oder Konsequenzen. Für ein Hotel der Marke Mövenpick ist dieses Verhalten absolut peinlich und enttäuschend.

Wir haben zum Glück nur eine Nacht in diesem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Hotel verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein Airport-Hotel, umso unverständlicher ist es, dass Ruhe – gerade für müde Reisende – hier offensichtlich keine Priorität hat. Der einzige positive Punkt: Wir konnten früher einchecken. Allerdings selbst das nur mit unnötigem Hin und Her. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, das Zimmer sei in einer Stunde fertig, das Cleaning werde sofort informiert. Nach einer Stunde hieß es plötzlich von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin, man wisse nicht, wie lange es noch dauere – keine Einschätzung, keine Alternative, keine Lösung. Gerade nach einem Nachtflug ist so ein Umgang absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich hatten wir explizit nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, was uns auch zugesichert wurde. Tatsächlich befand sich das Zimmer jedoch direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße und gegenüber einer lauten Baustelle. Von etwa 6 Uhr morgens bis ca. 21:30 Uhr gab es durchgehend Baulärm mit Hämmern und Presslufthammern. Die Schallisolierung war für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel schlicht ungenügend: Straßen- und Baustellenlärm war selbst mit Oropax und Noise-Canceling-Kopfhörern hörbar. Die Zimmertür zum Flur war überhaupt nicht schalldicht. Jedes Gespräch auf dem Gang war deutlich zu hören. Vor dem Fenster hin direkt der Halogen Strahler des Eingangbereichs (siehe Foto), wodurch das Zimmer, trotz Vorhängen, sehr hell war. Erholsamer Schlaf war unmöglich – wir haben vielleicht vier Stunden geschlafen. Das hat absolut nichts mit einem ruhigen Zimmer oder einem 5-Sterne-Erlebnis zu tun. Angesichts des Preises ist dieser Aufenthalt eine bodenlose Frechheit. Weder Service, Organisation noch Zimmerqualität entsprechen auch nur ansatzweise dem beworbenen Standard. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.
