،الغرفة صغيرة ونظيفة، خدمات الغرف ممتازة المطعم والطعام المقدم ممتاز الموقع على خط المترو، سلبية تحتاج إهتمام من الصيانة في الفندق وهي: ستارة المروش في الحمام تحتاج الى صيانة لمنع تسرب المياه الى خار منطقة الاستحمام.
فندق رائع ونظيف ومرتب وراقي جدا والفطور كان جميل والمعاملات في المستوى والعاملة زمرد كانت معاملتها جد رائعة في كل شيء شكراً أتمنى العودة في القريب إن شاء الله zümrüt
فندق ممتاز جدا وقريب من الاسواق والمترو والموظفين متعاونين وخاصة الاستقبال قادر وفرقان والجميع ودودين ودائما مبتسمين. سوف اكرر الزيارة ان شاء الله ❤️
فندق غني عن التعريف فندق كبير وصالات كبيرة بالشكل ألاندلوسي أنا اعرفه من عام ٢٠١٢ وماشاءالله تبارك الله لم يتغير الى الان بشكله ونظافته 👍🏼 دليل على قوة الشركة التابعة للفندق واشكر جميع طاقم الفندق على ابتساماتهم وتعاونهم خلاف الطاقم الي قبل سنوات كانو غير خدومين وغير مبتسمين ابداً اما الان اختلفو ١٨٠درجة وأخص بالشكر جداً الانسة الطيبة "إلي" على خدمتها الخاصة لي
أقمت فيه ٣ ليال الغرف نظيفة والطاقم كانوا متعاونين ولطيفين موقعه ممتاز بقرب محطة لاليلي وأكسراي وبجانبه كل شى تقريبا .. أنصح به وأكرر بالتأكيد الإقامة فيه
This property definitely deserves a 5 star. I have stayed at their other properties and the level of service is definitely consistent. From check in (Mr. Hizar FOM) to Qasim, with luggage assistance to room cleaning and service Ms. Abel, the service was excellent and professional. Ms. Fatima (concierge) went above and beyond with city information and a personal tour of the facilities including the spa and sauna. Location couldn't be better. Close enough to all the major sites within walking distance but far enough for peace and quiet. On the tram line as well. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.
Our stay at Crown plaza hotel was very pleasant. The team are all amazing, very helpful and professional. The breakfast service team were very friendly and provided a great service. Can't remember everyone by name but Zumrut was one of the team who made it a pleasant experience. The cleaning service team were super. Cening who cleaned our room was just amazing, very polite, professional always had a smile and provided us with all we needed and nothing was ever too much for her. 5 star service!. The other ladies who I cant remember by name were great too. Thank you all for making our stay a great experience despite the room size!

Stayed there with family for one night. The structure and decor gave a wonderful vibe. Location is excellent, right in the hub of old city. Close to many famous attractions. Quite walkable. Check in and check out was smooth. Room was fantastic but couldn’t find outlet to charge phones except in the washroom. Would recommend this hotel and surely will try to stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always accessible whenever we needed assistance. Our rooms were spotless and very well maintained, thanks especially to our kind and hardworking housekeeper, Kader, who made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior design that really adds to the overall experience and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was that some parts of the toilet and bathroom felt a bit old and could benefit from renovation. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel.
