We stayed for a week. It was an excellent stay. Good clean rooms. Responsive room service and above all great location. Everything about this hotel was great and will like to stay here again.
Extremely poor experience staying in room no. 327 deluxe on 20-12-2025. TV was not working. Room carpet was dirty. Mr. Ankit (receptionist) is rude and incooperative. Bath tub tap was not working. Swimming pool was close at night. Paid parking and parking staff is quite rude and aggressive. Very less variety of breakfast was cold. Right side lamp was not working.
Rooms were dirty, carpet and curtains full of stains. It's definitely not a 4 star. 4 night clubs in facility so with kids I definitely wouldn't recommend. We did not enjoy our stay at all. If only they would clean the place.
I'm giving this review as my last night here today. The hotel is on the picture doesn't even close.. dirty rooms, it's 2 am now and the music from the night club is so loud I am a wake since 11 pm. Please stay away from this hotel and please please don't waste your money.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was disgustingly dirty, to the point where it doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. The blanket sheets were stained and turned dark from being reused over and over, and the walls had peeling paint and falling colors as soon as you entered. The wooden floors were covered in wax, making everything look cheap and dirty. The lobby was no better—there was a dark black stain on the seating area, and it smelled like sweat. There was loud noise from a nearby nightclub throughout the night, constant sounds from planes landing every 15 minutes, and construction noise coming from the lobby area. It was impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I asked about a late check-out, the manager informed me that the latest possible check-out was 1 PM, and for each additional hour, I would have to pay an extra 75 AED. For a room that cost 159 AED for the night, this felt incredibly unreasonable. However, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the staff were all very kind, supportive, and always smiling. I am grateful for their warm attitude, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall state of the hotel. I hope I never have to stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings. I don't advise anyone to stay in this hotel. The hotel is not clean and after 12 o'clock at night you feel like you are sitting in a bar and the sounds of music a lot annoying you and the treatment at the reception is not as usual. I don't recommend a family in this hotel. Thank you for your experience. I swear I don't recommend if you have a check-out today at 8:00 in the morning. They call you every half hour. They call you every half hour. They pray for you. I don't advise visiting this hotel and It's only one star. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته انا لا انصح اي شخص النزول في هاذ الفندق الفندق ليس نظيفاً وبعد الساعه 12 بليل تحس حالك قاعد في بار واصوات الموسيقى كثير مزعجك والمعامله ع الريسبشن ليس كم المعتاد انا لا انصح في عائلة في هاذ الفندق وشكراً عن تجربه والله لا انصح يذا عندك خروج اليوم الساعه 8:00 الصبح يتصلون عليكي كل نص ساعة يتصلون عليك كل نص ساعه ياصلونو عليكي لا انصح في زيارة هاذ الفندق ولادم يكون فقط نجمة وحدة
Hotel à fuir, sale mal entretenu, et impossible de dormir il y a 3 discothèques, les clients sont toutes les nuits dans le hall à crier quelque soit l'heure, bref a aucun moment il est indiqué qu'il y a des discothèques ou des bars ce qui est proche de la tromperie à la clientèle la 1ere nuit nous avons demandé à être remboursé de la semaine réservée pour pouvoir partir ailleurs on nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible, on nous a changé de chambre pour avoir moins de nuisances mais cela a été pire et les chambres n'en parlons pas littéralement dégueulasse. Bref honteux si vous avez des enfants c'est à bannir et si vous voulez de la tranquillité pareil,l'emplacement est tout aussi catastrophique au bord des pistes de décollage, un avion toutes les minutes, nous n'avons jamais été aussi fatigué, sujet en plus à de l'anxiété et du stress ça a été le pire séjour. A deux doigts de porter plainte auprès de la police quant à la clientèle bien douteuse qu'on y croise !!!

Ein gutes Mittelklassehotel mit kleinen Abstrichen - man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Hotel in der Flugschneise liegt. Wir konnten aber trotzdem gut schlafen, auch der "Club" hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Das Frühstück ist okay von der Auswahl. Den Pool haben wir gerne genutzt, um ein wenig Sonne einzufangen. Für 4 Tage und einen Städtetrip fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben, da brauchen wir keinen großen Luxus. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Sauberkeit, wobei man Sauberkeit nicht damit verwechseln darf, dass die Möbel teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt sind. Wir hatten entgegen einiger Bewertungen hier kein Problem, Taxis zu bekommen. Wir sind sogar zu Fuß in ca 35 Minuten in die Altstadt gelaufen, auch das ist vom Hotel aus möglich, aber natürlich Geschmackssache.
Gutes Ambiente. Iftar war ok. Besonderer Dank geht an der Rezeption Vishwanath, nett und freundlich, reibungslose Check-in; Insbesondere der Concierge Syed Rasheed war echt freundlich, hilfsbereit, stets kundenorientiert, organisiert, klever und lösungsorientiert!
Um 8Uhr morgens wird man von einer lauten Bohrmaschine geweckt. Drei Tage lang. Mehrmals bei der Rezeption angerufen mit der bitte die Bauarbeiten auf Nachmittag zu verschieben. Aber keine Änderung. Der Manager war ebenfalls nicht einsichtig. Einfach der grösster Müll! Und das Hotel hat angeblich 4 Sterne….
Wer ein gutes hotel in Dubai sucht in dem er hauptsächlich nur zum Schlafen ist, ist hier genau richtig! Es fliegen zwar dauernd flugzeuge über das hotel das man auch deutlich hört aber mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran! Auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles sauber, nur bei genauerm hinschauen sieht man dann doch das ein oder andere. (aber halb so wild!) zudem muss man sagen dass man fast auf ein Taxi angewiesen ist um in die City zu kommen. Aber für ca umgerechnet 10€ kann man da auch nicht meckern
Sehr gutes Hotel außerhalb von Dubai Downtown. Nächste Metro (Palm Daira) ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein. Bus Nr. 17 fährt zur Metro Station Salah Al Din. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück OK.
Établissement a fuir 3 boîtes de nuit au sein de l’établissement nuisance sonore tous les soirs personne alcoolisé qui crient. À la tombée de la nuit il y a de la prostitution à l’entrée de l’hôtel à la vue de tous . Pas recommandé pour les familles. Nous avons réservé une chambre dans l’établissement pour profiter du roof top avec la piscine à notre grande surprise impossible de rester sans consommé, on nous a obligées à prendre une boisson pour pouvoir prendre l’air et s’installer quelques minutes. Point positif les employés sont des personne adorable grâce à eux le séjour a été moins catastrophique. Merci à eux
C’est un hôtel à fuir , rien ne ressemble aux photos sur internet, j’ai fait 4 nuits dans la chambre 317 et vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel. - les chambres sont très sales, des grosses taches sont visibles sur le tapis du revêtement. - ils n’offrent pas des sandales - il n’y a pas de point de charge autour du lit,c’est un grand problème pour une personne comme moi qui aime utiliser le téléphone pendant qu’il est en charge - l’endroit est trop bruyant car il une boîte de nuit au rez-de-chaussée et une autre au 5em étage - déconseiller fortement pour les familles car il y a des gens louches qui fréquentent ces boites de nuit - l’hôtel est désuet dans l’ensemble, j’ai été obligé de mettre du parfum sur les couvertures avant de les utiliser du faite de l’odeur . - le room service est nul , la réception ne s’intéresse uniquement à faire des gains .
Impossible de dormir avant 5 h du matin a cause de 3 discothèques autour de votre chambre. Du bruit et même des vibrations sur les meubles tellement la musique est forte. Le bruit des avions qui passent juste au dessus de l'hôtel est une mélodie a côté du vacarme qui reside dans cet hôtel. Des odeurs de cigarette dans tout l'hôtel en provenance du hall qui rentre dans votre chambre. Ça crie partout, des goblets tombent des étages supérieurs et vous voyez toutes sortes d'individus en état d'ébriété, dénudés se promener dans les couloirs. Ne venez surtout pas avec vos enfants! Fuyez cet endroit insalubre. La décoration date des années 80. Ce genre d'établissement ne devrait pas exister à Dubaï.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. From 7 p.m., you’re no longer allowed to access the hotel’s terrace on the pretext that it’s nightclub hours — definitely to be avoided.

لا انصح النزول في هذا الفندق نهائيا سوء معاملة من طاقم الفندق نظافة قد تكون صفر اتفاق غير واضح وافطار سيئ I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were rude, the cleanliness was practically nonexistent, the agreement was unclear, and the breakfast was terrible.
لو في اقل من نجمه بعطيه الفندق اخترب تماما كله مراقص مليان وازعاج المراقص الى غايت الصباح اهو فندق نوم ولا لمرقص ماتدري وعلى ذالك زودوها المواقف للفندق اجروها شركه يعني وقوفك بفلوس ولا تحصلك موقف من سبب الزحمه للمراقص ازفت فندق بدبي صار
صوت المرقص عالي جداً ما نقدر ننام ونصابين تحجز غرفه فيها ثلاث سراير من تدخل تلقا سريرين بس وهم يعطونك فراش وبس غير ممتاااااااااااااااااز 👎🏻👎🏻
تجربة سيئة للغاية – لا أنصح بهذا الفندق! للأسف، كانت إقامتنا في هذا الفندق تجربة سلبية من جميع النواحي، ولا ترقى بأي شكل إلى الحد الأدنى من معايير الضيافة: • الإزعاج: كان صوت الموسيقى القادمة من البار مرتفعًا جدًا ويصل إلى الغرفة بوضوح، وكأننا داخل ملهى ليلي، مما جعل النوم شبه مستحيل. • النظافة: الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة عند الاستلام، حيث كانت لا تزال تحتوي على آثار من النزيل السابق. السجادة كانت متّسخة، والحمّام غير نظيف، مما أعطى انطباعًا بالإهمال التام. • خدمة سيئة وتعامل غير لائق: تعامل طاقم الفندق معنا كان وقحًا وغير مهني، خاصة الموظفة المسؤولة عن الإفطار، التي كانت تضحك رغم أننا أبدينا امتعاضنا بوضوح. • الإفطار: قمنا بحجز بوفيه الإفطار، لكننا تفاجأنا عند النزول بأن البوفيه غير متوفر بسبب وجود مجموعة، وتم إجبارنا على “الإفطار من القائمة”. ومع ذلك، ما تم تقديمه كان بسيطًا جدًا: كوب قهوة، أومليت، قطعة خبز وزبدة فقط! وهذا لا يرقى حتى لمستوى إفطار مجاني في فنادق بسيطة. • الخدمات: أخبرونا أن التلفاز لا يعمل أصلًا، ولم يتم تقديم أي حل أو بديل. • إزعاج إضافي: كان موعد تسجيل الخروج في الساعة 3 ظهرًا، ومع ذلك بدأ الموظفون بالاتصال بنا الساعة 12 ظهرًا للضغط علينا لمغادرة الغرفة! • الرسوم غير المبررة: تم احتساب رسوم على موقف السيارة، رغم أن مواقف الفندق من المفترض أن تكون مجانية. بصراحة، شعرنا أن هذا المكان أقرب إلى ملهى منه إلى فندق. لا يوجد احترام للخصوصية، ولا اهتمام براحة النزلاء، ولا أي احترافية في التعامل. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق إطلاقًا، ولن أكرر التجربة مهما كانت الظروف
Ужасно! Не рекомендую! Как строили отель 15 лет назад, после никаких ремонт не произвели. Обкуренные комнаты, о очень грязно!!! А ночью музыка играет на всю громкость и не кому жаловаться!!! Horrible! I do not recommend! The hotel was built 15 years ago, and no repairs were made after that. The rooms are smoked, and very dirty!!! And at night the music plays at full volume and there is no one to complain to!!!
Самое важное это местоположение отеля, не очень корректно изучив местность, я выбрал именно его. Рядом находится автобусная станция но ближайшая станция метро в 20-30 минутах ходьбы, ближайший пляж находится в 15 минутах езды на машине. Также отель находится в непосредственной близи аэропорта и над ним взлетают самолёты, но это особо не мешает. Сам по себе отель хороший, вкусные и объёмные завтраки. Каждодневная уборка, пополнение воды и чайного набора. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, по необходимости могут предоставить адаптер для розетки.
Хотели стоимость взять, как за 3 ночи, хотя мы чётко проговорили, что нам необходимо 2. Пытались нас убедить в правильности своих расчётов. Мы были с маленьким ребенком, но даже это их не остановило, наоборот подстегнуло обмануть. После такого отношения решили покинуть отель и поискать достойный. И в соседнем здании он и оказался!
Плюс в близости от аэропорта, но одновременно и минус, потому что очень сильный шум от самолётов . Отель новый , но уже поистрепался ( в пледе была дырка, которую прожгли окурком ). Утром когда уезжали в лифте были капли крови . В описании номера был диван , которого мы не нашли . Пришлось оплачивать дополнительную кровать ( 150 дирхаб ). Переночевать после длительного перелёта можно . Ещё один плюс - это хорошая парковка.
Отличное место! Специально приехал сюда из отеля. Стильно, уютно! Отличная музыка! На входе, вас встретит приятная девушка Мария. Так что, кто не владеет языком, спокойно приезжайте и здорово проведите время. Всем удачи!
