Legacy Ottoman – إسطنبول الموقع ممتاز جدًا في منطقة سيركيجي، قريب من كل شيء حديقة جولهانة السوق المصري ايا صوفيا المترة الترام والعبارات . الفندق يُصنَّف خمس نجوم لكنه برأيي لا يستحق هذا التصنيف كاملًا. الفطور كان جيدًا ومتنوّعًا، كما أن إطلالة مطعم الفطور جميلة جدًا على البوسفور وعلى المدينة وهذا من أجمل تفاصيل الفندق. الخدمة واستجابة الموظفين كانت جيدة، خصوصًا الموظفة سلمى التي تعاونت معنا عند وجود نقص في الشاور جل والشامبو والصابون. الفندق قديم بشكل واضح ويبدو مستهلكًا، وأثاث الغرف قديم قليلًا لكنه نظيف. كذلك من الملاحظات عدم وجود فُرش أسنان في الحمّام. الغرف المطلة أجمل من الغرف المطلة على داخل الفندق. الفندق كبير وجميل من الداخل، ورغم قِدَمه إلا أنه محافظ على نظافته. كما أن الموظفين يتحدثون التركية والإنجليزية والعربية. شكرًا لكم.
The worst nights ever in my whole life. It’s 2 stars hotel, over 100 years old!! The rooms are like (Grave)!!! No air only extremely hot air heater!! My chocolates all are melted!! My coconut 🥥 oil is melted as well!! أسوء ليالي حياتي نمتها بهذا الفندق!!!! الغرفه كأنها قبر والله لايضيق علينا اطلاله داخليه مافيها نفس والمكيف مركزي للجميع حاررررررر والحل المقدم هو انك تعيش بمروحه مزعجه ماتقدر تنام من صوتها ، والمبنى عمره فوق ميه سنه !! أسوء قرار اتخذته بحياتي اني حجزت بهذا الفندق ٤ ليالي
مره حلو الفندق وطابع المكان يجنن وعندك كل شي تحت بس تعامل الموظفين سيء للغاية الأخت بثينه هي اللي تساعدنا وتعاملها لبق من الأفضل صراحه الموظفين كان لي معهم مواقف سيئة حتى بوقت التنظيف اقولهم ينظفو وماحد يسمع ووقت مايوصلو الشنط مستعجل الموظف ولخبط بغرفنا ويقولي انتهى دوامي يعني الصراحه الموظفين مع العرب ❌ وفي واحد هندي بالاستقبال متحييييززززززز لبعد درجة ! عندهم مشكلة ب طاقة الدخول و كمان باب الحمام فجاة اتقفل ولما نزلت اكلم الموظف الهندي يقول لا كذب كيف ثلاث غرف اتقفلت! ولما جاء شافها صدق ماعنده اسلوب لا معانا ولا مع اطفالنا هذا الموظف سيء بكل ماتعنيه الكلمة .
الجميل بالفندق موقعة فقط لاكن للاسف انا حاليا حاجزه فيه 4 ايام وهذا اليوم الثاني مستحيل اكرر الزيارة لهذا الفندق لان اهم شي بالسكن تكون مرتاح بنومتك للاسف المكيف حار جدا والله تصحى بنص النوم من الحر ولمن كلمت الاستقبال يقولون هذا نظام مركزي كامل للفندق مانقدر نغيره ثاني يوم الصراحة النومه متعبه جدا 👎🏻
للاسف من أسواء الفنادق الي سكنت فيها بسطنبول نجمه متنكر بخمس نجوم اولا الغرف سيئه ودورات المياة ارضيتها اعلى من الغرفه يعني اي مويه تنزل على الغرفه وثانيا انتبه وشيك على الاغراض الموجوده بالثلاجة قبل تستلم الغرفه انا كويس اني شيكت قبل وحصلت بعض المشروبات مثل البيره في علبه فاضيه وشاشه التلفزيون كنها شاشه كمبيوتر 25 بوصه و المكيف شغال ع الحار ولا تقدر تتحكم فيه قسم بالله لو ماني دافع يومين والله اطلع من اول يوم كني ساكن في تابوت كتتتتمه وبعدين انا توهقت وأخذته يومين للاسف ودفعت مسبق وقالو لي نعطيك علبتين مويه 300مل حق يومين تبي زياده ادفع يعني حنا شخصين ومعطينا علبتين مويه 300مل حق يومين ههههههههههه شي مؤسف حرام أنه فندق 5نجوم حده نجمتين صراحه نصيحه للي يقرأ غير رايك اذا انت ناوي تحجز فيه ترى في خيارات كثير لايغرك أنه 5نجوم س
The hotel entrance, lobby, and location are great, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. As soon as we stepped into the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, like damp carpets or a gutter. I immediately opened the windows to get some fresh air, but it didn’t help at all. The rooms are in desperate need of a full refurbishment. The carpets are very old, dirty, and stained, and the curtains were mismatched—one long, one short—with multiple stains on them. Because of the condition of the carpet, I had to lay spare bedsheets on the floor so my baby could sit and crawl safely. The service was also very poor. We were given only two small water bottles for a family of five. When we called to request more, we were told that only two bottles per day are allowed and we would have to pay for any extra. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we checked in at 10 pm and requested water around 1 am (technically the next day). The staff were unwilling to help or arrange water, and my husband had to walk to a shop at 1 am to buy water for our family. Overall, the hotel is not child-friendly, the rooms are run down, and the service is disappointing. Despite the great location, I would not recommend this hotel unless major upgrades and improvements are made.
The hotel is very good, and I highly recommend it. Its location is excellent—beautiful and close to everything. The staff are extremely polite and respectful. I stayed for three nights, and we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout the visit. I would also like to highlight an important point: my wife forgot her handbag, and when we returned to the hotel, we found it safely kept in the hotel’s lost and found department. This was a wonderful experience that truly reflects the hotel’s honesty and enhances trust in their service.
Very highly recommend hotel. The staff is exceptionally very helpful and wonderful, exactly what you need for the first time, we have an holiday in Istanbul. In the restaurant at 6th floor, we love SABENA, she’s very good with us, very outstanding, also the chefs and the manager. Love ‘the very very very hot chocolate’ that i always request, thank you for make it happen. We came there with the big group, always wear different Dress Code, took so many picture was so beautiful. Love the photoshoot from the hotel as they love our Dress Code. This is a great hotel located right in very convenient area of the old town in Istanbul. We can walk to so many famous attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. We will definitely recommend this place to others.💖💖💖
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this stay was so unbelievably disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. First, I was given a room with a “view” of the hotel’s interior courtyard—basically a giant chandelier and walls. No natural light, no actual outside view. To make it worse, the curtains didn’t even cover the window properly, so the room was lit up all night. When I requested a change, I was moved to another room… still facing the courtyard. So much for an upgrade. The second room was even worse. It felt old, stuffy, and way too warm. The window opened only into the indoor atrium, so there was absolutely no fresh air. The AC didn’t work at all, so the room was basically a sauna. I barely slept because of how hot it was, on top of the constant noise echoing through the courtyard. The bathroom was tiny to the point of being uncomfortable: the toilet was practically touching the sink and the shower, with no space to move around. And on the last night, the shower stopped functioning properly. No matter how I adjusted the handle, the water would suddenly turn scalding hot. I literally couldn’t shower. To make things even more ridiculous, the light switch was broken, and the electricity box where you insert the key card wasn’t fixed to the wall. It didn’t work unless we jammed a toothpick in it. That’s the level of “maintenance” this place is at. The room was dark, unpleasant, noisy, overheated, and completely dysfunctional. I didn’t get a proper night’s sleep during the entire stay. Absolutely not worth the money and definitely not a place I would ever return to or recommend.
The only positive point about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is extremely poor. I stayed for 6 nights and barely slept. I could hear conversations from other rooms, showers running, hair dryers, and every noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. It was very uncomfortable and exhausting. Another big issue was the room key system. During my entire 6-night stay, the key only worked once. Every single time I left the room, I had to go back to the reception to reactivate it. All guests were complaining about this, and the staff never explained why this was happening, even though my stay was fully paid. It was a complete waste of time and very frustrating. Breakfast was below average and exactly the same every day. If you arrive during the last hour of breakfast, many items are already finished, and the staff refuse to refill the buffet, even though it is still within the official breakfast time….
